Description

The present invention relates to a wall formwork integrated with two skins spaced and interconnected.

This invention relates to the field of building and, more particularly, that of the manufacture of factory building elements prior to their delivery and their implementation on site.

Already known, such building elements that adopt the form of integrated formwork walls at least partly consist of two skins spaced and connected together.

At least one of these two skins is usually made of a hydraulic material (in particular concrete) while the other skin may, depending on the case, also be made of such a hydraulic material or, at least, be at least partly made of an insulating material.

These two skins are positioned at a determined distance from one another, so as to provide between them a spacing inside which can be cast an insulating material and / or structure (more particularly a hydraulic material, in particular concrete), this after implantation of the wall on site.

Another feature is that these two skins are connected through a plurality of connection means usually constituted by connectors. Such connectors may take the form of a rod whose first end is embedded in the first skin while a second end is associated with the second skin. In addition to the fact that such an association must make it possible to guarantee the cohesion of the wall, in particular during the operations of handling and filling the spacing between the skins, the presence of these Connectors can, again, be put to profit for the hanging of the wall to a handling machine.

In this regard, it will be observed that this type of operation exerts significant stresses on the skins (more particularly on a second skin at least partly made of an insulating material) and on the connectors which, when associated with a second insulating skin simply being engaged through such a skin, can cause damage to the second skin.

Le document EP-1.690.993 décrit un mur à coffrage intégré ayant toutes les caractéristiques du préambule de la revendication 1.We know, also and by the document EP-1690993 , walls with integrated formwork comprising, on the one hand, a first skin made of a hydraulic material and, on the other hand, a second skin comprising at least one receptacle containing a hardened material inside which is embedded one end of a connector whose other end is embedded in the material of the first skin. The document EP-1690993 discloses an integral form wall having all the features of the preamble of claim 1.

This second skin is made of an insulating material and consists of a single plate which, to meet rigidity requirements, withstand the aforementioned operations and allow a superposition of such walls, must have a large thickness which, for a floor surface of a building, results in a significant reduction in the usable interior area.

The present invention is intended to overcome the disadvantages of integrated formwork walls of the state of the art.

A cet effet, l'invention concerne un mur à coffrage intégré comportant :

  • une première peau réalisée en un matériau hydraulique, notamment du béton ;
  • une seconde peau, parallèle à la première peau, positionnée à une distance déterminée de celle-ci en sorte de définir un intervalle entre ces deux peaux, réalisée au moins en partie en un matériau isolant, comportant au moins une première plaque constituée par une pluralité de blocs présentant, chacun, au moins un réceptacle, débouchant au niveau de la face de cette seconde peau orientée en direction de la première peau, et contenant un matériau durci ;
  • la première plaque est, encore, constituée par une pluralité de panneaux réalisés en un matériau isolant, ces panneaux et les blocs étant agencés de manière juxtaposée et alternée au sein de cette première plaque ;
For this purpose, the invention relates to an integrated formwork wall comprising:
  • a first skin made of a hydraulic material, in particular concrete;
  • a second skin, parallel to the first skin, positioned at a determined distance therefrom so as to define a gap between these two skins, made at least partly of an insulating material, comprising at least a first plate constituted by a plurality blocks each having at least one receptacle, opening at the face of the second skin oriented towards the first skin, and containing a hardened material;
  • a plurality of means for connecting these two skins together and each having a first portion embedded in the material of the first skin and a second portion embedded in the cured material contained in a receptacle of the second skin, characterized by the fact that :
  • the first plate is, again, constituted by a plurality of panels made of an insulating material, these panels and the blocks being arranged juxtaposed and alternated within this first plate;
  • the second skin comprises, again, a second plate, made of an insulating material, and attached to the face of the first plate, opposite to the face at which the receptacles open.

An additional feature is that the block has at least one element at which at least a portion of at least one receptacle is defined.

In fact, such an element is made of a material having structural qualities allowing the realization of a receptacle and an appropriate and durable anchoring of the hardened material in such a receptacle, or even (and preferably) at least partly in an insulating material.

A particular embodiment consists in that a block comprises an element constituted by a longiform panel, in particular a rectangular panel, at the level of which at least one such receptacle is defined. However, according to another embodiment, such a block comprises two elements, in particular in the form of two longiform panels, parallel and spaced so as to define a receptacle.

Another feature of this wall is that the second skin is constituted by a plurality of panels made of an insulating material and juxtaposed. In addition, these panels extend in a direction substantially perpendicular to the direction in which the panels of the first plate extend, or even the blocks of this first plate.

