Das die Druckform 01 haltende Haltemittel 11 wird zumindest während der Drehbewegung des Formzylinders 06 nicht bewegt, sondern ist in seiner Anordnung zumindest relativ zum Formzylinder 06 positionsfest, sodass sich die zu montierende Druckform 01 unter Beibehaltung des Kraftschlusses z. B. gleitend über die Auflagefläche des mindestens einen Haltemittels 11 hinwegbewegt, sobald die vom Formzylinder 06 ausgeübte Zugkraft größer ist als die durch den Kraftschluss zwischen der Rückseite der Druckform 01 und dem Angriffspunkt des Haltemittels 11 erzeugte Rückhaltekraft. Denn nach einer Überwindung dieser Rückhaltekraft setzt eine Relativbewegung ein, d. h. eine Gleitbewegung zwischen der Rückseite der zu montierenden Druckform 01 und der ihr zugewandten Auflagefläche des Haltemittels 11. Die Auflagefläche des Haltemittels 11 besteht vorzugsweise aus einem Kunststoff insbesondere mit guten Gleiteigenschaften, sodass die entlang dieser Auflagefläche des Haltemittels 11 gezogene Druckform 01 durch die Gleitbewegung nicht zerkratzt oder anderweitig beschädigt wird.The

Im Gegensatz zu der Anordnung dieser Vorrichtung gemäßden Figuren 29 ist diebis 38Auflagefläche 09 der jeweiligen Zuführeinrichtung bei der in derFig. 39 dargestellten 9er-Satelliten-Druckeinheit zumindest teilweise tangential anden jeweiligen Formzylinder 06 angestellt. -
Fig. 40 zeigt beispielhaft einen Ausschnitt aus einer H-Druckeinheit, wobei die Vorrichtung zur registerhaltigen und verwindungsfreien Montage jeweils mindestens einer biegsamen Druckform 01 auf einem der Formzylinder 06 dieser Rotationsdruckmaschine an ihren oberen Druckwerken unterschiedlich zu ihren unteren Druckwerken positioniert ist. In den unteren Druckwerken ist dieAuflagefläche 09 der jeweiligen Zuführeinrichtung im Wesentlichen radial an den jeweils zugehörigen Formzylinder 06 angestellt, wohingegen in den oberenDruckwerken die Auflagefläche 09 der jeweiligen Zuführeinrichtung im Wesentlichen tangential an den jeweils zugehörigen Formzylinder 06 angestellt ist. -
Fig. 41 zeigt in einer Vergrößerung die eine zu montierende Druckform 01 haltende Zuführeinrichtung gemäß denFig. 29 bis 40 . Die Auflagefläche des Haltemittel 11 befindet sich gegenüber der Auflagefläche 09 der Zuführeinrichtung in einer erhöhten Position, wobei diese erhöhte Position dadurch hervorgerufen sein kann, dass die Auflagefläche des Haltemittel 11 um einen Drehwinkel ϕ um einen vorzugsweise ortsfesten Drehpunkt 21 ausgelenkt ist. Aufgrund dieser Auslenkung um den Drehwinkel ϕist das Haltemittel 11 von seiner Position im betätigten Zustand beabstandet. Der Drehwinkel ϕ beträgt z. B. weniger als 15°, vorzugsweise wenigerals 10°, insbesondere weniger als 5°. In der unbetätigten Position ist z.B. das Haltemittel 11 von einem zur Zuführeinrichtung gehörenden z. B. elektromechanischenSchalter 19 beabstandet.Statt eines Schalters 19 kann auch ein die jeweiligeDruckform 01 vorzugsweise berührungslos erfassenderSensor 19 vorgesehen sein. Zu der Zuführeinrichtung gehört somit zumindestdas jeweilige Haltemittel 11, i. d. R. auch dieAuflagefläche 09 für mindestens eine zu montierende Druckform 01 und vorzugsweise auch derSensor 19oder Schalter 19, dermit der Steuereinheit 17 verbunden ist, welche ihrerseitsden vom Haltemittel 11 ausgeübten Kraftschluss steuert. Im Fall mehrerer inAxialrichtung des Formzylinders 06 nebeneinander angeordneter Montagepositionen für jeweils eine Druckform 01 ist vorzugsweise für jede dieser Druckformen 01 jeweils genau eine derartige Zuführeinrichtung vorgesehen, zumindest aberdas jeweilige Haltemittel 11, wobei die jeweiligen Zuführeinrichtungen und damit auch deren jeweiliges Haltemittel 11 sowie deren jeweiligerSensor 19oder Schalter 19 jeweils gemeinschaftlich oder vorzugsweise auch einzeln und unabhängig voneinander einsetzbar sind und entsprechend eingesetzt werden.Die jeweiligen Druckformen 01 sind somit einzeln oder in Gruppen aufdem betreffenden Formzylinder 06 montierbar, wobei die Gruppengröße bis zur maximalen Zahl der inAxialrichtung des Formzylinders 06 nebeneinander angeordneter Montagepositionen für jeweils eine Druckform 01 reichen kann. -
