This is of particular importance in view of the fact that in the fitting 1 shown, the spacers 9 define the first vertical pivot axis 32 at a relatively small distance from the door 29. Description

TECHNISCHES GEBIET DER ERFINDUNGTECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to a fitting for a cabinet with a carcass and with a hinged on door hinges on the body door, the fitting a to be stored on the inside of the door via spacers front frame with vertically aligned trailer rails for attaching slides, wherein the spacers are provided for attachment to a side opposite the door hinges of the door, thereby allowing a pivoting movement of the front frame about a first vertical pivot axis relative to the door, at least one support arm to be supported via a support hinge with a second vertical pivot axis on the body of the cabinet and one on the support arm slidably guided in the horizontal direction support rail which rigidly supports the suspension rails of the front frame has. Furthermore, the invention relates to a cabinet with a body, with a hinged on door hinges on the body door and such a fitting.

STAND DER TECHNIKSTATE OF THE ART

Front frame with suspension rails for attaching slides, which in particular baskets, but also other support for a variety of different objects are to be understood are sometimes rigidly attached to the door of a cabinet, where they exclusively on the door and its door hinges on the body are supported by the cabinet. If the slides are loaded on the suspension rails of such a front frame with higher weights, the door hinges are easily overloaded. which are designed exclusively for supporting the door itself, but not for significant additional weights.

As an alternative solution to a rigidly mounted on a door of a cabinet front frame, it is known to support a front frame pivotally mounted on support hinges on the body of a cabinet and him on its side opposite the support hinges side with an extension in a horizontal slot in a door attached to the Engage entrainment element. When the door of the cabinet is opened in this arrangement, it takes over the driving element with the front frame so that it is also pivoted forward. In this case, the extension of the front frame moves in the slot of the driving element, ie the front frame relative to the inside of the door, by increasingly with increasing opening angle of the door away from the free edge. This is because the vertical pivot axis defined by the support hinges of the front frame, as opposed to the one defined by the door hinges, is stationary and further in the body to support higher moments. Such fittings are for example from the DE 101 06 637 A1 and the WO 02/45549 A known.

Since a front frame is often combined with a fitting with a pull-out frame, which is guided over horizontal guide rails in the body of the respective cabinet and is pulled forward when opening the door of the cabinet, the support frames directly mounted on the body front frame are associated with the disadvantage that they impede the advancement of such pull-out frames or of slides attached to them, such as baskets, because they are not swiveled so far as the door is opened, as is the case with front frames supported directly on the door.

In a known fitting with the features of the type described above, the front frame is indeed attached via the spacers on the door hinges opposite side of the door so that it is pivoted to the door and does not remain in the door plane behind this, but he is at the same time supported by two superimposed support arms on the body of the respective cabinet. The support arms extend from the support hinges, which are arranged one above the other in the direction of the second vertical pivot axis, behind the door frame mounted on the front. From them to the front frame towards rotatably mounted rollers, each running in a profile C-shaped support rail, which is rigidly fixed from behind the front frame. When opening the door of the with a equipped with such fitting cabinet, the guide rails move relative to the support arms of the support hinges away to be pivoted forward with the door. Nevertheless, the weight forces acting on the front frame are always essentially supported by the support arms on the support via the support hinges. In addition to the relative movement of the support rails relative to the support arms, it also comes in this known fitting when opening the door to a pivoting movement of the front frame relative to the door. This pivotal movement extends only a few degrees and is recorded in the known fitting by material elasticities of the spacers between the door and the front frame and play between the spacers and the front frame. In order to minimize the depth of the front frame relative to the door in the known fitting, the support arms extend as close as possible to the door and thereby radially to the second pivot axis formed by their support hinges. Since they are rolled up at the same time to form a hinge bushing of the respective support hinge, they are between the hinge bushing and its main area to the rear, that is bent to the door. As a disadvantage, proves in the known fitting that it easily comes when opening the door near the support hinges to a clamping between the support arms and the door. This leads to an increased burden in particular of the door and the door hinges.

AUFGABE DER ERFINDUNGOBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The invention has for its object to show a fitting with the features of the type described above and equipped with such a fitting cabinet in which the aforementioned disadvantages are avoided.

According to the invention the object is achieved by a fitting with the features of independent claim 1. The dependent claims 2 to 11 relate to preferred embodiments of the new fitting. The dependent claim 12 is directed to a cabinet with the new fitting.

BESCHREIBUNG DER ERFINDUNGDESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In the new fitting each support rail runs in the same plane as the suspension rails. As the support rail moves farther away from the door, the support arm, on which it is displaceably guided in the horizontal direction, moves farther away from the door. The departure of both parts of the door has no increasing influence on the distance of the front frame, in particular its suspension rails from the door. On the contrary, in the new fitting, the front frame may be located closer to the door because the support arm with the support rail guided thereon is now further forward, even if a portion of the added distance of the support arm from the door is left to the unwanted Avoid jamming between the door and the support arm and the associated material loads. As a further possibility, the opening angle of the door can be increased without causing undesirable jamming. The flatter construction of the new fitting in the area of the front frame not only has the constructive but also aesthetic advantages mentioned here. This applies in particular when the visible parts of the support rails extend between the suspension rails of the front frame and thus do not protrude in any direction beyond the outer dimensions of the front frame.

