A method of the type mentioned and a plate of the type mentioned are the DE 197 04 292 A1 refer to.

There are already known plates, which are suitable for laying, especially on floors, which have effective locking members in the plane of the plate, which serve for the relative fixing of the plates within the plane of the plate. From the WO 2005/003574 A1 In this context, locking members have become known, which can cooperate with corresponding counter-elements of adjacent plates, so that when joining two plates a latching or snap connection between the two adjacent plates comes to conditions. With such locking devices, large areas can be laid in a very short time, with a secure connection and mutual alignment adjacent plates succeed. Laying on floors can usually be done floating, so that no separate determination is provided on the ground. When laying on walls and ceilings, however, separate anchoring options must be provided to ensure a proper grip of the plates. In addition to adhesive joints, for example, also known screw connections from the prior art in this context. However, such anchoring is associated with additional labor and time, since the anchoring requires a separate assembly step.

The present invention therefore aims to provide a method and a device of the aforementioned type, with which (r) without additional Arbeitsauwand both the relative fixing of the plates in the plane of the plate, so for example, a connection of adjacent plates together, as well Anchoring the plates succeed on at least one carrier.

To solve this problem, the method of the aforementioned type according to the invention is characterized in that the transversely effective to the plate plane anchoring member is inserted into a slot or groove of the counter member in the locking direction of the effective in the disk plane locking members. Characterized in that the transversely effective to the plate plane anchoring of the plate by inserting the corresponding anchoring member into a slot or a groove of the counter member in a direction which corresponds to the locking direction of the effective in the disk plane locking members, the laying and fixing of the plate is considerably simplified, because with a single insertion process both effective in the plate level determination and the transverse to the plate plane effective anchoring of the plates succeed. The aforementioned displacement process is preferably carried out in the plane of the plate or in a direction parallel to the plane of the plate, so that the laying and fixing of the Plates first a simple placement of the plate and subsequent displacement while locking the effective in the plate level locking members and simultaneously connecting the anchoring members with the corresponding counterparts are required.

Advantageously, the fixing of the plates in the plane of the plate takes place by means of the locking elements acting in the plane of the plate in a direction of 45 ° relative to the edge of the plate, so that connection of plates is also facilitated to a corner configuration of already laid plates. In this context, the inventive method is preferably developed such that the anchoring member is inserted in the plane of the plate in a direction of about 45 ° to the plate edge in the correspondingly extending slot or the groove of the counter member.

To compensate for tolerances and to achieve anchoring that is free of play, is advantageously method such that the anchoring member in the direction transverse to the plate plane is resiliently inserted into the slot or the groove. By the resilient tension of the anchoring member in the slot or the groove mounting tolerances can be compensated. Furthermore, when choosing a suitably stiff spring for a sufficiently stable fixation is provided. It is thus an effective transversely to the plane of the plate spring element, such as a plate spring or a rubber disc provided by which the armature is braced in the direction transverse to the plane of the plate against the corresponding counter-member.

The corresponding plate and means for fixing the plate to at least one carrier of the type mentioned is inventively characterized in that the anchoring member an anchor which extends in an in the locking direction of the active in the plate levels locking member (s) groove or slot of the counter member engages behind the edge of the groove or of the slot.

In this case, according to a preferred embodiment, the groove or the slot may be formed on a support bar. The support bar can in this case form a carrier to which the plates are fixed or, conversely, the support bar can be fixed to the carrier side facing the plate to the plate, in which case the corresponding counter-links the support are arranged, on which the plates are fixed.

The groove or slot, which (r), as already mentioned, preferably can be formed on a support strip, extends in a preferred embodiment at an angle of approximately 45 ° relative to the plate edges to the preferred locking direction in the plane of the plate effective latches and to facilitate the connection of the plates with adjacent plates in all possible laying situations while anchoring to the support.

Preferably, the support bar is designed as a substantially U-shaped profile, the two parallel legs each have at their free ends at least one bent portion for attachment to the plate or on the carrier and the third leg has the groove or the slot. Such a support bar can be produced in a simple manner at low cost, wherein preferably a plurality of mutually parallel slots or grooves can be formed on the support bar to attach to a single support bar a plurality of plates can.

