Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Möbelgriff für eine Möbelplatte.
  • Es gibt sogenannte Muldengriffe, die in einer topfförmigen Aufnahme einer Frontblende verklebt oder klemmend festgelegt werden können und die zum Bewegen eines mit der Frontblende gekoppelten Schubkastens dienen. Solche Muldengriffe weisen eine Aufnahme auf, in die der Benutzer mit seinen Fingern greifen kann, um die Frontblende zu betätigen. Nachteilig bei solchen Muldengriffen ist, dass Verschmutzungen in das Innere des Muldengriffes gelangen können und das dunkle Schattenbild optisch wenig ansprechend ist. Ferner kann ein solcher Muldengriff nicht an unterschiedliche tiefe Aufnahmen angepasst werden, die durch verschiedene Dicken bei Möbelplatten entstehen können.
  • Die DE 71 11 900 offenbart einen Einbaugriff, bei dem durch Eindrücken einer Platte ein Innenrand gegriffen werden kann, die durch eine Feder gegen den Innenrand an einem Einfassungsring gedrückt gehalten ist. Der Einfassungsring ist über ein Gewinde in einem Topf festgelegt.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung einen Möbelgriff für eine Möbelplatte zu schaffen, der ein nach außen geschlossenen Erscheinungsbild besitzt und nur wenig verschmutzt.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit einem Möbelgriff mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
  • Erfindungsgemäß sind Gehäuserahmen, Gehäuseunterteil, Griffplatte und Federelemente als vormontierte Einheit in eine topfförmige Aufnahme einer Möbelplatte einbaubar, so dass der Monteur die Einzelteile nicht mehr zusammensetzen muss. Dabei ergibt sich ein vergleichsweise geschlossenes Erscheinungsbild, da die Griffplatte an dem Gehäuserahmen gehalten ist und einen Innenraum in dem Gehäuserahmen verdeckt. Aufgrund der federnden Lagerung des Griffteiles kann dieses jedoch eingedrückt werden, um dann am Gehäuserahmen anzugreifen und den Möbelgriff samt der umgebenden Möbelplatte zu bewegen.
  • Gemäß der Erfindung ist das Gehäuseunterteil verschiebbar an dem Gehäuserahmen gehalten. Dadurch kann der Möbelgriff an unterschiedlich tiefe Aufnahmen einer Möbelplatte montiert werden, die sich beispielsweise durch unterschiedliche Toleranzen einer Möbelplatte einstellen können. Der Möbelgriff kann somit durch ein Verschieben des Gehäuseunterteils relativ zu dem Gehäuserahmen an unterschiedliche Tiefen angepasst werden. Dabei kann das Gehäuseteil senkrecht zu einem Boden hervorstehende Stege aufweisen, die in Aufnahmen an dem Gehäuserahmen geführt sind. Dadurch wird gewährleistet, dass Gehäuseunterteil und Gehäuserahmen nur in eine vorbestimmte Richtung relativ zueinander verschiebbar ist und ein Verdrehen verhindert wird. Der Verschiebeweg des Gehäuseunterteils relativ zu dem Gehäuserahmen kann dabei über Rastmittel begrenzt sein, so dass ein versehentliches Auseinanderfallen des Möbelgriffes verhindert wird. Denn die vormontierte Einheit soll sowohl für den Transport als auch für den Einbau einfach handhabbar sein.
  • Vorzugsweise ist die Griffplatte aus einem Halteelement und einer an dem Halteelement festgelegten Dekorplatte gebildet. Dadurch kann der Benutzer die Dekorplatte an die Gestaltung der umgebenden Möbelplatte anpassen, beispielsweise können diese farblich identisch ausgebildet sein, so dass sich ein besonders geschlossenes Erscheinungsbild ergibt.
  • Gemäß einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann das Federelement an der Griffplatte festgelegt sein. Dadurch wird gewährleistet, dass das Federelement nicht innerhalb des Gehäuserahmens verrutschen kann und somit eine meist zentrierte Anordnung gewährleistet wird. Dadurch wird ermöglicht, dass die Griffplatte mit einer vorbestimmten Kraft in den Gehäuserahmen eingedrückt werden kann, um dann einen Rand des Gehäuserahmens greifen zu können. Die vordefinierten Kraftverhältnisse erhöhen die Akzeptanz des Benutzers. Das Federelement kann dabei als Spiralfeder ausgebildet sein und über Haltemittel an die Griffplatte mechanisch festgelegt sein, beispielsweise über Rastmittel. Vorzugsweise ist das Federelement als kegelförmige Spiralfeder ausgebildet, deren schmaleres Ende an dem Gehäuseunterteil abgestützt ist. Dadurch kann das Federelement so zusammengedrückt werden, dass nur eine einzige Wicklung zwischen einem Boden des Gehäuseunterteils und der Griffplatte verbleibt, so dass der Raum zwischen Griffplatte und Gehäuseunterteil vollständig ausgenutzt werden kann, um das Einführen eines Fingers zum Greifen des Möbelgriffes zu ermöglichen.