The advantages of the present invention consist in that the second skin comprises at least a first plate constituted by a plurality of panels made of an insulating material as well as by a plurality of blocks each having at least one receptacle receiving a connecting means. . These panels and these blocks are arranged juxtaposed and alternated within this first plate. Such a design makes it possible, on the one hand, to ensure effective and durable anchoring of the connection means in such a block and, therefore, in the second skin of the wall and, on the other hand, an appropriate insulation of this wall.

This first plate is completed by a second plate, which includes the second skin, and which is reported (or even secured, preferably by gluing) on the first plate.

The presence of this second plate makes it possible to substantially increase the rigidity and the resistance of the second skin.

Finally, this second plate is constituted by a plurality of panels made of an insulating material and juxtaposed. The panels of this second plate extend in a direction substantially perpendicular to the direction in which the panels of the first plate extend, or even the blocks of this first plate.

In fact, the presence of this second plate advantageously confers versatility and modularity to the wall according to the present invention.

Other objects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description relating to embodiments which are given by way of indicative and non-limiting examples.

The present invention relates to the field of the building and, more particularly, that of the manufacture of factory building elements prior to their delivery and their implementation on site.

As can be seen in the appended figures, such a construction element is in the form of a wall 1 with integrated formwork.

Such a wall 1 comprises, on the one hand, a first skin 2 made of a hydraulic material, especially concrete.

Cette seconde peau 3 est réalisée au moins en partie en un matériau isolant et comporte au moins un réceptacle 5, débouchant au niveau de la face 6 de cette seconde peau 3 orientée en direction de la première peau 2, et contenant un matériau durci 7.On the other hand, this wall 2 comprises a second skin 3, parallel to the first skin 2, and positioned at a determined distance therefrom 2 so as to define an interval 4 between these two skins (2; inside which can be cast a material (more particularly a hydraulic material, especially concrete, preferably of the insulating type) after implantation of the wall 1 on site. This second skin 3 is made at least partly of an insulating material and comprises at least one receptacle 5, opening at the face 6 of the second skin 3 oriented toward the first skin 2, and containing a hardened material 7.

This wall 1 comprises, on the other hand, a plurality of means 8 for connecting these two skins (2; 3) between them. Such connecting means 8 each comprise, on the one hand, a first part 81 embedded in the material of the first skin 2, on the other hand, a second part 82 embedded in the hardened material 7 contained in a receptacle 5 of the second skin 3 and, secondly, an intermediate portion 83 extending between the first 81 and second 82 part of the connection means 8.

According to the invention, the second skin 3 comprises at least a first plate 31 constituted, on the one hand, by a plurality of blocks 311 each having at least one receptacle 5 and secondly by a plurality of panels 312 made of an insulating material.

As can be seen in the appended figures, these panels 312 and these blocks 311 are arranged juxtaposed and alternated within this first plate 31. In addition, these panels 312 and these blocks 311 are assembled, preferably by gluing.

According to another characteristic of the invention, such a block 311 comprises at least one element (3110; 3110 ') at which at least a portion of at least one receptacle 5 is defined.

A ce propos, il a été illustré figures 1 à 3 un premier mode de réalisation correspondant à un bloc 311 comportant un unique élément 3110 constitué par un panneau longiforme, de préférence rectangulaire, au niveau duquel est défini au moins un réceptacle 5.In this regard, it has been illustrated Figures 1 to 3 a first embodiment corresponding to a block 311 comprising a single element 3110 consisting of a long, preferably rectangular, panel at which at least one receptacle 5 is defined.

Such a receptacle 5 adopts the shape of a blind hole or (and preferably as illustrated in these Figures 1 to 3 ) a groove, the latter extending, then and preferably longitudinally with respect to such a block 311 (element 3110), preferably over the entire length of such a block 311 (3110 element).

In fact, a preferred embodiment is that such a receptacle 5 has a dovetail section.

It has been illustrated figure 4 a second embodiment corresponding to a block 311 comprising two elements (3110; 3110 ') parallel and spaced so as to define, between them (3110; 3110'), a spacing defining a receptacle 5.

These two elements (3110; 3110 ') are preferably each in the form of a long-form panel.

Another feature is that these two members (3110; 3110 ') can be shaped to impart a dovetail section to the receptacle 5 they define.

In this regard, it will be observed that such an element (3110; 3110 ') is made of a material having structural qualities allowing the production of a receptacle 5 as well as an appropriate and durable anchoring of the hardened material 7 in such a receptacle 5.

In this respect and according to a first embodiment, such an element (3110; 3110 ') can be made of wood or of a synthetic material, in particular extruded.

However, and additionally or alternatively, such an element (3110; 3110 ') is, at least partly, made of an insulating material. Good results are obtained when such an element (3110; 3110 ') is made of polystyrene, polyurethane or agglomerated cellulose.

