Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Montagebauteil zu Erstellung einer selbsttragenden Dachtafel oder Wandplatte, aufweisend ein mineralisches, mit mindestens einem mindestens ein Untergurtelement, mindestens ein Obergurtelement sowie mindestens ein Stegelement dazwischen aufweisenden Bewehrungsträger bewehrtes Plattenelement, auf dem schichtartig ein Wärmedämmelement angeordnet ist, wobei der Untergurt des Bewehrungsträgers im Plattenelement eingebettet ist und das Stegelement des Bewehrungsträgers das Plattenelement und das Wärmedämmelement durchgreifen,
wobei das Montagebauteil 1 aus Porenbeton besteht, wobei eine Porenbetougrundschicht 7 mit einer Rohdichte zwischen 500 und 1000, insbesondere zwischen 700 und 800 kg/m3, mit einer Porenbetondämmschicht 8 mit einer Rohdichte zwischen 60 und 200, insbesondere zwischen 80 und 120 kg/m3 durch hydrothermale Verfestigungsreaktionen einteilig kombiniert ist.
