L'engrenage 44 est solidaire d'un arbre de sortie 18. Le couplage de cet arbre de sortie 18 et du gond inférieur 10 est assuré par un limiteur de couple 46. Sa fonction est de protéger l'ensemble du système en cas de manipulation manuelle du volet 2 sans débrayage préalable. Un second joint d'étanchéité 40b est également prévu pour assurer l'étanchéité de la partie émergente 24a. L'avantage de ces joints d'étanchéité 40a,40b et plus généralement du système de motorisation 20 selon l'invention est de simplifier radicalement son installation. En effet, tous les problèmes d'étanchéité sont désormais réglés à l'intérieur du boîtier 22 contenant le système de motorisation 20. Claims (12)

  1. Drive system (20) for a swing leaf such as a shutter (2) including lateral hinge leaves (4, 6) cooperating with hinge pins (8,10) fitted in the masonry (12), the function of the pins being to support the shutter and rotate, at least one of the pins (10) being driven by a motor (30), a housing (22) incorporating the motor (30) and a gear reducer (32) whose output shaft (18) is perpendicular to a plane passing through the axis of the motor (30), said output shaft (18) being coupled to at least one of said hinge leaves (6), characterised in that this hinge pin (10) includes the housing (22) designed to be sealed into the masonry (12), said drive system (20) containing an electronic board (36) which enables:
    - the opening and closing of one of the shutters before the other in order to avoid the risk of collision,
    - the triggering of a circuit that stops the electric motor (30) when the supply power to the drive system (20) exceeds a certain threshold value so as to ensure that the shutter does not close on a person.
  2. Drive system (20) according to claim 1, characterised in that the output shaft (18) is offset from the median axis of said housing (22).
  3. Drive system (20) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the external part (24a) housing (22) is parallelepipedic in shape, while the embedded part (24b) is cylindrical so as to facilitate its embedding in the masonry (12).
  4. Drive system (20) according to at least one of the previous claims characterised in that the embeddable part (24b) of the housing (22) has protruding elements (26) on its outer surface to facilitate its fixing by a means of anchoring.
  5. Drive system (20) according to at least one of the previous claims, characterised in that the electric motor (30) is coupled with the gear reducer (32) with a gear ratio of less than 10000:1.
  6. Drive system (20) according to at least one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the electric motor (30) is coupled with the gear reducer (32) with a gear ratio of less than 12000:1.
  7. Drive system (20) according to at least one of the previous claims, characterised in that the coupling between the output shaft (18) and the hinge pin (10) is provided by a torque limiter (46) protecting the entire system in the event of manual handling of the shutter (2) without first disengaging the system.
  8. Drive system (20) according to at least one of the previous claims, characterised in that it includes a system of manually disengaging (16) the hinge leaf (6) from the output shaft (18).
  9. Drive system (20) according to at least one of the previous claims, characterised in that it further includes a solar sensor connected electrically to the electronic board (36) to trigger the opening of the shutter (2) when a photovoltaic cell receives enough light and close the shutter (2) when the photovoltaic cell captures the drop in light intensity.
  10. Drive system (20) according to at least one of the previous claims, characterised in that it further includes a limit switch connected to the electronic board (36) enabling the mechanism to be stopped when the shutter (2) reaches the open or closed position.
  11. Drive system (20) according to at least one of the previous claims, characterised in that it includes a first seal (40a) ensuring the containment of the embedded part (24b) placed on its rear surface and a second seal (40b) ensuring the containment of the external part (24b), with a view to resolving all the tightness problems inside the housing.
  12. Method of installation in the masonry (12) of a housing for a drive system (20) consistent with that of the previous claim which includes a first seal (40a) placed on its rear surface and a second seal (40b) on the external part in order to radically simplify the installation operation, which now consists merely of a simple operation to fix the already sealed embedded part (24b) in the masonry (12).