Fig. 42 zeigt in einer Vergrößerung die eine zu montierende Druckform 01 haltende Zuführeinrichtung gemäß denFig. 29 bis 40 in derjenigen Position, in der die zu montierende Druckform 01 bereits registerhaltig ausgerichtet ist. Die Auflagefläche des Haltemittel 11 ist umden Drehpunkt 21 um den Drehwinkel ϕ geschwenkt, wobei die Schwenkbewegung aufgrund des von Hand auf die Druckbildseite der jeweiligen Druckform 01 ausgeübten Druckes ausgeführt wird, was durch einen Pfeil in derFig. 42 angedeutet ist, wobei durch diesen Druck die Rückseite der Druckform 01mit dem Haltemittel 11 der Zuführeinrichtung in einen Berührungskontakt gebracht wird. Gleichzeitig betätigtdas abgeschwenkte Haltemittel 11 auch den zu ihm gehörendenSchalter 19 oder löst andem zugehörigen Sensor 19 ein Signal aus, welches von der z. B. zur Zuführeinrichtung gehörenden, vorzugsweise elektronischen Steuereinheit 17 als ein Vorhandensein einer zu montierenden Druckform 01 auf der Auflagefläche 09 der Zuführeinrichtung interpretiert wird. Nachdem dieDruckform 01mit ihrer Vorderkante 02am Formzylinder 06 eingehängt und derSchalter 19 betätigt bzw.der Sensor 19 ausgelöst worden ist, wird vorzugsweise von der Steuereinheit 17 der Kraftschluss zwischen der unbebilderten Rückseite der Druckform 01 und der Auflagefläche des Haltemittel 11 eingeschaltet. Zudem wird der Formzylinder 06 in seiner Produktionsrichtung in eine Drehbewegung versetzt, wodurchdie am Formzylinder 06eingehängte Druckform 01 gestrafft wird. -

In der bevorzugten Ausführung gleitet die unbebilderte Rückseite der Druckform 01 während ihres Aufziehens über die Auflagefläche des Haltemittel 11 hinweg, wobei diese Relativbewegung in derFig. 43 durch einen Pfeil angedeutet ist. Der Kraftschluss zwischen der Rückseite der Druckform 01 und der Auflagefläche des Haltemittel 11 wird z. B. durch Abschaltung des bestehenden Unterdrucks aufgehoben, bevor der Einhängeschenkel 13am hinteren Ende 12dieser Druckform 01 die Auflagefläche des Haltemittel 11 erreicht. -
Fig. 44 zeigt in einer schematischen Darstellung ausschnittsweise dieSteuereinrichtung 18, d. h. die Befehle berührungslos annehmende und/oder abgebende Einrichtung 18, mitwelcher im Kanal 07 desFormzylinders 06 angeordnete, den einzelnen Montagepositionen auf der Mantelfläche des Formzylinders 06 zugeordnete Haltemittel wählbar und betätigbar sind. DieseSteuereinrichtung 18 weist inAxialrichtung des Formzylinders 06 nebeneinander vorzugsweise mehrere jeweils unabhängig voneinander arbeitende, z. B. auf einem Träger 24 montierte Sende-und Empfangseinheiten 22 auf, zu welchenam Formzylinder 06 jeweils ein entsprechendes Gegenstück, d. h. korrespondierende Sende-und Empfangseinheiten 23 angeordnet ist, wobei die Sende-und Empfangseinheiten 23am Formzylinder 06 gleichfalls z. B. in dessen Axialrichtung nebeneinander angeordnet sind. Die Sende-und Empfangseinheiten 23am Formzylinder 06 sind z. B. im oder amKanal 07dieses Formzylinders 06 angeordnet und treten z. B.durch die Öffnung 08 desKanals 07 mit den außerhalb des Formzylinders 06 vorzugsweise ortsfest angeordneten Sende-und Empfangseinheiten 22 durch eine vorzugsweise wechselseitige Übertragung von Stellbefehlen in eine Wirkverbindung. Die außerhalb des Formzylinders 06 angeordneten Sende-und Empfangseinheiten 22 übermitteln z. B. einen Stellbefehl, den ein bestimmtes, z. B. durch eine Adressierung angewähltes,im Kanal 07 desFormzylinders 06 angeordnetes Haltemittel veranlasst, von seiner Halteposition in seine Freigabeposition zu wechseln. Die Sende-und Empfangseinheiten 23am Formzylinder 06 können einer weiteren außerhalb des Formzylinders 06 angeordneten Steuereinrichtung (nicht dargestellt) in Form einer Statusmeldung anzeigen, in welcher Position sich einbestimmtes im Kanal 07 