  • Um die Griffplatte in einer vorbestimmten Position an dem Gehäuserahmen zu halten, weist dieser vorzugsweise einen nach innen hervorstehenden Rand auf, an dem die Griffplatte abgestützt ist. Dabei sind vorzugsweise Mittel zur Zentrierung der Griffplatte in dem Gehäuserahmen vorgesehen.
  • Für eine einfache Montage kann der Gehäuserahmen sich zur Oberseite hin leicht erweitern und klemmend an der Aufnahme festlegbar sein. Dadurch wird ein Spalt zwischen Gehäuserahmen und der umgebenden Aufnahme der Möbelplatte vermieden. Der Möbelgriff bietet somit auch eine gute Abschirmung im Hinblick auf Feuchtigkeit und Verschmutzungen.
  • Vorzugsweise ist der Gehäuserahmen und die Griffplatte kreisförmig ausgebildet. Es ist natürlich auch möglich, andere Formen zu wählen, beispielsweise kann der Gehäuserahmen sowie die Griffplatte rechteckig ausgebildet sein.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand zweier Ausführungsbeispiele mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Ein Möbelgriff 1 umfasst einen Gehäuserahmen 2, an dem eine Griffplatte 3 beweglich gelagert ist. Der Gehäuserahmen 2 ist mit einem Gehäuseunterteil 4 verbunden, wobei Gehäuserahmen 2 und Gehäuseunterteil 4 in eine Richtung senkrecht zur Ebene der Griffplatte 3 beweglich aneinander gehalten sind. Hierfür sind an dem Gehäuseunterteil 4 senkrecht zu einem Boden 8 hervorstehende Stege 7 ausgebildet, die in entsprechenden Aufnahmen 6 an dem Gehäuserahmen 2 verschieblich geführt sind. Die Aufnahmen 6 sind dabei durch Vertiefungen an einem Ring des Gehäuserahmens 2 gebildet, die benachbart zu Wandelementen 9 ausgebildet sind. An jedem Wandelement 9 ist auf der zu dem Gehäuseunterteil 4 abgewandten Seite ein leistenförmiger Vorsprung 10 vorgesehen, mittels dem eine klemmende Festlegung des Möbelgriffes 1 in einer topfförmigen Aufnahme einer Möbelplatte möglich ist.
  • Die Griffplatte 3 ist aus einem Halteelement 11 und einer Dekorplatte 12 gebildet. Die Dekorplatte 12 ist von außen sichtbar und innerhalb des Gehäuserahmens 2 angeordnet und kann entsprechend der Gestaltung der umgebenden Möbelplatte ausgebildet sein, um ein optisch geschlossenes Erscheinungsbild zu erzeugen. Die Dekorplatte 12 kann dabei in einer Aufnahme der Halteplatte 11 klemmend festgelegt sein oder darin verklebt sein.
  • Zwischen der Griffplatte 3 bzw. einer Innenseite des Halteelementes 11 und einem Boden 8 des Gehäuseunterteils 4 ist ein Federelement 5 angeordnet, das als kegelförmige Spiralfeder ausgebildet ist. Die dickere Seite der Spiralfeder ist dabei an einer Innenseite des Halteelementes 11 festgelegt.
  • Wie aus den Figuren 3A bis 3D ersichtlich ist, ist die unterste Wicklung der Spiralfeder 5 an drei Vorsprüngen 13 an der Innenseite des Halteelementes 11 festgelegt, wobei der Drehbereich der Spiralfeder 5 begrenzt ist, da an der untersten Wicklung ein abgebogenes Ende 14 nach außen hervorsteht, das nur bis zu einem Vorsprung 13 verdreht werden kann. Die Vorsprünge 13 sind dabei so ausgebildet, dass sie die unterste Wicklung der Spiralfeder 5 teilweise übergreifen, so dass die Spiralfeder 5 auch im Hinblick auf eine gewisse Zugbelastung an dem Halteelement 11 sicher gehalten ist. Das schmalere Ende der Spiralfeder 5 ist dabei an dem Boden 8 des Gehäuseunterteils 4 abgestützt. Die Ausbildung als kegelförmige Spiralfeder 5 hat den Vorteil, dass bei Eindrücken der Griffplatte 3 ein Kippen der Griffplatte 3 nach innen leichtgängig erreicht wird. Denn die Spiralfeder kann bis zur Dicke einer einzigen Wicklung auf den Boden 8 des Gehäuseunterteils gedrückt werden. Zudem ergeben sich gleiche Kraftverhältnisse beim Eindrücken der Griffplatte 3 an unterschiedlichen Seiten. Die Feder bietet immer den gleichen Widerstand, um die Griffplatte 3 in seiner Ausgangsposition zurückzubewegen.
