Die beiden flächigen Elemente bilden durch bereichsweise Beabstandung voneinander eine geschlossene Kammer aus. In einem die Kammer umschließenden Bundbereich sind die flächigen Elemente miteinander verbunden, wobei der Bundbereich durch einen Außenrand begrenzt ist. Zur kontrollierten Abgabe eines in der Kammer gespeicherten Mediums weist diese eine Verjüngung auf, die einen mit der Kammer verbundenen Austrittspfad bildet, der nach Außen hin geöffnet werden kann.