desFormzylinders 06 angeordnetes Haltemittel aktuell befindet, d. h. ob es sich in seiner Halteposition oder in seiner Freigabeposition befindet. Die Übertragung der jeweiligen Befehle erfolgt vorzugsweise dann, wenn sich die außerhalb des Formzylinders 06 angeordneten Sende-und Empfangseinheiten 22 und die Sende-und Empfangseinheiten 23am Formzylinder 06 durch eine entsprechende Drehung des Formzylinders 06 radial gegenüberstehen. Die außerhalb des Formzylinders 06 angeordneten Sende-und Empfangseinheiten 22 können z. B. als separat wählbare und aktivierbare Magnete 38 und die Sende-und Empfangseinheiten 23am Formzylinder 06 können z. B. als durch die zuvor genannten Magnete steuerbare Magnetventile 36 ausgebildet sein (Fig. 11 und12 ). -
Fig. 45 zeigt einen Ausschnitt aus einer als H-Druckeinheit oder als Satelliten-Druckeinheit ausgebildeten Druckeinheit mit einer zum jeweiligen Formzylinder 06 jeweils geradlinig tangential angestellten Auflagefläche 09 der betreffenden Zuführeinrichtung. Eine auf der jeweiligen Auflagefläche 09 der Zuführeinrichtung aufgestellte,dem jeweiligen Formzylinder 06zuzuführende Druckform 01 wird nur jeweils im Rahmen der Länge des Einhängeschenkels 13 ander hinteren Ende 12dieser Druckform 01 gebogen, um die unbebilderte Rückseite dieser Druckform 01 mit der Auflagefläche des betreffenden Haltemittels 11 in einen Berührungskontakt zu bringen, d. h. um die Druckform 01 z. B. durch einen Unterdruck anzusaugen. - In der
Fig. 46 sind nochmals verschiedene Anordnungen der Zuführeinrichtung in einer 9er-Satelliten-Druckeinheit dargestellt, jedoch unterscheidet sich die 9er-Satelliten-Druckeinheit derFig. 46 von derjenigen derFig. 39 dadurch, dass die 9er-Satelliten-Druckeinheit derFig. 46 Einfachumfangsformzylinder 06 aufweist, wohingegen die 9er-Satelliten-Druckeinheit derFig. 39 Doppelumfangsformzylinder 06 zeigt. Die jeweiligen Übertragungszylinder sind sowohl in derFig. 39 als auch in derFig. 46 jeweils als Doppelumfangszylinder ausgebildet, sodass die Übertragungszylinder an ihrem jeweiligen Umfang hintereinander jeweils zwei Druckbilder übertragen können.Einfachumfangsformzylinder 06 weisen entlang ihrer Umfangslinie nur eine einzige Druckform 01 auf, wohingegen Doppelumfangsformzylinder 06 entlang ihrer Umfangslinie hintereinander zwei Druckformen 01 aufnehmen können.Doppelumfangsformzylinder 06 haben auch zwei jeweils um 180° zueinander versetzte Kanäle 07,wohingegen ein Einfachumfangsformzylinder 06 nur einen einzigen achsparallelen Kanal 07 aufweist, dessen Öffnung 08 sowohl dieVorderkante 02 als auch diehintere Kante 12derselben Druckform 01 zu deren Befestigung aufdem Formzylinder 06 aufnimmt. Aufgrund ihres geringeren Durchmessers ist eine geradlinig tangentiale Anstellung einer Zuführeinrichtung aneinen Einfachumfangsformzylinder 06 schwieriger zu bewerkstelligen, da der dafür erforderliche Freiraum im Bereich des betreffenden Einfachumfangsformzylinders 06 sehr begrenzt ist.Ein Doppelumfangsformzylinder 06 bietet aufgrund seines größeren Durchmessers eher Gelegenheit für eine geradlinig tangentiale Anstellung der Auflagefläche 09 der jeweiligen Zuführeinrichtung an dessen Umfangslinie. Aneinem Einfachumfangsformzylinder 06 ist dieAuflagefläche 09 der jeweiligen Zuführeinrichtung in Richtung der Zuführung der Druckform 01 zum jeweiligen Formzylinder 06 vorzugsweise zumindest teilweise gekrümmt ausgebildet, wenngleich dieAuflagefläche 09 der jeweiligen Zuführeinrichtung auch tangential an die Umfangslinie des betreffenden Einfachumfangsformzylinders 06 angestellt sein kann. Mithin ist dieGestaltung der Auflagefläche 09 der jeweiligen Zuführeinrichtung -ob die Auflagefläche 09 der Zuführeinrichtung z. B. geradlinig oder gekrümmt ausgebildet ist und/oder ob sie radial oder tangential anden jeweiligen Formzylinder 06 angestellt ist - den auch vom Durchmesser des jeweiligen Formzylinders 06 abhängigen konkreten Einbaubedingungen am jeweiligen Druckwerk anzupassen.
