Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Möbelabdeckplatte, insbesondere für Küchen- oder Badezimmermöbel, insbesondere aus einem hochwertigen Natursteinmaterial wie Granit, mit einer ebenen Oberseite und einer in einen Raum gerichteten Stirnseite.
  • Solche Abdeckplatten für Möbel sind in vielerlei Ausführungsformen bekannt, wie beispielsweise eine aus einem hochwertigen Naturstein, wie sie in der DE 200 09 187 U1 veröffentlicht ist, die zu ihrer Verstärkung an der Unterseite der Platte mit einem Profil versehen ist, welches jedoch durch das Vorsetzen einer Zierleiste un-kenntlich gemacht wird.
  • Allen bekannten Möbelabdeckplatten sind jedoch Stirnseiten zugeordnet, die möglicherweise über entsprechend ausgebildete Umleimer eine Mehrschichtigkeit einer Möbelabdeckplatte oder deren Massivheit vortäuschen, wonach trotz einer Vielzahl der möglichen Ausführungsformen der bekannte Gestaltungsspielraum erschöpft ist.
  • Die DE-U-203 14 832 (Figur 6) offenbart eine Möbelabdeckplatte mit stirnseitiger Lichtquelle und schmaler Zusatzplatte.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine neue Möbelabdeckplatte zur Verfügung zu stellen, deren Ausgestaltung ihrer Stirnseite die Gestaltungsmöglichkeit von Arbeitsplatten weiter drastisch vergrößert und die den Einsatzbereich und den Verwendungszweck einer Möbelabdeckplatte erweitert.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe ergibt sich aus der Merkmalskombination des Anspruchs 1.
  • Ein solches Effektprofil stellt zwar ein Profil im Sinne des bekannten Standes der Technik dar, dient jedoch nicht der Verbesserung der Festigkeit sondern im Wesentlichen der Optik und der Beleuchtung und ist zudem nicht hinter eine Stirnseite einer Möbelabdeckplatte zurück versetzt, sondern bündig mit dieser und damit nicht nur sichtbar, sondern durch die Hinterleuchtung auch noch optisch hervorgehoben. Als Lichtquelle sind alle auf dem Markt befindlichen Lichtquellen denkbar, wobei bevorzugt solche zur Anwendung kommen, die keine oder nur wenig Abwärme erzeugen, wie etwa LED-Lampen oder Leuchtstofflampen. Durch die Art und Ausführung der Gestaltung des Effektprofils, insbesondere seiner Rückseite, an der das Licht eingeleitet wird, lässt sich durch das Einbringen von geraden oder prismenförmigen Lichteintrittsflächen die Art und Weise des Lichtaustritts im stirnseitigen Bereich der Möbelabdeckplatte auf vielerlei Art variieren.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des Gegenstandes der Erfindung ergeben sich mit und in Kombination aus den nachfolgenden Unteransprüchen.
  • Die weitere schmale Zusatzplatte besteht vorzugsweise aus dem selben Material wie die Möbelabdeckplatte, so dass der Eindruck erzeugt wird, diese sei über ihre gesamte Möbeltiefe massiv und die Lichtleiste nur stirnseitig eingefräst. Eine solche Ausführungsform steigert die optische Wertigkeit eines damit ausgestatteten Möbels sehr wesentlich.
  • Weil die Zusatzplatte tiefer bzw. breiter ausgeführt ist als das Effektprofil, kann die Lichtquelle in einem von der Unterseite des vorderen Bereichs der Möbelabdeckplatte, der Rückseite des Effektprofils und der Oberseite des freien Bereichs der Zusatzplatte gebildeten, nach hinten offenen Freiraum eingesetzt oder sogar eingeklemmt werden, so dass stets eine exakte und vorbestimmte Lagerung einer Lichtquelle erzielt werden kann, ohne aufwändige Montagearbeiten am Möbelstück ausführen zu müssen.