Tel qu'évoqué ci-dessus, un bloc 311, que comporte la première plaque 31 de la seconde peau 3, présente un réceptacle 5 contenant un matériau durci 7.As mentioned above, a block 311, which includes the first plate 31 of the second skin 3, has a receptacle 5 containing a hardened material 7.

This hardened material 7 may consist of a curable foam, or even (and preferably) a hydraulic binder, more particularly concrete.

As mentioned above, the first plate 31 of the second skin 3 comprises blocks 311 and panels 312 juxtaposed and alternated.

A preferred embodiment of the invention consists in that these panels 312 are, like the element or elements 3110; 3110 ') 311 aforementioned blocks of longiform type, including rectangular.

Thus, the panels 312 and the element or elements (3110; 3110 ') of the blocks 311, which comprises the first plate 31, extend substantially in the same direction which, when the wall 1 is implanted on site (or even stored in the factory ), is substantially vertical.

As mentioned above, the skins (2; 3) of the wall 1 are connected by connecting means 8 which, according to a first embodiment, can take the form of a connector in the form of a rod made in a metallic material or, and preferably, a synthetic material and / or composite, in particular containing fibers (especially glass fibers) and / or a resin.

Such a connector has, on the one hand, a first part constituted by a first end embedded in the material of the first skin 2 and, on the other hand, a second part constituted by a second end embedded in the hardened material 7 contained in a receptacle 5 of the second skin 3.

In this regard, it will be observed that a receptacle 5 in the form of a blind hole may be designed to receive a single connector while a receptacle 5 in the form of a groove or a spacing may, meanwhile, and advantageously, receiving a plurality of connectors, in particular in an aligned manner.

However, and according to a preferred embodiment of the invention illustrated in the appended figures, such connecting means 8 comprises at least two (even and preferably at least three) parallel and braced bars of which at least one is the first part. 81 of this connection means 8 and is drowned in the material of the first skin 2 while at least one other is the second portion 82 of the connecting means 8 and is embedded in the cured material 7 contained in a receptacle 5 (more particularly constituted by a groove or a spacing such than mentioned above) of the second skin 3.

In fact, such a connecting means 8 can then take the form of a beam (having three parallel bars braced two of which are embedded in the material of the first skin 2 while the third is embedded in the hardened material 7 d a receptacle 5 of the second skin 3, as shown in the appended figures) and / or a basket (having four bars embedded, two by two, in the material of the first skin 2 and in the hardened material 7 a receptacle 5 of the second skin 3).

Another feature of the present invention consists in that the second skin 3 further comprises a second plate 32 attached to the face 6 'of the first plate 31, opposite the face 6 at the level of which the receptacles 5 open.

This second plate 32 is made of an insulating material and is secured to this first plate 31, preferably by gluing.

A first embodiment consists in that this second plate 32 can be constituted by a single panel having, substantially, the dimensions of the first plate 31.

However, according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, this second plate 32 is constituted by a plurality of panels 321 made of an insulating material and juxtaposed, even (and preferably) glued together.

A particular embodiment is that these panels 321 may be of the same width. However, and according to a preferred embodiment of the illustrated invention figure 1 these panels 321 may have different widths, in order to be able to adjust the dimension of this second plate 32 to the first 31.

Ceci permet, avantageusement, d'accroître la rigidité de la seconde peau 3.Another characteristic illustrated in the figures of the attached drawings is that the panels 321 of the second plate 32 of the second skin 3 extend in a direction substantially perpendicular to the direction in which the panels 312 of the first plate 31, even the blocks 311 (more particularly the element or elements 3110, 3110 'of such a block 311) of the first plate 31. This advantageously makes it possible to increase the rigidity of the second skin 3.

An additional feature is that this second plate 32 has dimensions substantially adjusted to those of the first plate 31.

However, according to a preferred embodiment illustrated in the appended figures, this second plate 32 is set back from the first plate 31, with respect to the longitudinal edge 313 of at least two opposite sides (314; 314 '). ) of this first plate 31, preferably the opposite vertical sides thereof 31.

However, and according to one particular embodiment of the invention, this second plate 32 is set back from the first plate 31, this with respect to the longitudinal edge 313 of all the sides of this first plate 31.

Such an embodiment advantageously makes it possible to ensure the juxtaposition of two walls 1 with integrated formwork in accordance with the invention and to position at a defined interval between the two second plates 32 of these two walls 1, a keying means (more particularly in the form of a key or the like).

Such a keying means advantageously allows the introduction (by bonding or fixing fir) of a strip to ensure the continuity of the thermal insulation.