Preferably, the design is developed in such a way that the armature is accommodated in the slot or groove in the plane of the board with play, so that a relative movement of the armature relative to the slot or groove in the plane of the plate is made possible. As a result, the plates can be moved within certain limits when anchoring or after anchoring in the plate plane, align with adjacent plates or connect with adjacent plates, whereby manufacturing tolerances can be compensated. In this case, preferably, the groove or the slot have a length which is greater than that necessary for the determination of the plate in the plane of the plate displacement of the plate. This results in the joining of two adjacent plates at Achieving the locking state would still be a residual path available for the determination on the carrier anchoring member within the groove or slot, so that double fits can be avoided.

The connection of two adjacent plates with each other is preferably carried out by means of a snap connection, wherein the training in this case is advantageously made such that the effective in the plane of the plate locking members with locking members of adjacent plates for making a snap connection between them cooperate.

In order to achieve a secure fixing of the anchoring members to the plate, the training is preferably made such that the anchoring member is fixed by means of a on the side facing the wearer of the plate or foamed material to the plate. The fact that the anchoring member on the back of the plate, ie on the side facing the carrier of the plate is set directly, the craftsman or consumer is immediately ready for laying plate available, which without great installation effort directly to the support or support structure can be anchored to the floor, on walls, ceilings, facades or the like. Characterized in that the anchoring member is preferably pre-assembled at the factory on the plate, a precise and accurate positioning of the anchoring member is possible, so that no problems arise when laying the plate problems of exact alignment of the plate. According to the definition of the anchoring member to the plate by means of a cast-on or foamed material, which on the one hand simplifies the manufacturing process and on the other hand ensures a very stable connection between the anchoring member and the plate. The production is carried out in a simple manner, for example, by the anchoring member is placed using a positioning aid at the appropriate location on the back of the plate and in the sequence around the anchoring member around an adhesive material is poured or foamed. For reasons of simplicity, in addition to the anchoring members, other elements can also be fixed simultaneously on the back of the plate, such as snap elements for connecting two adjacent plates, wherein the adhesive material is poured or foamed onto the plate in a single production step in such a way that both the anchoring members as well as the other, applied to the back of the plate elements are set.

Advantageously, it is provided that the anchoring member rests directly on the side facing the carrier of the plate and the infused or foamed material encloses a lateral surface of the anchoring member. In the production of the plate, this initially enables exact positioning of the anchoring members on the plate, initially no adhesive or the like being present, wherein the anchoring element is encapsulated or foamed only in a second working step so that the adhesive material encloses a lateral surface of the anchoring element ,

A particularly good holding force results according to a preferred embodiment, when the infused or foamed material is silicone, natural rubber, polyurethane, a polymer or an epoxy resin. Such materials can be applied in the liquefied or foamed state and cure in the shortest possible time, so that a secure and fast fixing of the anchoring member is ensured. The adhesion of the infused or foamed material to the plate and the anchoring element results in this case by adhesion and / or positive engagement. For example, polyurethane adheres to the back of a flagstone, inter alia, by the polyurethane penetrating into the pores of the stone and forming a positive fit.

Depending on the type and design of the anchoring member to be attached to the plate, the factory attachment of the anchoring member As a consequence, the space required for the storage and transport of the plates provided with the anchoring members is considerably increased compared to conventional plates. To solve any problems in this context, according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, that the anchoring member comprises at least two detachably connectable parts, wherein only one of the two parts by means of the infused or foamed material is fixed to the carrier side facing the plate and the respective other part has means for frictional and / or positive connection with the counterpart member. With such a two-part construction of the plate-side anchoring member, the space required for the storage and transport of the plates can be reduced by making the part of the anchoring member fixed to the plate with the help of the infused or foamed material as flat and small as possible. The other part of the anchoring member can be stored and transported separately, the assembly can be done only at the installation site. The fixed to the plate part of the anchoring member may in this case for example be formed by a nut into which a corresponding thread having another part of the locking member can be screwed, said other part means for non-positive and / or positive connection with a counterpart of the Carrier has.