  • Als Lichtquelle kommt vorteilhafterweise ein Lichtschlauch mit beabstandeten einzelnen Glühbirnchen oder Leuchtdioden zum Einsatz, der nicht nur per se wasserdicht ausgebildet ist, sondern sich auch einfach in den Spalt des Freiraumes einsetzen lässt. Es scheinen dann die einzelnen Lichtpunkte durch das Effektprofil nach vom und erzeugen so einen optisch ansprechenden Anblick aber auch etwa nachts, falls keine Zimmerbeleuchtung eingeschaltet ist, eine Orientierungshilfe im Raum, wobei diese Art von Lichtquellen nicht dazu gedacht sind einen Raum oder einen Bereich davor so hell zu erleuchten, wie es für einen Arbeitsbereich erforderlich wäre.
  • Vielmehr ist es vorteilhaft die Lichtquellen zur Erzielung eines optisch interessanten Effektes mit unterschiedlichen oder wechselnden Lichtfarben zu betreiben oder auch mit einem Lauflicht zu versehen, welches zudem eine richtungshinweisende Funktion in einem Raum entfalten kann.
  • Die vorteilhafterweise als Lichtschlauch ausgebildete Lichtquelle kann vorteilhafterweise selber aus eingefärbtem Kunststoff bestehen, wodurch sich eine auf die Möbelabdeckplatte abgestimmte Grundansicht erzeugen lässt.
  • Entsprechend weiterer vorteilhafter Ausführungsformen des Gegenstandes der Erfindung lassen sich unter der Zusatzplatte weitere Effektprofile und weitere Zusatzplatten anordnen, so dass den Variationsmöglichkeiten der Ausgestaltung der erfinderischen Möbelabdeckplatte keine Grenzen gesetzt sind, wobei hinter jedem einzelnen Effektprofil separate Lichtquellen angeordnet sein können oder auch eine Lichtquelle alle verwandten Effektprofile gleichzeitig mit ihrem Licht beaufschlagen kann.
  • Gemäß einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind die Möbelabdeckplatte, das Effektprofil und die weitere Zusatzplatte und die ggf. weiteren Effektprofile und Zusatzplatten miteinander verklebt, wodurch insbesondere eine wasserdichte Verbindung entsteht und keine Feuchtigkeit in die Stirnseite der Möbelabdeckplatte eindringen kann.
  • Das durchsichtige oder durchscheinende Material des Effektprofils besteht bevorzugterweise aus Acrylglas, könnte jedoch auch aus echtem Glas oder anderen durchsichtigen oder durchscheinenden Kunststoffen gefertigt sein.
  • Bei einer besonders bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind die Schicht-dicken der Möbelabdeckplatte und der weiteren Zusatzplatte bzw. Zusatzplatten und des Effektprofils bzw. der Effektprofile identisch, können jedoch auch unterschiedlich gewählt sein, wobei beispielsweise das Maß der Dicke des Materials des Effektprofils zwischen 3mm und 40mm und das Maß der Dicke der Möbelabdeckplatte und der Zusatzplatte zwischen 10mm und 50mm betragen kann. Wesentlich ist, dass, da die Möbelabdeckplatte voraussichtlich ständig mit ihrem vorderen Rand über den vorderen Rand eines Möbelkorpus hervorragend ausgebildet sein wird, dass die Tiefe der Möbelbauplatte, des Effektprofils und der Zusatzplatte Abmaße aufweisen, um noch verhältnismäßig großflächig auf dem vorderen Rand eines Möbelkorpus aufliegen zu können.
  • Die Stirnseiten des Effektprofils und der schmalen Zusatzplatte sind vorteilhafterweise bündig mit der Stirnseite der Möbelabdeckplatte angeordnet und auf Hochglanz poliert, so dass sie bevorzugt eine vertikale Ebene bilden, wobei sich jedoch auch andere Stirnseitenformen, wie etwa schräge, ebene Stirnseitenflächen erzeugen lassen oder aber stufenweise versetzt angeordnete Schichten der einzelnen Bauteile, je nach dem, wie der Gestalter eines Möbels dies wünscht.
