Claims (8)

  1. Turbomachine rotative, en particulier turbine à gaz, comprenant
    - un rotor (2), qui présente au moins deux rangées d'aubes mobiles (5) avec plusieurs aubes mobiles (6) ainsi qu'au moins un panneau de protection contre la chaleur du rotor (7) avec plusieurs éléments de panneau de protection (12), qui est disposé axialement entre deux rangées d'aubes mobiles (5),
    - un stator (3), qui présente au moins une rangée d'aubes directrices (8) disposée axialement entre deux rangées d'aubes mobiles (5), avec plusieurs aubes directrices (9),
    - les aubes directrices (9) de la rangée d'aubes directrices (8) présentant radialement à l'intérieur une structure d'étanchéité de stator (10) fermée dans la direction périphérique,
    - les éléments de panneau de protection (12) présentant radialement à l'extérieur une structure d'étanchéité de rotor (13) fermée dans la direction périphérique, qui coopère avec la structure d'étanchéité de stator (10) pour réaliser une étanchéité axiale (14),
    - une étanchéité radiale d'aube (15) étant réalisée dans la direction périphérique entre deux aubes mobiles adjacentes (6), laquelle sépare du rotor (2) un chemin de gaz (17) à travers lequel s'étendent les aubes mobiles (6) et les aubes directrices (9),
    - une étanchéité radiale de panneau de protection (16) étant réalisée dans la direction périphérique entre deux éléments de panneau de protection adjacents (12), laquelle sépare du rotor (2) le chemin de gaz (17),
    - les éléments de panneau de protection (12) et les aubes mobiles (6) étant adaptés mutuellement de telle sorte que l'étanchéité radiale de panneau de protection (16) se prolonge sans interruption dans les étanchéités radiales d'aubes (15) des deux aubes mobiles (6) axialement adjacentes, de telle sorte qu'une étanchéité radiale (21) continue depuis l'une des aubes mobiles (6) jusqu'à l'autre aube mobile (6) en passant par l'élément de panneau de protection (12) soit réalisée,
    - l'étanchéité radiale d'aube (15) présentant des rainures d'aubes (25) ouvertes dans la direction périphérique et réalisées dans la région des bases d'aubes (24) des aubes mobiles (6) adjacentes dans la direction périphérique, dans lesquelles rainures est introduit un élément d'étanchéité (26) en forme de plaque ou de bande,
    - l'étanchéité radiale de panneau de protection (16) présentant des rainures de panneau de protection (28) ouvertes dans la direction périphérique et réalisées dans des régions (27) adjacentes à la structure d'étanchéité du rotor (13) des éléments de panneau de protection (12) adjacents dans la direction périphérique, dans lesquelles rainures est introduit un élément d'étanchéité (26) en forme de plaque ou de bande,
    - des extrémités longitudinales axiales (29) des rainures de panneau de protection (28) étant alignées axialement avec des extrémités longitudinales axiales axialement adjacentes (30) des rainures d'aubes (25),
    - au moins un élément d'étanchéité (26) étant prévu pour s'étendre depuis les rainures de panneau de protection (28) axialement jusque dans les rainures d'aubes (25) d'au moins l'une des aubes mobiles adjacentes (6), ou pour s'étendre depuis les rainures d'aubes (25) des aubes mobiles (6) d'une rangée d'aubes mobiles (5) axialement jusque dans les rainures de panneau de protection (28),
    - des éléments d'étanchéité adjacents (26) entre les extrémités longitudinales axiales (30) des rainures d'aubes (25) et/ou entre les extrémités longitudinales axiales (29) des rainures de panneau de protection (28) étant en aboutement l'une contre l'autre axialement.
  2. Turbomachine selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les éléments de panneau de protection (12) présentent, entre leurs extrémités axiales, un renfoncement (31) saillant en arrière, radialement vers l'intérieur, dans lequel est disposée la structure d'étanchéité de rotor (13).
  3. Turbomachine selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les aubes directrices (9) sont dimensionnées de telle sorte que la structure d'étanchéité de stator (10) soit disposée à l'intérieur du renfoncement (31).
  4. Turbomachine selon la revendication 2 ou 3,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le renfoncement (31) est dimensionné de telle sorte que l'étanchéité axiale (14) soit réalisée à l'intérieur du renfoncement (31) et soit disposée de manière décalée radialement vers l'intérieur par rapport aux étanchéités radiales d'aubes (15) des aubes mobiles (6) adjacentes.
  5. Turbomachine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    - la structure d'étanchéité de stator (10) est configurée de manière à pouvoir être insérée par meulage, par exemple sous forme de structure en nid d'abeilles (33) avec des nids d'abeilles orientés radialement,
    - la structure d'étanchéité de rotor (13) est configurée de manière insérable par meulage, par exemple sous forme de nervure annulaire (32) en forme de lame,
    - la structure d'étanchéité de rotor (13) s'insère par meulage pendant le fonctionnement de la turbomachine (1) dans la structure d'étanchéité du stator (10).
  6. Turbomachine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la structure d'étanchéité de stator (10) et la structure d'étanchéité de rotor (13) coopèrent pour former une étanchéité axiale (14) à la manière d'un joint à labyrinthe.
  7. Turbomachine selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce que
    - la structure d'étanchéité de stator (10) présente plusieurs portions axiales annulaires (34) qui sont décalées radialement vers l'extérieur par rapport à une portion axiale annulaire (35) adjacente à celles-ci,
    - la structure d'étanchéité de rotor (13) présente plusieurs nervures annulaires (32) saillant radialement vers l'extérieur, qui sont disposées à chaque fois dans la région de l'une des portions axiales (34) décalées radialement vers l'extérieur.
  8. Turbomachine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce
    qu'un chemin de gaz de refroidissement (18) s'étend radialement entre l'étanchéité radiale (21) et le rotor (2).
