Description

The invention relates to a roof, ceiling or wall element of several successive layers of wooden boards, wherein the wooden boards of successive layers lie with their broad sides on each other and the wooden boards are connected to a position with the wooden boards at least the adjacent layer by holding elements.

Ein solches Element ist aus DE 195 37 298 bekannt.Such an element is out DE 195 37 298 known.

Such roof, ceiling or wall elements are inexpensive to produce, but must be often reworked for the production of smooth visible surfaces. If e.g. used in the production of such roof, ceiling or wall panels wooden boards, which are rude on the broad sides facing each other, uneven gaps may occur at the edges, which are undesirable especially on the visible side. In addition, wood fibers or wood splinters are usually present at the edges, giving the roof, ceiling or wall element an unattractive appearance. To avoid this, the boards are often planed on their broadsides, but this requires a considerable manufacturing effort. In addition, the planing of the boards on the broad sides leads to a considerable loss of material.

The object of the invention is to provide a roof, ceiling or wall element of the type mentioned, which is inexpensive to produce with little loss of material from simple wooden boards.

This object is achieved by a roof, ceiling or wall element with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments and advantageous developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

Since in the roof, ceiling or wall element according to the invention, the wooden boards on the facing wide surfaces are rough, not only the production cost can be reduced but also caused by planing loss of material in the thickness direction can be prevented. Due to the special profiling of the wooden boards on the visible side of the roof, ceiling or wall element forming narrow surface is also achieved that the abutment edges of the successive wooden boards and a due to the roughness of unplaned broad surfaces there possibly uneven gap existing back inside and thus are not readily visible from the outside. The wood fibers or wood splinters usually protruding at the abutment edges between the wooden boards are set back inwards and can not be seen. As a result, a large-scale roof, ceiling or wall element can be produced with a visually appealing, uniform viewing surface in a relatively simple manner from stacked wooden boards with uncut wide surfaces.

In a production-technically advantageous embodiment, the upper and lower folds of the wooden boards are formed on at least one of the extending in the longitudinal direction of the wooden boards narrow surfaces as rectangular depressions, so that two superimposed boards form an inwardly extending groove through which the abutment edges of the wooden boards set back inside are. The stepped smooth narrow surface with the upper and lower folds can be made on a wooden board expediently by a profile planer or profile cutter in one operation.

In order to achieve a clean and uniform viewing surface have in ceiling elements from 20 to 25 mm thick, unplaned on the broad surfaces wooden boards, for. a groove width B of 2 to 10 mm and a groove depth T of 3 to 15 mm proved to be useful.

The roof, ceiling or wall element can be constructed of equal width wooden boards or from wider and more narrow wooden boards arranged therebetween, so that between the wider wooden boards a receiving space for a filling or insulating material is created. The receiving spaces may e.g. be filled with concrete, whereby a composite component with good load and strength properties can be produced.

In the case of long roof, ceiling or wall elements, a plurality of wood boards of the same or different lengths are expediently arranged within one layer, butt to joint. The individual layers can also have only one wooden board at a time.

Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment with reference to the drawings. Show it:
FIG. 1
a roof, ceiling or wall element made of wooden boards in a front view, side view and top view;
FIG. 2
an enlarged view of the area A of FIG. 1 and
FIG. 3
an enlarged view of a roof, ceiling or wall element in a side view.

In the Figures 1 and 2 a roof, ceiling or wall element 1 is shown, which consists of several successive layers of wooden boards 2a and 2b. The wooden boards 2a and 2b of the successive layers lie with their mutually facing, unpolished broad surfaces 3 on each other and are connected to each other by, for example, designed as a groove nails retaining elements 4. In the in the Figures 1 and 2 As shown, the roof, ceiling or wall element 1 consists of wider wooden boards 2a and a plurality of narrower wooden boards 2b arranged between them, so that there is a receiving space 5 for a filling or insulating material 6 between the wider wooden boards 2a. In the illustrated embodiment, the wooden boards 2a and 2b are flush, for example, on a front visible side, and the receiving spaces 5 located at the rear between the wider wooden boards 2a are filled with concrete. As a result, a composite component with good strength and carrying properties can be produced. The roof, ceiling or wall element 1 can also be made as a pure wood component of the same width wooden boards 2, as in FIG. 3 is shown.

