Abstract

L'invention concerne un plan de travail permettant de mesurer les paramètres géométriques d'une voiture endommagée, comprenant des premiers moyens de levage (14) pour un plateau (15) sur lequel la voiture doit être placée; les premiers moyens de levage (14) sont du type pouvant être placés au fond d'une fosse de réparation se trouvant dans le plancher de l'atelier dans lequel le plan de travail est exploité et sont conçus pour permettre un mouvement vertical du plateau (15) en partant d'une position qui est sensiblement alignée sur le niveau du plancher (13) vers une position qui est surélevée par rapport au plancher ( 13). Le plan de travail comprend également des seconds moyens de levage (20) pour une plate-forme (21) destiné à être placés entre le fond (11) de la fosse de réparation (12) et le plateau (15); la plate-forme (21) est formée de façon complémentaire par rapport au contour plan de la fosse de réparation (12). Les seconds moyens de levage (20) permettent un mouvement vertical de la plate-forme (21) en partant d'une position abaissée à l'intérieure de la fosse de réparation (12) vers une position surélevée de sorte à fermer la fosse de réparation (12) lorsque le plateau (15) est levé.

Claims (5)

  1. Banc pour automobiles en cavité dans une fosse (12), comprenant : des premiers moyens de levage (14) pour l'actionnement d'un pont (15) sur lequel l'automobile doit être disposée, lesdits premiers moyens de levage (14) étant adaptés de façon à être disposés sur le fond de la fosse (12) qui est réalisée dans le sol de la salle dans laquelle fonctionne ledit banc et étant adaptés de façon à permettre un mouvement vertical dudit pont (15) d'une position qui est sensiblement alignée avec le niveau du sol (13) dans lequel est réalisée la fosse (12) à une position qui est élevée à partir du sol (13), ledit pont (15) étant sensiblement formé de façon complémentaire vis-à-vis du contour en plan de la fosse (12) ; et des deuxièmes moyens de levage (20) pour l'actionnement d'une plateforme (21) disposée entre le fond (11) de la fosse (12) et ledit pont (15), ladite plateforme (21) étant formée de façon complémentaire vis-à-vis du contour en plan de la fosse (12), lesdits deuxièmes moyens de levage (20) permettant un mouvement vertical de ladite plateforme (21) d'une position abaissée à l'intérieur de ladite fosse (12) à une position élevée de façon à fermer ladite fosse (12) lorsque ledit pont (15) est élevé, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend de plus une unité de commande électronique (25) qui est adaptée de façon à commander l'actionnement desdits premiers moyens de levage (14) et desdits deuxièmes moyens de levage (20) et qui est disponible à un opérateur à l'aide de commandes, ladite unité de commande électronique (25) assurant une coordination de minutage entre lesdits premiers moyens de levage (14) et lesdits deuxièmes moyens de levage (20), de telle sorte que l'élévation dudit pont (15) soit suivie par une élévation de ladite plateforme (21), et qu'à un abaissement du premier corresponde un abaissement de cette dernière,
    lesdits premiers moyens de levage (14) comprenant un dispositif de levage à pantographe (16), qui est disposé de façon centrale par rapport audit pont (15), ladite plateforme (21) étant munie de façon centrale d'une ouverture traversante (23) pour la réception et le déplacement dudit dispositif de levage à pantographe (16).
  2. Banc pour automobiles selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits deuxièmes moyens de levage (20) comprennent des ressorts pneumatiques (24) qui sont disposés entre le fond (11) de la fosse (12) et ladite plateforme (21).
  3. Banc pour automobiles selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins quatre desdits ressorts pneumatiques (24), qui sont disposés aux quatre coins de ladite plateforme (21).
  4. Banc pour automobiles selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit pont constitue un banc de mesure pour des automobiles endommagées pour l'utilisation dans des ateliers de carrosserie.
  5. Banc pour automobiles selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la différence dans le temps d'actionnement des premiers moyens de levage (14) par rapport aux deuxièmes moyens de levage (20), tout à la fois pour l'élévation et l'abaissement du pont (15) par rapport à ceux de la plateforme (21), peut être prédéterminée dans ladite unité de commande électronique (25) ou peut être gérée par un système de capteurs, de telle sorte qu'à la détection d'un mouvement vertical du pont (15) dans une direction donnée, après un certain temps prédéterminé, corresponde l'actionnement des deuxièmes moyens de levage (20) de façon à produire un mouvement de translation correspondant de la plateforme (21).
