Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung eines Zustandes eines elektrostatischen Abscheiders (1) sowie ein Verfahren zur Erfassung einer Partikelkonzentration in einem Partikelstrom eines elektrostatischen Abscheiders (1), umfassend die Schritte: Zuführen einer Menge elektrischer Energie zu dem elektrostatischen Abscheider (1) und Verbrauchen zumindest eines Teils der Menge der elektrischen Energie durch Erzeugung einer Coronaentladung an einer Elektrode (6). Weiter betrifft die Erfindung einen mit elektrischer Energie betriebenen elektrostatischen Abscheider (1), insbesondere für eine Abgasleitung (2) einer Abgasreinigungsanlage und ein Heizungssystem zur Erzeugung von Energie mittels Verbrennen von einem Energieträger mit einem elektrostatischen Abscheider (1).