How out FIG. 3 As can be seen, have the unclad on the wide surfaces 3 wooden boards 2 of the roof, ceiling or wall element 1 shown there on their long sides, for example, by smooth smooth narrow surfaces 7 and 8 produced. In the FIG. 3 right narrow surfaces 7 of the wooden boards 2 are straight, while the one visible side of the roof, ceiling or wall element 1 forming left narrow surfaces 8 of the wooden boards 2 are graded at their edges by an upper and lower fold 9 and 10 respectively. Conveniently, the wooden boards 2 are processed on this page by a profiled planer or a profile cutter, which generates the stepped smooth narrow surface 8 together with the upper and lower folds 9 and 10, which are designed as rectangular recesses, in one operation. The two folds 9 and 10 of the adjoining wooden boards 2 thus form a groove 11 open to the visible side, through which the abutment edges 12 of the wooden boards 2 and a gap possibly there after are set back inside. A at the abutment edges 12 due to the roughness of the uncouth wide surfaces 3 existing gap and there possibly protruding wood fibers or wood splinters are therefore not visible from the outside. At 20 to 25 mm thick, uncleaned on the broad surfaces wooden boards, for example, have a rebate width b of 3 to 15 mm and a rebate depth t of 1 to 5 mm proved to be useful to clean produced in roof, ceiling or wall elements to achieve a uniform visible surface. The grooves 11 formed by the folds 9 and 10 correspondingly have a groove depth T of 3 to 15 mm and a groove width B of 2 to 10 mm.

In the enlarged section of the FIG. 2 It can be seen that the wooden boards 2 are each connected to one layer with the wooden boards 2 of the subsequent layer via the retaining elements 4. These are according to FIG. 1 offset diagonally and offset from location to location in the longitudinal direction of the wooden boards 2 against each other. The holding elements 4 can not only engage in the wooden boards 2 of the adjacent position, but also partially in the wooden boards 2 of the underlying layer. The holding elements 4 are expediently made of light metal or plastic, so that the roof, ceiling or wall element 1 can be reworked without damaging the delicate woodworking tools. The holding elements 4 are expediently designed in the form of nails with or without head, but can also be used as staples, staples or the like. be educated. They are for example made of an aluminum wire wound on a roll or a coil. By means of a special device, the wire can be unwound from the roll or coil, stretched and cut to the desired length. The holding elements 4 thus produced can then be transported without additional mechanical effort into a magazine of a nail device and introduced through this, for example by means of compressed air in the wooden boards 2.

The preparation of a roof, ceiling or wall element 1 described above can be effected by first placing a first layer with one or more abutting wooden boards 2 on a support table or a base. The wooden boards 2 are pressed by a suitable printing device with the previously processed, the visible surface of the roof, ceiling or wall element forming narrow surface 8 to a side stop. Subsequently, a second layer of boards is placed on the first layer. If the first board layer consists of several consecutive wooden boards 2, the abutting surfaces of the wooden boards 2 in the successive Layered against each other. The wooden boards 2 of the second layer are then pressed on the printing device to the side stop so that the superimposed wooden boards 2 are aligned with their narrow surfaces 8. By a clamping device then the upper wooden boards 2 are pressed with their broadsides 3 on the lower wooden boards 2 and connected to them by the running example as a grooved nails holding elements 4. The holding elements 4 are introduced, for example, by an automatically controlled nail device. For this purpose, the width of the boards and their location when placed by suitable measuring devices are detected. From the data thus determined, the exact position of the retaining pins 6 can be determined and the positioning of the automatic nail device can be controlled so that the different layers introduced holding elements do not meet. In a corresponding manner then further board layers can be placed and connected to each other via further holding elements 4 until a desired dimension of the roof, ceiling or wall element is reached.
