Bei der Endbearbeitung von Metallbändern, beispielsweise von Feinblech werden in der Praxis regelmäßig zwei Prozessstufen eingesetzt. Zum einen der so genannte Dressierwalzprozess und zum anderen der Streckbiegerichtprozess. Beim Dressieren werden die mechanischen Eigenschaften für ein möglicherweise nach der Endbearbeitung erfolgendes Tiefziehen eingestellt, wie beispielsweise der so genannte n-Wert und die Streckgrenze. Ferner wird im Dressierprozess die gewünschte Oberflächenbeschaffenheit eingestellt. - Straightening device for a metal strip, with a first straightening roller and a second straightening roller which are arranged with respect to each other such that the metal strip is guided over, while being partly wrapped over, the first straightening roller and then guided over, while being partly wrapped over, the second straightening roller, wherein one of the straightening rollers (1) is arranged opposite a press roller (2) with which a unilateral compression deformation of the metal strip (3) can be achieved, characterised in that the press roller (2) has a textured surface.
- Straightening device according to claim 1, characterised in that the first straightening roller (1) is arranged opposite a first press roller (2) with which a unilateral compression deformation can be achieved on a first side of the metal strip (3), and the second straightening roller (1) is arranged opposite a second press roller (2) with which a unilateral compression deformation can be achieved on a second side of the metal strip (3), wherein the first and/or second press roller has a textured surface.
- Straightening device according to claim 2, characterised in that the first press roller (2) has a textured surface and the second press roller (2) has a smooth surface.
- Straightening device according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the first and/or second straightening roller (1) has/have a textured surface.
- Straightening device according to any of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that a press roller (2) and/or a straightening roller (1) is formed as a measurement roller.
- Straightening method for a metal strip, characterised in that the metal strip (3) bent over a straightening roller (1) is unilaterally compression deformed on the surface opposite the straightening roller (1) by a press roller (2) with textured surface.
- Straightening method according to claim 6, characterised in that the unilateral compression deformation has a penetration depth of the surface exposed to the press roller (2) of 75% of the metal strip cross-section.
- Straightening method according to claim 6 or 7, characterised in that in the metal strip (3), by bending over the straightening roller (1), a longitudinal tensile stress development is set over the metal strip cross-section, in which the longitudinal tension stress on the surface of the metal strip (3) lying opposite the straightening roller (1) is less than the yield point, and in that a press roller (2) acting on this surface generates an additional stress such that the metal strip (3) in the area of this surface is loaded with a total stress above the yield point.
