Claims (14)
- A connecting terminal designed to connect an electrical conductor (1), comprising a conductive connecting strip (5) and a clamping spring (6), the spring (6) comprising a bearing branch (15) connected by a bend (17) to a clamping branch (16) designed to clamp the conductor (1) against a clamping portion (14) of the strip (5), the strip (5) including a first face (20) turned toward the end of the spring and a second face (19) opposite the first face (20),
characterized in that
the spring (6) comprises at least one bearing hook (18) oriented transversely to the plane of the bearing branch (15), and extending relative to that plane in the direction opposite the clamping branch (16) and bearing on the second face (19) of the strip (5) opposite the first face (20) of the strip turned toward the bend (17) of the spring (6). - The connecting terminal according to claim 1, wherein the hook (18) passes through the plane of the strip (5) at an opening (8) thereof.
- The connecting terminal according to claim 2, wherein the opening (8) of the strip (5) is formed by a side notch.

- The connecting terminal according to one of the preceding claims, wherein at least one bearing hook (18) is obtained by folding the bearing branch (15).
- The connecting terminal according to claim 2, wherein the strip comprises a through opening not emerging on the side edges of the strip, the spring comprising a hook designed to pass through the plane of the strip through that opening.
- The connecting terminal according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the strip comprises means forming an abutment (23) for the clamping branch (16) of the strip at the contact area between the clamping branch (16) and the strip (5) in the idle position of the terminal.
- The connecting terminal according to claim 7, wherein the abutment is formed by a notch (23) in the strip (5).
- The connecting terminal according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the clamping portion (14) of the conductor (1) on the strip (5) is formed by the wall (13) of an opening (12) in the strip (5).
- The connecting terminal according to claim 9, wherein the opening wall (12) comprises a collar (13).
- The connecting terminal according to one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the clamping portion of the conductor on the strip is made at a portion of the strip that is folded relative to the portion of the strip on which the bearing branch of the spring bears.
- The connecting terminal according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the hook (18) of the spring (5) is connected to the bearing branch (15) by a ridge folded along a folding axis substantially parallel to the axis of bearing branch (15).
- The connecting terminal according to one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the hook (18) of the spring forms a curved portion in the extension of the bearing branch (15).
- A low-voltage electrical appliance comprising an insulating body (2) and at least one connecting terminal according to one of the preceding claims.