  • Nachfolgend sind einige Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung anhand von Zeichnungen näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 einen Küchenunterschrank in räumlicher Ansicht,
    • Fig. 2 eine geschnittene Ansicht einer Möbelabdeckplatte mit eingesetztem Kochfeld und
    • Fig. 3 eine geschnittene Darstellung einer Möbelabdeckplatte mit eingesetzter Spüle
  • Wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt, besteht eine mögliche Ausführungsform eines Möbels 1 aus einem Möbelkorpus 10 mit Sockelfüßen 14 und einer Sockelleiste 11, wobei der Möbelkorpus 10 mit einer Schublade 16 und darunter mit einer Tür 15 versehen ist. Nach oben wird das Möbel von der Möbelabdeckplatte 2 abgeschlossen, unter deren vorderen Stirnseite 3 ein Effektprofil 4 angeordnet ist, unter dem wiederum eine weitere schmale Zusatzplatte 6 platziert ist, wobei alle drei Platten miteinander verklebt sind. Sie weisen die gleiche Dicke auf, wobei die Möbelabdeckplatte 2 und die Zusatzplatte 6 beispielsweise aus Granit bestehen und das Effektprofil 4 aus Glas oder einem durchsichtigen oder durchscheinenden Kunststoff wie etwa Acrylglas.
  • Das Effektprofil ist weniger tief ausgebildet als die Zusatzplatte 6, so dass sich hinter dem Effektprofil 4 ein im Querschnitt etwa U-förmiger Raum ergibt, in dem eine als Lichtschlauch ausgebildete Lichtquelle 5 eingesetzt ist. Nach hinten, von dem Effektprofil 4 und der Zusatzplatte 6 beabstandet, ist unter der Möbelabdeckplatte 2 eine Distanzplatte 8 angeordnet, so dass hinter dem Aufnahmeraum für die Lichtquelle 5 ein von unten zugänglicher Freiraum 7 verbleibt, durch den die Lichtquelle 5 einfach zugänglich bleibt, um ggf. nach einem Ausfall einzelner Birnchen oder LEDs demontiert werden zu können. Weiterhin ist in der Fig. 1 unterhalb des Korpus 10, vor der Sockelleiste 11 ein weiteres Effektprofil 12 mit einer weiteren dahinter angeordneten Lichtquelle 13 dargestellt, wodurch sich eine weitere optisch gestaltete Stirnseite des Möbels 1 erzeugen lässt.
  • Die Lichtquelle 5 und auch die Lichtquelle 13 ist insbesondere dafür gedacht, dem Möbel 1 eine neue Gestaltung zu geben, ohne dass direkte Beleuchtungszwecke damit verfolgt würden, die die Lichtquellen 5, 13 natürlich dann haben, wenn sie nachts als einzige Beleuchtung eines Raumes in Betrieb sind.
  • Die Lichtfarbe der Lichtquelle 5 kann beliebig ausgewählt oder auch wechselnd ausgebildet sein, ebenso wie bei einer Ausführung der Lichtquelle 5 als Lichtschlauch das diesen umgebende Kunststoffmaterial beliebig eingefärbt sein kann.
  • In den Figuren 2 und 3 sind weitere Varianten eines Möbels dargestellt, beispielsweise die Verwendung der Möbelabdeckplatte 2 im Bereich einer Herdplatte 17 oder einer Spüle 18, bei deren Korpussen, ebenso wie beim Möbelkorpus 10 der Fig. 1, die Möbelabdeckplatte 2, das Effektprofil 4 und die schmale Zusatzplatte 6 sich über den vorderen Rand erstrecken, aber solche Abmaße in ihrem Tiefenmaß aufweisen, dass sie stets noch auf dem vorderen Rand des Möbelkorpus 10 aufliegen können. Das Maß der Distanzplatte 8 unter der Möbelabdeckplatte 2 weist das gleiche Dickenmaß auf wie das vom Effektprofil 4 und der Zusatzplatte 6 zusammen, so dass sich eine insgesamt planebene Auflagerfläche der Möbelabdeckplatte 2 einstellt.
