Hierzu sind nur beispielhaft gestrichelt eine Arbeitsstation 3 als Formgebestation eingezeichnet, nachfolgend eine Siegelstation 5 und im Anschluss daran eine Schneidstation 8. Je nach Anwendungsfall bzw. Ausführungsform können durchaus aber auch andere Zusammensetzungen der einzelnen Arbeitsstationen vorgesehen sein. Z.B. könnte bei der Befüllung von sogenannten Tray-Sealern auch die Formgebestation wegfallen. Claims (17)

  1. A packaging machine (1) for the packaging of packaged items in a trough-shaped packaging produced from a plastics material film, with a working unit, in particular a moulding device (3) with a moulding tool (30,31) and/or a sealing device (5) with a sealing tool (84,85) and/or a cutting station (8) for separating a composite of a plurality of packagings, wherein a cleaning device (16) is provided for at least one working unit (3,5,8), characterised in that the cleaning device (16) comprises a cleaning agent inlet opening which opens in the interior of the moulding tool (30,31) and/or the sealing tool (84,85).
  2. A packaging machine according to Claim 1, characterised in that the cleaning device (16) is in the form of an independent unit.
  3. A packaging machine according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that the cleaning device (16) is contained within a working unit (3,5,8).
  4. A packaging machine according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that a cleaning device (16) is provided for the moulding tool (30,31) and/or the sealing tool (84,85) and/or the cutting tool.
  5. A packaging machine according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that the cleaning device (16) comprises a cleaning fluid inlet line (23) and/or a cleaning fluid outlet line (51) for connection to the moulding tool (30,31) and/or the sealing tool (84, 85) and/or the cutting tool.
  6. A packaging machine according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that the cleaning device comprises a cleaning agent discharge opening which leads out of the moulding tool (30,31) and/or sealing tool (84,85) and/or out of the sealing tool.
  7. A packaging machine according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that an outlet opening for the cleaning fluid is formed in a lower part of the moulding tool (30,31) and/or of the sealing tool (84,85) and/or in the cutting tool.
  8. A packaging machine according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that the cleaning device has a connection to an operating medium supply duct and/or a connection to an operating medium disposal duct of the moulding tool and/or sealing tool.
  9. A packaging machine according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that the cleaning device comprises a connection to a suction device.
  10. A packaging machine according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that a heater is provided for the moulding tool and/or the sealing tool.
  11. A packaging machine according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that a cover is provided for the heater.
  12. A packaging machine according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that a seal is provided between the cover and a complementary portion, bordering the heater, of an abutment surface for the heater.
  13. A packaging machine according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterised in that a cleaning device (16) is provided for the portion of the packaging machine (1) which is formed below the conveying plane of the packaging film (10) and between side walls of the packaging machine (1).
  14. A moulding device (3) for the moulding of trough-shaped packagings made from a plastics material film for a packaging machine (1) for the packaging of packaged items, with a moulding tool (30,31), characterised in that a cleaning device is provided for the moulding tool (30,31), which cleaning device comprises a cleaning agent inlet opening which opens in the interior of the moulding tool (30,31).
  15. A moulding device according to Claim 14, characterised in that the cleaning device (16) has a feature of a cleaning device according to any one of the preceding Claims 2 to 13.
  16. A sealing device (5) for the sealing of trough-shaped packagings made from a plastics material film for a packaging machine (1) for the packaging of packaged items, with a sealing tool (84,85), characterised in that a cleaning device (16) is provided for the sealing tool (84,85), which cleaning device comprises a cleaning agent inlet opening which opens in the interior of the sealing tool (84,85).
  17. A sealing device according to Claim 16, characterised in that the cleaning device (16) has a feature of a cleaning device according to any one of the preceding Claims 2 to 13.