In this show Fig. 1 a view on a plate with anchoring members, Fig. 2 a detailed view of an anchoring member according to Fig. 1 . Fig. 3 an exploded view of the anchoring member according to Fig. 2 . Fig. 4 an anchoring member in engagement with a counter member, Figure 5 a support bar, Fig. 6 an anchoring member in a modified embodiment, Fig. 7 an apart Representation of the anchoring member according to Fig. 6 . Fig. 8 an anchoring member in a further modified embodiment, Fig. 9 an exploded view of the anchoring member according to Fig. 8 . Fig. 10 a plurality of anchored plates, Fig. 11 a view of a modified embodiment of a plate from below and Fig. 12 a plate according to Fig. 11 in an anchored state.

In Fig.1 is a plate, in particular stone tile, designated 1, wherein at the rear side transverse to the plate plane effective anchoring members 6 are attached. The anchoring members 6 are each fixed to the plate 1 by means of a material 3 cast or foamed on the back of the plate 1. In this case, the infused or foamed material adheres both to the back of the plate 1 and the anchoring member 6, so that a solid bond between the anchoring member 6 and the plate 1 is formed. Furthermore, locking members 19 and 20 can be seen, wherein by locking the locking members 19 in locking members 20 adjacent plates a determination in the plate plane and in particular a connection between adjacent plates takes place.

The anchoring member 6 is in the Fig. 2 shown enlarged, the sake of clarity, the plate 1 is not shown, but only the infused or foamed onto the plate material 3. As in particular from the exploded view according to Figure 3 it can be seen, the anchoring member 6 consists of the nut 7, whose jacket is enclosed by the infused or foamed material 3, so that the nut 7 in this manner at the back of the in Figure 3 not shown plate 1 is fixed. In the thread of the nut 7 is a bolt 8 with the interposition of a plastic disc 9 and a resilient member 10, for example a plate spring, screwed. This results between the plastic disc 9, which preferably consists of hard plastic, and the material 3, a threading slot 11, which, as shown in Figure 4 is shown, can be inserted into a slot 12 of a support bar 13. The support bar 13 is here again in Figure 5 wherein it can be seen that a support bar 13 may be formed with a plurality of slots 12 arranged in parallel. The support bar 13 is substantially U-shaped, wherein the two parallel legs 14 each have a bent portion 15 which is provided with through holes, which serve to receive fastening means for fixing the support bar 13 on walls, ceilings or the like.

In the 6 and 7 a modified embodiment of the anchoring member 6 is shown, wherein in comparison to the training according to the FIGS. 2 and 3 another disc 17 is provided, which may be formed for example as a simple washer. The resilient element 10 may in this case also be formed by a rubber disc. In the 8 and 9 a further modified embodiment of the anchoring member 6 is shown, wherein in comparison to the training according to the 6 and 7 a further rubber disc 18 is arranged on the plate side and the plastic disc 9 has a modified design, so that the threading slot 11 is formed in this component.

In Fig. 10 now a plurality of plates 1 is shown, each carrying four fixed on its back anchoring members 6. On a wall, a ceiling or the like. A plurality of mutually parallel support strips 13 is fixed, which constitute the counter-elements for the anchoring members 6. The anchoring of a plate 1 in this case takes place such that the plate 1 in the direction of the slot 12, that is approximately at an angle of 45 ° relative to the plate edge, moved, so that the anchoring members 6 can dip into the corresponding slots 12, as for example in FIG Figure 4 is shown. In Figure 10 It can be seen that each plate has a plurality at its edges of locking members 19 which can cooperate with corresponding counter-members 20 of the respective adjacent plate, so that there is a snap or latching connection between adjacent plates 1. The joining direction when attaching a further plate to already laid plates, ie the Verrieglungsrichtung the locking members 19 and 20, runs in the in Figure 10 illustrated embodiment in the direction of arrow 21, ie at an angle of approximately 45 ° relative to the plate edges. This also corresponds to the direction of the slots 12, so that when inserting the locking members 6 of a plate 1 in the slots 12 both a connection of adjacent plates by means of the locking members 19 and 20 and an anchoring of the plates to the support bars 13 takes place.

In Fig. 11 a modified embodiment is shown in which at the back of the plate 1 support strips 22 are fixed, which have slots 23, wherein the support bars 22 are fixed by means of a cast or foamed onto the back of the plate material on the plate. How out Figure 12 it can be seen, in such a modified embodiment, the anchoring members are fixed on a carrier 24, wherein the anchoring members dive into the slots 23 of the support bars 22 and thereby anchor the plate to the carrier 24.
