Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Fördervorrichtung für die Übernahme und Weitergabe von Druckprodukten, mit einem Zuförderer, mit dem vereinzelte Druckprodukte nacheinander in einen Übernahmebereich transportierbar sind und mit einem Zwischenförderer, mit dem die Druckprodukte vom Übernahmebereich zu einem Übergabebereich transportierbar sind und der entlang einer endlosen umlaufenden Bahn eine Mehrzahl von Förderelementen aufweist, mit denen die Druckprodukte jeweils gefasst und vom Übernahmebereich bis zum Übergabebereich transportierbar und an eine Transportvorrichtung übergebbar sind. Im kleinen Leistungsbereich können die Druckprodukte ohne Zwischenförderer direkt in die Behältnisse, wie beispielsweise Taschen oder Kanäle eingeschossen werden. Bei grösserer Geschwindigkeit können die Druckprodukte jedoch beim Einführen einrollen oder zurückprallen und dadurch den weiteren Ablauf stören. Die Aufgabe ist bei einer gattungsgemässen Fördervorrichtung dadurch gelöst, dass die Förderelemente zum Ausrichten der Druckprodukte im Übergabebereich jeweils um eine im Wesentlichen quer zur Transportrichtung verlaufende Achse gesteuert verschwenkbar sind. Mit der erfindungsgemässen Fördervorrichtung, welche in den beigefügten Ansprüchen definiert ist, ist es aufgrund der Verschwenkbarkeit der einzelnen Elemente möglich, im Übergabebereich die Bewegung der Behältnisse mit optimaler Ausrichtung der Druckprodukte zu verfolgen und diese mit optimaler Ausrichtung und Geschwindigkeit an die Behältnisse abzugeben. Mit der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung kann erreicht werden, dass die Druckprodukte während dem Einführen sehr genau den Behältnissen folgen. Grundsätzlich gilt, dass je kleiner der Winkel zwischen den Geschwindigkeitsvektoren der Behältnisse und der zugeführten Druckprodukte ist und je kleiner die Geschwindigkeitsdifferenz ist, desto sanfter werden die Druckprodukte eingesteckt.The object is achieved in a generic conveyor device in that the conveying elements for aligning the printed products in the transfer area are each controlled to pivot about a substantially transverse to the direction of transport axis. Die Greiforgane sind gemäss einer Weiterbildung schwenkbar am Förderelement angeordnet. Durch ein- und ausschwenken können die Druckprodukte entsprechend geklemmt oder freigelassen werden. Ein Federelement kann beispielsweise so angeordnet sein, dass das Greiforgan eingeschwenkt wird und die Druckprodukte geklemmt werden. Die in den Figuren 1 und 2 gezeigte Fördervorrichtung 1 besitzt einen Zuförderer 2, mit dem Druckprodukte 6 in einem Übernahmebereich A an einen um eine Achse 8 rotierenden Zwischenförderer 3 übergeben werden. Der Zwischenförderer 3 ist von einem hier nicht gezeigten Antrieb angetrieben und rotiert in den Figuren 1 und 2 im Uhrzeigersinn. Die an den Zwischenförderer 3 übergebenen Druckprodukte 6 werden vom Zwischenförderer 3 an eine Transportvorrichtung 34 übergeben, die in Figur 2 die aufgenommenen Druckprodukte 6 von links nach rechts fördert. In der Transportvorrichtung 34 werden die Druckprodukte 6 jeweils in eine Tasche 14 oder in einem anderen ähnlichen Behälter oder auch Greifer abgelegt. Wie ersichtlich werden Druckprodukte 6 gemäss Figur 2 etwa in Dreiuhr-Stellung übernommen und in etwa Sechsuhr-Stellung an die Transportvorrichtung 34 abgegeben. Sowohl für die Übernahme als auch für die Übergabe sind aber auch andere Stellungen möglich. Die Druckprodukte 6 werden im Zuförderer 2 hintereinander im Abstand transportiert. Grundsätzlich könnten die Druckprodukte 6 auch in einem Schuppenstrom vom Zuförderer 2 transportiert werden.   2. Conveying device (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the supplying conveyor (2) is a belt conveyor.
  3. Conveying device (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that at least in the acceptance area (A) the supplying conveyor (2) transports the printed products (6) more or less tangentially to the intermediate conveyor (3).
  4. Conveying device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the supplying conveyor (2) transports the printed products (6) more or less vertically and preferably from top to bottom.
  5. Conveying device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the drive cam (30, 31) is made in several parts, in which a first cam section (31) is allocated to the acceptance area (A) and a second following cam section (30) in the direction of transport is allocated to the delivery area (B).
  6. Conveying device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the gripping body (10) may be swivelled between a clamping and an open position crosswise to the direction of transport.
  7. Conveying device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the one gripping body (10) may swivel through a fixed control cam (11) against a spring force in a controlled way.
  8. Conveying device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that a cam (29) is allocated to the intermediate conveyor (3) for swivelling the conveying elements (9) around the axis (27) and that the conveying elements (9) have a roller (28), which works together with the cam (29).
  9. Conveying device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the intermediate conveyor (3) is made wheel shaped and that the conveying elements (9) are supported at equal distances on the circumference of the intermediate conveyor (3).
  10. Conveying device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the conveying elements (9) may swivel in the delivery area (B) in a controlled way and the printed products (6"') may be driven on the conveying element (9) for delivery to the transport device (34).
  11. Conveying device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 10, with a transport device (34), to which the printed products (6) are delivered in the delivery area (B), characterised in that the transport device (34) has several containers, such as pockets (14) for example, into which the printed products (6) may be put.
  12. Use of the conveying device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 11 for processing individual printed products (6) or stacks (45) consisting of different printed products.
