Claims (7)
- Coiling furnace (1), in which a hot-rolled strip (2) is wound up and unwound on a furnace drum (3) in the furnace interior (4) in reciprocating transport with reversing and optionally heated, comprising a guide table (6), which is mounted on the movable furnace flap (5) of the coiling furnace (1), for the introduction and/or guidance of the rolled strip (2), wherein the furnace flap (5) and the coiling furnace (1) are separate constructional bodies, the furnace flap (5) is arranged on a part of a roller path frame (7) disposed below the coiling furnace (1) and the furnace flap (5) is divided into at least two elements (8, 9) pivotable relative to one another and the two flap elements (8, 9) are connected by way of a flap bearing (10) and constructed to be pivotable, characterised in that the coiling furnace (1) is constructed in the furnace interior (4) with only one furnace roller (11) and that the flap element (8) has at the outer end thereof a plate bearing (19) at which a cover plate (17) with an adjusting element (18) is constructed so that the cover plate (17) can be set up.
- Coiling furnace (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that the furnace roller (11) is constructed to consist of a roller casing (12) and a roller axle (13).
- Coiling furnace (1) according to claim 2, characterised in that the roller casing (12) is constructed from a heat-resistant material.
- Coiling furnace (1) according to claim 2, characterised in that the roller axle (13) is constructed with an internal cooling.
- Coiling furnace (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the furnace roller (11) is constructed above the fulcrum (14) of the furnace drum (3) to bear against the rolled strip (2).
- Coiling furnace (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the furnace roller (11) is constructed to be driven.
- Coiling furnace (1) according to claim 6, characterised in that the drive of the furnace roller (11) is constructed as an electric motor or fluid motor.
