Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum klebstofffreien Verbinden, durch Druckmarkierung, von mindestens zwei Lagen (5, 6) auf Zellstoffbasis, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darin besteht, mindestens eine erste Lage (5) durch einen Durchgang zwischen einer ersten Walze (2) und einer außen mit Gummi überzogenen Walze (4) mit einem Prägemuster zu prägen, dann mindestens eine zweite Lage (6) mit der ersten Lage (5) zu verbinden, indem die Lagen (5, 6) zwischen die erste gravierte Walze (2) aus Stahl mit einer Achse CC' und mindestens einer ersten Reihe von kleinen, außen glatten, koaxialen Walzen (1) mit einer Achse XX', dann zwischen die erste Walze (2) und eine zweite Reihe von kleinen koaxialen, außen glatten Walzen (3) mit den Achsen YY' gegeben werden, wobei die Achsen CC', XX' und YY' waagerecht und parallel sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung auf dem ganzen oder einem Teil des Prägemusters ausgeführt wird.
- Verbindungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kleinen Walzen (1; 3) jeder Reihe um einen Abstand, der im Wesentlichen gleich ihrer Breite ist, axial voneinander entfernt sind und von einer Reihe zur anderen versetzt angeordnet sind, um eine Überdeckungsbreite (e) in Querrichtung zu erzielen, die zwischen ungefähr 0,1 mm und ungefähr 10 mm liegt, bevorzugt ungefähr 1 mm beträgt.
- Verbindungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Lage (6) vor der Verbindung individuell geprägt wird.
- Verbindungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Lage (6) vor der Verbindung nicht geprägt wird.
- Verbindungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle oder ein Teil der kleinen Walzen (1, 3) für den Druck an die gravierte Walze (2) und/oder die axiale und/oder pseudoaxiale Positionierung individuell einstellbar sind.
- Verbindungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zu verbindenden Lagen (5, 6) während und zwischen allen Verbindungsschritten an die gravierte Walze (2) angedrückt sind.
- Verbindungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen XX' und YY' winkelmäßig um einen Winkel α beabstandet sind, der entlang der Achse CC' der ersten gravierten Walze (2) aus Stahl gemessen wird, wobei der Winkel α zwischen 10° und 180° liegt.
- Verbindungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagen (5, 6) unter eine dritte Reihe von kleinen koaxialen glatten Walzen gehen, die mit der gravierten Walze (2) zusammenwirken.
- Verbindungsverfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gummiwalze (4), die erste Walze (2) und die kleinen Walzen (1, 3) jeweils derart positioniert und eingestellt sind, dass der Kontakt zwischen der ersten gravierten Walze (2) und jeder der kleinen glatten Walzen (1; 3) unter einem spezifischen Druck zwischen ungefähr 40 und ungefähr 250 N/mm2 ausgeführt wird.
- Einrichtung zum klebstofffreien Verbinden von mindestens zwei Lagen (5, 6) auf Zellstoffbasis, umfassend eine erste gravierte Walze (2) mit einer Achse CC', eine außen mit Gummi überzogene Walze (4), die mit der ersten Walze zusammenwirkt, um mindestens eine erste Lage (5) zu prägen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner mindestens eine erste Reihe von kleinen, koaxialen, außen glatten Walzen (1) mit einer Achse XX' und eine zweite Reihe kleiner koaxialer, außen glatter Walzen (3) mit den Achsen YY' umfasst, wobei die Achsen CC', XX' und YY' waagerecht und parallel sind, und dass die kleinen Walzen mit der ersten gravierten Walze (2) zusammenwirken, um die Lagen (5, 6) zu verbinden.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen XX' und YY' winkelmäßig um einen Winkel α beabstandet sind, der an der Achse CC' der ersten Walze (2) gemessen wird, wobei der Winkel α zwischen 10° und 80° liegt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kleinen Walzen (1; 3) jeder Reihe um einen Abstand, der im Wesentlichen gleich ihrer Breite ist, axial voneinander entfernt sind und von einer Reihe zur anderen versetzt angeordnet sind, um eine Überdeckungsbreite (e) in Querrichtung zu erzielen, die zwischen ungefähr 0,1 mm und ungefähr 10 mm liegt, bevorzugt ungefähr 1 mm beträgt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner eine dritte Reihe kleiner koaxialer Walzen umfasst, die mit der gravierten Walze (2) zusammenwirken, um die Lagen zu verbinden, wobei die jeweiligen Drehachsen der ersten, zweiten und dritten Reihen von kleinen Walzen um die gravierte Walze (2) herum angeordnet sind, um die Kräfte auszugleichen, die auf die Walze (2) ausgeübt werden.