  • Wie in Figur 3D gezeigt ist, umfasst das Halteelement 11 eine Aufnahme 14 für die Dekorplatte 12, sowie eine Anlaufschräge 15, die benachbart zu einem nach außen hervorstehenden Ring 16 ausgebildet ist. Diese Anlaufschräge 15 sorgt für eine Zentrierung der Griffplatte 3 an dem Gehäuserahmen 2, wobei aufgrund des nach außen hervorstehenden Ringes 16 die Griffplatte 3 sicher in dem Gehäuserahmen 2 gehalten ist.
  • Wie aus den Figuren 4A bis 4D ersichtlich ist, wird der Möbelgriff 1 als vormontierte Einheit montiert, wobei eine Höhenanpassung vorgenommen werden kann. Denn Gehäuserahmen 2 und Gehäuseunterteil 4 sind aneinander gehalten, auch wenn ein gewisser Verschiebeweg für eine Tiefenverstellung möglich ist. Dabei sind an den senkrecht von dem Boden 8 hervorstehenden Stegen 7 nach innen gerichtete Rastvorsprünge 19 ausgebildet, die einen Anschlag ausbilden. Gleichermaßen sind an den Aufnahmen 6 des Gehäuserahmens 2 endseitig nach außen gerichtete Rastvorsprünge 20 vorgesehen, die verhindern, dass Gehäuserahmen 2 und Gehäuseunterteil 4 versehentlich voneinander getrennt werden. Der Verschiebeweg wird einerseits durch Anschlag der Aufnahme 6 an einem Vorsprung an dem Gehäuseunterteil 4 und andererseits durch einen Anstoß der Rastvorsprünge 19 und 20 begrenzt. Dadurch kann allerdings ein Toleranzausgleich von beispielsweise 5 mm bis 20 mm vorgenommen werden.
  • Wie aus Figur 4D ersichtlich ist, liegt die Schräge 15 an dem Ring des Halteelementes 11 an einer gegenüberliegenden Schräge 17 eines nach innen gerichteten ringförmigen Vorsprunges 18 an dem Gehäuserahmen 2 an. Durch die Schrägen 15 und 17 wird eine Zentrierung der Griffplatte 3 innerhalb des Gehäuserahmens 2 erreicht, so dass dieser nicht seitlich verklemmen kann. Zudem ist die Griffplatte 3 innerhalb des Gehäuserahmens 2 geführt, so dass nach dem Eindrücken der Griffplatte und der Betätigung des Möbelgriffes die Griffplatte 3 wieder in die Ausgangsposition bewegt wird.
  • In den Figuren 5A bis 5C ist die Montage des Möbelgriffes 1 dargestellt. Der Möbelgriff 1 wird an einer topfförmigen Aufnahme 31 einer Möbelplatte 30 positioniert und eingefügt. Dabei erweitert sich der Gehäuserahmen 2 an einer Außenseite, wobei die Erweiterung 21 auf der zu dem Gehäuseunterteil 4 abgewandten Seite liegt. Die Erweiterung 21 kann auch durch die leistenförmigen Vorsprünge 10 gebildet sein, die für eine klemmende Festlegung innerhalb der Aufnahme 31 der Möbelplatte 30 sorgen. Ferner können an einer Außenseite des Gehäuserahmens 2 noch Rippen 23 ausgebildet sein, die verhindern, dass das Gehäuseteil 2 nach dem Eindrücken in die Aufnahme 31 wieder herausgezogen werden kann.
  • Die Einheit aus Gehäuserahmen 2, Griffplatte 3 und Gehäuseunterteil 4, innerhalb der auch das Federelement 5 vorgesehen ist, wird als vormontierte Einheit geliefert und eingebaut. Um eine Höhenanpassung vorzunehmen, wird die Griffplatte 3 gegen das Federelement 5 gedrückt und anschließend wird das Gehäuseunterteil 4 mit dem Boden 8 gegen den Boden der Aufnahme 31 gedrückt, so dass das Gehäuseteil 4 relativ zu dem Gehäuserahmen 2 verschoben wird. Dadurch kann eine Höhenanpassung vorgenommen werden. Nach der einmaligen Höhenanpassung bleibt der Möbelgriff 1 in der eingebauten Position.
  • Wie in Figur 5C gezeigt ist, ist eine Oberfläche 24 der Möbelplatte 30 in einer Ebene mit einer Außenseite 22 des Gehäuserahmens 2 angeordnet, wobei auch die Dekorplatte 12 innerhalb des Gehäuserahmens 2 eine fluchtende Oberfläche ausbildet. Dadurch ergibt sich ein geschlossenes Erscheinungsbild.
