Description

Liftkabine mit Wartungsfenster Lift cabin with maintenance window
This invention relates to a lift cab with a special maintenance window. The lifts must be checked and maintained regularly. Essentially, the following elements must be checked and maintained: The rail fasteners, the suspension cables, the suspension cable fixings, the grooves of the traction sheaves or the traction drive tube, the pulleys, the limit switches, the safety brake cable and its attachment, and the guides of the chassis or the Cabin as well as the counterweight. This work is traditionally carried out on most lifts, with the lift mechanic standing on the roof of the lift cabin. This roof must be built according to regulations and be provided with a parapet. To control and maintain the elevator car is moved slowly or in slow stages over the entire track, so that the lift fitter sees by eye inspection all the necessary elements and has access with his hands to all elements on which he must perform maintenance, such as tightening screws, Lubricate rotating parts, check mechanical tension, test the function of limit switches, etc. As a further maintenance option, it is possible for some lifts to lower the car roof or roof hatch in the cabin roof, after which a work platform can be folded out of the then vertically suspended canopy. The lift mechanic can then climb onto this pedestal, either via a ladder from the lift cabin or from Floor through the open elevator cabin. In another embodiment, he can get from the next higher floor of the floor on the cabin roof and from there rise with a ladder on this pedestal. When the lift mechanic is standing on this work platform, he protrudes from the elevator cabin well enough that he can carry out the necessary work in the elevator shaft. In still further embodiments, the cabin walls are equipped with windows whose casement can be pivoted against the cabin interior, or sliding windows are provided so that the access to the elevator shaft is released on the side of this window. Such a solution can be found, for example, in WO 01/79104, JP 10-231074 or EP 1 031 528 B1. There, an access opening is disclosed, which is provided on that side wall of the car, which faces the conveyor of the lift, so that the conveyor for maintenance through this access opening from the interior of the car is accessible. However, not all maintenance work from inside the cabin is consistently feasible in the solutions presented there. The drive unit is located above the car in WO01 / 79104 and also in JP 10-231074, the guide rails for the car itself are outside the range accessible from the cab, namely on such side surfaces of the car, which can not be opened in EP 1 031 528 B1 are. The attachment and the condition of these guide rails are therefore not verifiable from the cabin. Often, the cable guides and their fortifications are designed so that they can not be checked from the cab.
[0002] Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Kabine mit Wartungsfenster zu schaffen, welche geeignet ist für Lifte, deren sämtliche zu wartende und zu prüfende Elemente sich auf einer einzigen Seite ausserhalb derThe object of the present invention is to provide a cabin with maintenance window, which is suitable for lifts whose all to be maintained and tested elements on a single page outside of the
Lift cabin are located and thus accessible through an open cabin side wall. In this case, however, regulations must also be met. For example, the distance from the parapet, up to which the installer can stand, to the ropes or other moving parts of the conveyor must be at least 10 cm.
This object is achieved by a lift cabin with maintenance window for a lift in which all the elements to be serviced and tested are arranged opposite a single side of the elevator cabin, and which is characterized in that on this side a part arranged more than 85 cm above the cabin floor of the cabin wall is designed to be removable towards the inside of the cabin, this part is at least 95 cm high and, after being removed from the cabin floor, can be leaned against this cabin wall to form a parapet, at least one spacer being provided between this removable part and the lower part of the cabin wall, so that the distance from the inside, the cabin facing side of the parked at the bottom side wall part to the moving relative to the moving elevator car elements of the lift drive is at least 10cm.
In the drawings, this lift cabin is shown and its maintenance window will be described with reference to these drawings and its function will be explained.

In Figure 1, a view is granted in the open elevator cabin, seen from the entrance door. Here the lift cabin is shown ready for use. The side walls are formed by panels 3, 6, 15, which are held, for example, by lateral guide rails 14, which in turn are connected to the frame of the elevator cabin by plug-in or screw connections. A fuse strip 16 may for example be arranged horizontally along the top of the cabin roof. This is equipped with a closing mechanism, which can be opened with a three or square wrench by this is inserted at the hole 17 and then rotated. On the rear cabin side, a second lift door 18 is arranged here, consisting of two horizontally outwardly displaceable door parts. As can be seen, the side wall is divided left into an upper side wall part 3 and a lower side wall part 6. Between these parts, a transverse strut 19 is arranged, which carries a handrail 5, here in the form of a chromium steel tube, which is a few centimeters from the side wall. Instead of a pipe, a strip can be provided, which can be engaged behind. The upper side wall part! 3 is a special feature with a few simple steps from the lift cabin side removable. For this purpose, the fuse strip 16 is first removed, by loosening the closing mechanism by means of a key. After removal of the fuse strip 16, the lateral retaining strips 14 can be removed. These are, for example, stuck in the bottom of moldings and connected at the top by a plug or screw connection to the frame of the elevator car. After removal of these retaining strips 14, these can be ajar for temporary storage, for example, on the opposite cabin wall. But now the lateral edges of the upper side wall part 3 are exposed. This side wall part 3 can now be grasped by the hands at the lateral edges and be lifted out of its lower holding profile, which runs along the upper edge of the lower side wall part 6, and afterwards parked on the cabin floor 1.
