Abstract

Claims (14)

  1. Application system for a pasty liquid product (P), comprising a lower body (1) for actuating which is mounted in manual rotation on an upper body (2), and an applicator (5) integral with said upper body being provided with an orifice for dispensing (6) the product (P), said system being characterised in that it further comprises a flexible pouch (14) wherein the product (P) is conditioned, said pouch being housed in the upper (2) and lower (1) bodies by being on the one hand integral in rotation with said lower body and on the other hand integral with the applicator (5) by being in a sealed communication with the orifice (6), in such a way as to allow the dispensing of the product (P) via torsion of the pouch (14) during the actuating in rotation of the lower body (1).
  2. Application system according to claim 1, characterised in that the lower body (1) comprises a bore (16) whereon a lower opening (14a) of the flexible pouch (14) is mounted, a lower means of sealing (17) of the flexible pouch (14) being associated in said bore.
  3. Application system according to claim 1 or characterised in that the base of the applicator (5) is associated in the upper wall (8) of the upper body (2), said applicator comprising a protruding portion (9) provided with the orifice for dispensing (6).
  4. Application system according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the orifice for dispensing (6) is formed on a bevelled zone (13) of the applicator (5).
  5. Application system according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that at least one portion of the applicator (5) is over-moulded by the flexible pouch (14), a slot (15) being made in the zone of said pouch which is possible formed across from the orifice for dispensing (6).
  6. Application system according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the thickness (e) of the envelope of the flexible pouch (14) increases from the lower body (1) up to the applicator (5).
  7. Application system according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the upper body (1) is mounted on the upper body (2) by the intermediary of a device (18) for non-return rotation in the direction (S) opposite to the actuating.

Application system according to any of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that it further comprises an exterior body (24) and a base (25) which is mounted in manual rotation on said exterior body, the upper body (2) being mounted in reversible translation in the exterior body (24) between a retracted position wherein the applicator (5) is housed in the exterior body (24) and a position for use wherein said applicator is protruding from said exterior body, the lower body (1) being mounted in translation in the base (25) in order to reversibly displace the upper body (2) between its two positions by rotation of the base (25) respectively in one direction, and in order to be driven in rotation by said base when said applicator is in the position for use.
  12. Application system according to claim 11, characterised in that the interior surface of the base (25) comprises a helical groove (26), the lower body (1) comprising an exterior lug (27) which is engaged in said groove on the travel of translation.
  13. Application system according to claim 11 or 12, characterised in that the interior surface of the exterior body (24) comprises an axial groove (28) wherein an exterior lug (29) of the upper body (2) is guided.
  14. Application system according to any of claims 1 to 13, characterised in that, in the position of use, at least one among the lug (27), the lug (29) and the upper body (2) is in axial abutment in respectively the end of the groove (26), the groove (28) and the upper body (24).
