- Such a filling device is from the WO 2005/110849 A2 known.
- Powdered products usually have the property that they also absorb air during manufacture, transport and during the filling process, which increases the volume.
- the filling devices in question for filling containers should therefore preferably be designed so that the intake air is at least partially released again.
- Vibrating bottles are known per se from the prior art, such as for the production of boreholes. Such a solution shows the AT 21 46 22 hp , Another jar is from the US 2,148,722 known. A use of these vibrating bottles of filling machines for compacting the contents of containers to filling machines has not been successful, since the performance did not meet the requirements.

In addition, the internal vibrator after swinging out of the container still resonate, creating the risk that the filler neck of the filling device is damaged.
- connection between the internal vibrator and the drive device is designed to be rigid. This involves the problem that the entire assembly consisting of the internal vibrator, the rigid connection and the drive device must be vibrated by the vibration exciter, whereby the mass to be moved is relatively high. This in turn leads to a thermal load on the bearing of the waves carrying the imbalance masses. If one were to reduce the speed of the shaft to reduce this load on the bearings, the compression would be deteriorated.

- FIG. 5 shows that after the method of the internal vibrator 10 in the uppermost position a cavity 19 remains in the product.
- a comparison with the FIG. 6 shows, however, that is filled by the operation of the vibrating table 11 of this cavity 19 with product, so that the product level 21 is still lowered a little bit.
- the internal vibrator 10 is moved in three different positions.
- the number of positions can be changed by a corresponding design of the control for the drive 13, in particular increased.
- the internal vibrator 10 could also continuously from the lowest position according to the FIG. 3 in the upper position according to the FIGS. 5 and 6 be moved.
- An advantage of the illustrated embodiment is also that the internal vibrator 10 and the vibrator is simply fixed to the protective tube 16 of the flexible shaft 17, and that on the vibration exciter driving drive device 12, the guide tube 18 is fixed, through which the protective tube 16 and the flexible shaft 17 are guided.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a filling device for open-topped containers, preferably for bags to be filled with a powdery product, according to the preamble of claim 1.
Powdered products usually have the property that they also absorb air during manufacture, transport and during the filling process, which increases the volume. The filling devices in question for filling containers should therefore preferably be designed so that the intake air is at least partially released again.
The Rüttelflaschen are equipped with a vibration exciter, which is usually driven by a arranged outside the container drive device. The vibration generator is an imbalance mass, which is fixed on a rotating drivable shaft. The shaft is driven by the drive device via a further, flexible shaft. The advantage of such an embodiment can be seen in the fact that the masses to be vibrated are relatively small. The flexible shaft is surrounded by a flexible protective tube. This flexible design prevents the internal vibrator from being centered within the container, causing the product to be unevenly compressed within the container. In addition, the internal vibrator after swinging out of the container still resonate, creating the risk that the filler neck of the filling device is damaged.
It has therefore also been proposed that the connection between the internal vibrator and the drive device is designed to be rigid.
The invention has for its object to make a filling device of the type described in more detail so that optimal compression of the filled product in the container is guaranteed. Preferably, the thermal load of the bearing of the shaft bearing the imbalance masses should be kept as low as possible.
To achieve the object is provided a filling device according to claim 1, wherein the flexible shaft is at least partially surrounded by a rigid guide tube. In this case, a section of the flexible shaft in front of the vibrating device is preferably not surrounded by the rigid guide tube.
As a result, a good guidance of the shaft is guaranteed, which requires the knowledge of the invention, a guide to be placed centrally in the container can. The remaining portion of the flexible shaft still allows sufficient vibration to compress the product to be filled.
Since the guide tube is rigid, the internal vibrator is positioned exactly within the container. As a result, an optimal and uniform compression of the product is achieved. In addition, the masses to be vibrated are kept as low as possible, so that the thermal load of the bearings within the internal vibrator is kept as low as possible. In addition, when removing the internal vibrator from the container, the filler neck is secured against damage.
The vibrator of the internal vibrator is driven by the flexible shaft, wherein the guide tube is preferably rigidly connected to the drive device.
Preferably, the rigid guide tube is attached to the drive device.
In a particularly advantageous manner, the internal vibrator is fixed to the flexible shaft. This ensures that the guide tube surrounding the flexible shaft is not vibrated.
Aluminium besteht.Preferably, it is provided that in a filling device of the type described in more detail above, the sheath of the internal vibrator consists of a metallic or non-metallic material whose density is preferably less than that of iron, for example a light metal, such as e.g. Aluminum is made.
As a result, the mass to be vibrated is kept correspondingly low. As a result, the burden on the shaft bearing the imbalance masses is significantly reduced. However, non-metallic materials can also be used. Such materials are, for example, composites with a certain proportion of a plastic, ceramic materials or thermal structure materials. The combination of materials in composite materials or through the cavities of thermo-structural materials significantly reduces the density.
By combining the material and the design, a material-specific optimum mass ratio is formed, so that the load on the bearings and thus the thermal load are minimized. An excessive heating of the bearings is thus counteracted. A high compression in a short time is no problem. This also has an advantageous effect on the filling of products that are still relatively warm at the moment of filling.
It is furthermore preferably provided that the internal vibrator can be moved in a time-controlled manner by means of a controllable drive in the vertical direction. This development and independent invention is reflected in the sibling method claim again, after which the vibrator is time-controlled or delayed, especially in stages, lifted from the container during the compression of the product. As a result, there is the possibility that the internal vibrator can gradually be moved out of the container slowly, in particular in several stages. In this way, the cavity formed by the internal vibrator and below it after startup is immediately filled with the product so that no cavities remain. The product can be compacted in the entire container. So it is also advantageous that by means of the internal vibrator and the product lying in the container immediately below the filling opening is compressed. This is particularly important, as this area of the product virtually no more self-pressure is exerted.
An optimal compression is also given if the vibrator not only consists of the internal vibrator, but if the container or the bag is supported at least during the filling process on a vibrating table.
Reference to the accompanying drawings, the invention will be explained in more detail.