  • Die Stirnseite 3 der Möbelabdeckplatte 2 bildet hier mit der Stirnseite des Effektprofils 4 und der Zusatzplatte 6 eine ebene vertikale Fläche, die jedoch auch von einer Vertikalen abweichend ausgebildet sein kann oder auch Schrägen und Absätze aufweisen könnte, was jedoch zeichnerisch nicht dargestellt ist.

Claims (13)

  1. Möbelabdeckplatte, insbesondere für Küchen- oder Badezimmermöbel, insbesondere aus einem hochwertigen Natursteinmaterial wie Granit, mit einer ebenen Oberseite und einer in einen Raum gerichteten Stirnseite, wobei unterhalb der Stirnseite mindestens über einen Teil der Breite eines Möbels (1) mindestens ein Effektprofil (4) aus durchsichtigem oder durchscheinendem Material und dahinter mindestens eine Lichtquelle (5) angeordnet ist, wobei unter dem Effektprofil (4) eine weitere schmale Zusatzplatte (6) angeordnet ist, wobei die Zusatzplatte (6) tiefer ausgeführt ist als das Effektprofil (4) und wobei die Lichtquelle (5) in einem von der Unterseite des vorderen Bereichs der Möbelabdeckplatte (2), der Rückseite des Effektprofils (4) und einer freien Oberseite der weiteren Zusatzplatte (6) gebildeten, nach hinten offenen Freiraum (7) eingesetzt ist, wobei durch den von unten zugänglichen Freiraum (7) die Lichtquelle (5) zugänglich bleibt.
  2. Möbelabdeckplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lichtquelle (5) aus einem Lichtschlauch mit beabstandeten einzelnen Glühbimchen oder Leuchtdioden besteht.
  3. Möbelabdeckplatte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lichtquellen (5) unterschiedliche oder wechselnde Lichtfarben aufweisen.
  4. Möbelabdeckplatte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lichtschlauch aus eingefärbten Kunststoff besteht.
  5. Möbelabdeckplatte nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die weitere schmale Zusatzplatte (6) aus dem gleichen Material wie die Möbelabdeckplatte (1) ausgebildet ist.
  6. Möbelabdeckplatte nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der weiteren Zusatzplatte (6) ein weiteres Effektprofil (4) und eine weitere schmale Zusatzplatte (6) anschließt.
  7. Möbelabdeckplatte nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Möbelabdeckplatte (2) das Effektprofil (4) und die weitere schmale Zusatzplatte (6) gegebenenfalls weitere Effektprofile (4) und Zusatzplatten (6) miteinander verklebt sind.
  8. Möbelabdeckplatte nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das durchsichtige oder durchscheinende Material des Effektprofils (4) aus Acrylglas besteht.
  9. Möbelabdeckplatte nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schichtdicken der Möbelabdeckplatte (2) und der weiteren schmalen Zusatzplatte (6) die gleichen Abmessungen aufweisen.
  10. Möbelabdeckplatte nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Maß der Dicke des durchsichtigen oder durchscheinenden Materials des Effektprofils (4) 3 bis 40 mm beträgt.
  11. Möbelabdeckplatte nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Maß der Dicke der Möbelabdeckplatte (2) und der weiteren Zusatzplatte (6) zwischen 10 und 50 mm beträgt.

Möbelabdeckplatte nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie über einen vorderen Rand eines Möbelkorpus (10) hervorsteht und das Effektprofil (4) und die schmale Zusatzplatte (6) ein Tiefenmaß aufweisen um auf den vorderen Rand (9) des Möbelkorpus (10) aufliegen zu können.
  13. Möbelabdeckplatte nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnseiten des Effektprofils (4) und die der weiteren schmalen Zusatzplatte (6) bündig mit der Stirnseite (3) der Möbelabdeckplatte (2) oder versetzt dazu angeordnet sind.
