- the slides 17 can be any arm and the flat element 14 can adopt other forms.
- these two parts 11, 12 could be assembled by other means based on welding, gluing ...
- this assembly is mechanical and its durable and final fixing is obtained simultaneously with the fixing of the rivet 10 on the shoe, during a riveting operation which at the same time induces the fastening of the rivet 10 on the wall of the shoe and the final fixing of the two parts 11, 12 of the rivet between them.
- the invention is particularly suitable for the manufacture of rivets Borchia type, solid metal material, aluminum for example. Naturally, this concept can be implemented on a rivet in another material like a rigid plastic.
- the manufacturing method is adapted to any form of rivet, this shape depending on the final location it occupies on the shoe and any mechanical functions it can perform, in addition to its aesthetic function.
- this manufacturing method therefore also allows the manufacture of an accessory for sports shoes, using as head 12 an element which comprises on its upper surface 15 means for filling the function of the accessory, such as, for example, rack and pinion teeth of a closing and clamping device or a form forming a seal on a surface of the boot.
- the invention can also be implemented to form sealing accessories or accessories for closing and tightening sports shoes.
- This technique therefore applies for example to racks and dentures, whose teeth can be formed by the extrusion manufacturing step of the head 12, simultaneously with the formation of the slides 17. It easily adapts to any metal accessory or plastic for sports shoes.
- the rivet 10 is itself also an accessory for sports shoes since there is actually a fusion between the accessory and its binding means on the shoe, which are distinct in the state of the art, or even obtained by excessively expensive processes based on molding or complex machining.
- this manufacturing method allows the realization of a rivet for attaching two shoe parts together, such as the shell and the collar, in the manner of the rivet 3 shown on the figure 1 .
- the head 12 may have an outer face 15 more elaborate than simply rounded of the state of the art.
- the lower surface 15 of the head 12 bears on the surface of the wall of a first part of the sports shoe while the deformed end 18 of the rod 13 comes at the inner surface of the wall of the second part of the sports shoe.
- the two walls are crossed by the rod 13 of the rivet 10 and locked on their two faces which are not vis-a-vis on the one hand by the head 12 and secondly by the distorted end 18 of the stem 13.
- the invention also relates to a method of manufacturing a sports shoe incorporating the use of at least one rivet 10 as described above.
- the rivet 10 can be used to attach two parts of the shoe together and / or to fix an accessory on the surface of the shoe, as described above.
- the method of manufacturing the shoe then comprises a step of binding the rivet 10 to the shoe, said riveting, which may consist of a simultaneous pressure on the upper surface 15 of the head 12 of the rivet 10 and on the opposite end 18 of the stem 13 of the foot 11 of the rivet 10.
- the lower face 19 of the head 12 comprises a flat surface 20 between the slides 17 vis-à-vis the flat element 14 to promote good strength of the assembly during the riveting operation.
- these two surfaces vis-à-vis the connecting elements of the foot 11 and the head 12 respectively may have any complementary shapes to ensure a good transfer of forces during the riveting operation.
- This operation allows not only the maintenance of the entire rivet on the sports shoe and possibly the maintenance between them of two separate parts of the shoe, but also the durable and irreversible fixation of the foot 11 and the head 12 of the rivet 10 between them.
- this riveting operation simultaneously ensures the irreversible connection of at least three elements: the sports shoe, the foot 11 and the head 12 of the rivet 10.
- the shape of the upper wall of the boot may have a housing at least partially receiving the head 12 to participate in its effective maintenance on the surface of the sports shoe in addition to its interlocking on the foot 11 of the rivet 10.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a rivet for sports shoes, particularly suitable for connecting different parts of sports shoes and / or for attaching accessories to parts of sports shoes. This rivet is particularly suitable for rigid sports shoes such as ski boots. The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing such a rivet and a method of manufacturing a sports shoe incorporating such a rivet.
A first object of the present invention is a rivet for a sports shoe combining an aesthetically attractive appearance for a minimum cost.

The invention is precisely defined by the claims.

The invention will be illustrated in the context of a ski boot but could be implemented on any sports shoe requiring the connection of several parts and / or accessories, and particularly those requiring high strength, composed of rigid elements and in front resist significant efforts when using them.
According to the concept of the invention, the rivet is composed of at least two separate interlocking parts, manufactured separately. The first part, said foot, comprises a rod intended to pass through the wall of the sports shoe when it is fastened to the boot and a means of connection with the second part, called the head, which is intended to rest visibly on the surface of the shoe, thus fulfilling an aesthetic function. Alternatively, this head can perform an additional function, such as that of a shoe accessory.
More generally, the manufacturing process in two distinct stages of two distinct parts of the rivet allows the manufacture of two parts more simple, which allows more economical manufacturing processes. In particular, the extrusion process is easier to implement, to form all or part of at least one of the parts of the rivet, and the possible steps of cutting, machining, are simpler and generate less material loss.
The manufacturing method finally comprises a third step of detachable interlocking of the two
The invention is particularly suitable for the manufacture of rivets Borchia type, solid metal material, aluminum for example. Naturally, this concept can be implemented on a rivet in another material like a rigid plastic. In addition, the manufacturing method is adapted to any form of rivet, this shape depending on the final location it occupies on the shoe and any mechanical functions it can perform, in addition to its aesthetic function.
As is apparent from the embodiment described above, this manufacturing method therefore also allows the manufacture of an accessory for sports shoes, using as
The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing a sports shoe incorporating the use of at least one
- elle permet de réduire le coût des opérations de fixation nécessaires sur les chaussures de sport ;
- elle est adaptée à toute chaussure de sport et pour tout type de fixation sur ses parois, que ce soit pour fixer différentes parties de la chaussure entre elles ou pour fixer un accessoire sur la chaussure ;
- it reduces the cost of necessary fastening operations on sports shoes;
- it is suitable for any sports shoe and for any type of attachment on its walls, either to fix different parts of the shoe between them or to fix an accessory on the shoe;
- it allows to obtain an improved aesthetics of sports shoes since the fastening device provides a continuous visible surface on the surface of the shoe. In the state of the art, the rounded head of the rivet was always visible.