  • In Figur 6A und 6B ist eine modifizierte Ausführungsform eines Möbelgriffes 1' dargestellt, der eine im Wesentlichen rechteckige Kontur besitzt. Hierfür ist ein Gehäuserahmen 2' vorgesehen, der an einem Gehäuseunterteil 4' verschiebbar gelagert ist. Dabei sind an dem Gehäuserahmen 2' an der Längsseite mehrere Aufnahmen 6' zur Führung von Stegen 7' ausgebildet, die von einem Boden 8' des Gehäuseunterteils 4' senkrecht hervorstehen. Innerhalb des Gehäuserahmens 2' ist eine rechteckförmige Griffplatte 3' angeordnet, die durch ein Halteelement 11' und eine darin festgelegte Dekorplatte 12' gebildet ist.
  • Aufgrund der länglichen Form der Griffplatte 3' und des Gehäuserahmens 2' ist nicht nur ein Federelement 5' vorgesehen, sondern an gegenüberliegenden Endbereichen der Griffplatte 3' ist jeweils ein Federelement 5' montiert, wobei das Federelement 5' wieder als kegelförmige Spiralfeder ausgebildet ist. Im übrigen kann die mechanische Festlegung der Federelemente 5' sowie die Verbindung zwischen Griffplatte 3' und Gehäuserahmen 2' wie bei dem vorangegangenen Ausführungsbeispiel ausgebildet sein.
  • Statt der gezeigten ringförmigen bzw. kreisförmigen oder rechteckigen Form der Griffplatte 3 und des Gehäuserahmens 2 können auch andere Formen für den Möbelgriff realisiert werden. Dabei können statt der kegelförmigen Spiralfedern 5 bzw. 5' auch andere Federelemente eingesetzt werden.

Claims (12)

  1. Möbelgriff (1, 1') für eine Möbelplatte, umfassend:
    a) einen Gehäuserahmen (2, 2');
    b) einer in dem Gehäuserahmen (2, 2') beweglich gelagerten Griffplatte (3, 3');
    c) einem an dem Gehäuserahmen (2, 2') montierten Gehäuseunterteil (4, 4'), und
    d) einem zwischen Gehäuseunterteil (4, 4') und Griffplatte (3, 3') angeordneten Federelement (5, 5'), wobei Gehäuserahmen (2, 2'), Gehäuseunterteil (4, 4'), Griffplatte (3, 3') und Federelement (5, 5') als vormontierte Einheit in eine topfförmige Aufnahme einer Möbelplatte (30) einbaubar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuseunterteil (4, 4') verschiebbar an dem Gehäuserahmen (2, 2') gehalten ist.
  2. Möbelgriff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuseunterteil (4, 4') senkrecht vom Boden (8) hervorstehende Stege (7, 7') aufweist, die in Aufnahmen (6, 6') an dem Gehäuserahmen (2, 2') geführt sind.
  3. Möbelgriff nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschiebeweg des Gehäuseunterteils (4, 4') relativ zu dem Gehäuserahmen (2, 2') über Rastmittel (19, 20) begrenzt ist.
  4. Möbelgriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Griffplatte (3, 3') aus einem Halteelement (11, 11') und einer an dem Halteelement (11, 11') festgelegten Dekorplatte (12, 12') gebildet ist.
  5. Möbelgriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (5, 5') an der Griffplatte (3, 3') festgelegt ist.
  6. Möbelgriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (5, 5') als Spiralfeder ausgebildet ist und über Haltemittel (13) an der Griffplatte (3, 3') festgelegt ist.
  7. Möbelgriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (5, 5') als kegelförmige Spiralfeder ausgebildet ist, deren schmaleres Ende an dem Gehäuseunterteil (4, 4') abgestützt ist.
  8. Möbelgriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäuserahmen (2, 2') einen nach innen hervorstehenden Rand (18) aufweist, an dem die Griffplatte (3) abgestützt ist.
  9. Möbelgriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel (15) zur Zentrierung der Griffplatte (3) in dem Gehäuserahmen (2) vorgesehen sind.
  10. Möbelgriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäuserahmen (2) sich zur Oberseite hin leicht erweitert und klemmend an der Aufnahme der Möbelplatte festlegbar ist.
  11. Möbelgriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäuserahmen (2) ringförmig und die Griffplatte (3) kreisförmig ausgebildet ist.
  12. Möbelgriff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gehäuserahmen (2') sowie die Griffplatte (3') rechteckig ausgebildet sind und mindestens zwei Federelemente (5') an der Griffplatte (3') festgelegt sind.