This situation is shown in FIG. The dismantled Seitenwandtei! 3 is parked here on the elevator car floor 1 and is based on the handrail 5. Thus, through the created above the parked side panel 3 maintenance window, the view of all elements of the lift drive, which must be maintained and checked, released and these elements are also accessible manually. The dismantled side wall part 3 closes in the mounting position a contact switch, not shown here, which is mounted outside of the elevator car. Once the side wall part 3 is removed, the elevator car can not be driven. If the side wall portion 3, which is preferably 100cm high, placed on the floor 1 of the cabin and ajar against the handrail 5, so it forms with its upper edge 4 a proper parapet for the lift fitter, who now through the created open maintenance window on the elements the lift drive can carry out its work. In order for the elevator car to be movable during this work and even more so for the purpose of carrying out this work with an open maintenance window, it must always be ensured that a prescribed distance exists between the parapet and the nearest parts moving at least 10 cm relative to the lift cabin. By turning off the dismantled side wall part 3 and parking it in front of the lower side wall part 6 and leaning against the handrail 5, the same acts as a spacer. The lift drives are designed as narrow as possible to save space in the elevator shaft. Corresponding to the lift cabin, the carrying and drive cables 7 and the guide rails 8 for the elevator car and the counterweight. As a result of the parking of the removed side wall part 3, which is offset inwards into the cabin interior, this required distance of 10 cm can easily be maintained, as can be seen in the figure.
In a second step, this parked side wall part 3 is now secured from falling over and at the same time is achieved so that the elevator car can be driven again. This will be explained with reference to FIG. 3, where the upper side wall part 3 is seen on the elevator car floor in front of the lower side wall part 6, viewed from the side. On the outside of the elevator car, a cable holder 9 is mounted, and from this cable holder 9 leads from a two-pole cable 11 to an end-side plug 12. This plug 12 can be inserted as shown here on a socket 13, on the back of the removable upper side wall portion 3 is mounted. In the socket 13, the two poles of the plug 12 are electrically connected to each other. As soon as the plug 12 is plugged into the socket 13, a circuit is closed, so that the elevator car is mobile. This connector secures on the one hand the removable side wall part 3 from falling over in the elevator car, and on the other hand, it closes a circuit, so that the elevator car is mobile. Thus, the elevator car is mobile only when the dismantled side wall part 3 is correctly parked in front of the lower side wall part 6 and thus, first, a parapet 4 with the required minimum distance to the moving parts, such as the passing cables 7 is formed, and secondly the circuit for driving the elevator car is closed. However, this contact can be closed only with correctly turned off side wall part 3, because only then can the engraver 12 plug into the socket 13 and close the circuit.
Instead of a handrail 5, which serves as a spacer for the parked side wall part 3, also serve a bracket, which is mounted on the back of the side wall part 3. For lifts where there is no handrail for space reasons, this solution is used. It is shown in FIG. On a bracket 21 which is mounted on the back of the side wall part 3, a bracket 19 is pivotally mounted. In the downhill position he simply hangs on the pivot bearing and contributes to the rear on the back of the side wall part 3 little. After the side wall part 3 is turned off after disassembly on the cabin floor 1, the lift mechanic can swing the bracket 19 upwards and put it with its end-side profile 20 over the upper edge of the lower side wall part 6. This also ensures compliance with the required distance of at least 10 cm to the moving parts, as shown, and the side wall part 3 can not fall over. Then next the circuit is closed, as already described for Figure 3.
The removable side wall part 3 may be a mirror glass, which can be inserted into a profiled strip 22 at the upper edge of the stationary side wall part 6 and by means of the lateral retaining strips 14 on the cabin wall is securable. Instead of a mirror glass, a transparent glass pane made of laminated glass can be used, or a panel made of wood, plastic or metal or a combination of these materials.
Figure 5 shows the elevator car in its uppermost position in the elevator shaft, in a section seen from the side. It can be seen that in this uppermost position of the elevator car, the lift motor 26 is located laterally next to the elevator car, or that the lift cabin can be moved up to the lift motor 26. The carrying and traction cables 7 run in two planes, with one plane lying very close to the elevator car. In Figure 6, the maintenance window is open. The upper side wall part 3 is placed accordingly in front of the lower side wall part 6 on the cabin floor 1, and that at a certain distance. This is defined by the above-described spacers, either by a stationary handrail 5, or by at least one spacer bracket 19, which are pivotable or hinged if necessary on the back of the removable side wall part 3. In FIG. 6 it can be seen how a parapet 4 is formed by this removable side wall part 3. From the inside of the parapet 4 to the first rope 7 at least 10cm distance must be maintained, which can be easily achieved with this arrangement. Finally, Figure 7 shows a view of the elevator car with accessible through the open maintenance window lift motor 26. This consists of a traction drive with an outer rotor tube, which serves as a driving tube, and over which the ropes 7 run, which are not shown here , As a special feature of this traction drive is suspended on a bridge 25 which rests on mounting bracket 27 on the inner guide rails 23 for the counterweight, while these brackets 27 are attached to the outer guide rails 24 for the elevator car. The maintenance window is open except for the lower, for example 90 cm high side wall part 6. It extends practically across the entire width of the elevator car. Before this maintenance window, the removable side wall part 3 is now placed so that its upper edge 4, the lower side wall portion 6 surmounted by 10cm and a parapet 4 forms. In the figure can be seen the rails 23 for the guidance of the counterweight, and arranged outside the engine run parallel to the rails 24 for the guidance of the elevator car. However, this particular lift drive is not the subject of this invention, but merely a background information. The lift cabin with this maintenance window can also be realized for other drive constructions.
This lift cabin with maintenance window makes it possible for the first time to wait and control a lift exclusively from the elevator car. The prerequisite is, of course, that all drive-relevant elements are accommodated on a single side of the elevator car. The lift cabin has an L-shaped chassis for this purpose, and the rails for the guidance of the elevator car as well as those for the counterweight run behind the standing leg of the L's. The lift motor, in whatever form, is also located behind the upright leg of the L's, as well as all pulleys, all fasteners for the ropes and rails, as well as all limit switches. Thus, all these elements are visible through the maintenance window and accessible from the cab. The maintenance is carried out exclusively from the lift cabin and is therefore much more comfortable and cleaner for the lift fitter and also faster and safer.