The new fitting typically two support rails and two support arms are arranged one above the other to support the front frame at two heights on the body of the respective cabinet. Depending on the specifics of the case, a single support arm may be sufficient, as well as more than two support arms may be useful for supporting larger weights on the front frame, for example.

When in the new fitting as in the generic state of the art, each support rail is guided on the associated support arm rotatably mounted rollers on the support arm, the suspension rails form closed vertical outer walls, which form stops for the rollers on the support arm in the unmounted state of the fitting , and so keep these components of the new fitting together. In addition, a particularly high-quality closed optical impression of the front frame is thereby achieved.

In order to still allow easy mounting of the new fitting, each support rail can be detachably inserted from behind into the suspension rails. That is, not only the Außenwandungen, but also the front walls of the suspension rails run continuously over the support rails away. Only in their rear walls and their inner walls recesses are then provided for the support rails used from behind in the suspension rails, but do not disturb the good overall visual impression of the front frame of the new fitting for lack of visibility in the mounted state.

Specifically, each support rail can be locked in the suspension rails via plastic spacers. In this way, both a positive and positive fit of the support rails can be achieved in the trailer rails with low installation costs. The plastic spacers can also be used to compensate for optical transitions and avoid if necessary frictional metal-metal contacts between the support rails and the suspension rails.

As an alternative to an open, C-shaped rail, which is guided on rollers on the associated support arm, each support arm in the common vertical plane of the suspension rails and the support rails extend, wherein the front frame, d. H. usually his trailer rails then have to have a lateral passage opening for the support arm. If a right / left usability of the front frame of the new fitting is to be given, a corresponding passage opening must also be present in the open wall in the forward facing outer wall of the front frame, but which can be covered for example by a cover made of plastic. When guiding the support arm not only close parallel to the plane of the front frame, but in this plane, the front frame of the new fitting builds even less on the inside of the door. Accordingly, the door can be opened even further, if necessary, without the support arm abutting against the door and / or the distance of the front frame from the door can be further reduced.

In this embodiment, the front frame of the new fitting each support arm can run in a sliding bush made of plastic in the tubular circumferentially closed support rail, which also gives an excellent visual impression from behind. Accordingly, this embodiment of the new fitting can be used advantageously for cabinets with glass doors.

Each support rail may be integral with the front frame of the new fitting integral part of the front frame and stiffen this front frame in addition to the vertical suspension rails connecting cross members or even replace each such a cross member.

Each support arm may have a straight course in the new fitting to its support hinge, where it is bent back to form a hinge bushing. That is, the support arm runs tangentially out of the hinge bushing. This straight form of the support arm, which gives an excellent visual impression into the support hinge, is possible with the new fitting, because the support arm runs closer to or even in the plane of the front frame in which its suspension rails run, and thus in one greater distance to the door, even if a significant portion of this benefit is used to reduce the distance of the front frame from the door. With the same position of the second pivot axis of the support hinges of the support arms, the support arms can thus run deeper inside the body with the door closed, without thereby the front frame must enter deep into the body.

To further relieve material and increase lifespan, it is provided in the new fitting that between the spacers and the front frame a hinge is formed with hinge pins, which define a stationary first vertical pivot axis. For example, the spacers can engage with the hinge pins from above and below in corresponding holes in the front frame. In this way, not only a material load of the spacers is reduced, but also caused an excellent visual impression. One or more full-fledged hinges defining the first vertical pivot axis may alternatively be provided between the spacers and the door, the spacers then being rigidly attached to the bezel.

As previously indicated, the front frame is often supplemented in a generic fitting by an extension frame. Accordingly, a preferred embodiment of the new fitting on an over horizontal guide rails on the body to be stored extract frame for attaching another slide, which is moved back and forth on a to be stored on the front frame or on the door coupling member in the body. In the new fitting the pull-out frame can be moved particularly far forward and is there with very little disability by the close to the door running front frame and arranged thereon slides accessible.

The cabinet according to the invention with the new fitting has already been fully explained in connection with the description of the fitting.

FIGURENBESCHREIBUNGDESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

The in Fig. 1 shown in a perspective view fitting 1 has a front frame 2 and an extension frame 3. The outer periphery of the front frame 2 is defined by vertically extending suspension rails 4 and cross members 5, which are interconnected in the corner points of the front frame, wherein the cross members extend over the entire width of the front frame 2. The suspension rails 4 are provided at their front with mounting holes 6 to record therein not visible, for example, hook-shaped fasteners for slide 7. In Fig. 1 are slide 7 in the form of so-called baskets 8 attached to the trailer rails 4. To support the front frame 2 spacers 9 and mounted on its other side in hinges 10 supporting arms 11 are provided on its one side. On each of two superimposed support arms 11, a support rail 22 is guided linearly, which extends in the plane of the front frame 2 horizontally between the trailer rails 4 and is rigidly connected thereto. Where the parts of the fitting 1 are to be attached, will be explained in connection with the following figures. While the front frame 2 has fixed outer dimensions, the pull-out frame 3 is telescopic in height. For this purpose, 12 Ausziehschienen 13 are guided in its vertical suspension rails, which are rigidly connected to an upper cross member 14. On the cross member 14 a perpendicular thereto extending rail 15 is provided, which is guided linearly on a guide rail 16. Below the vertical suspension rails 12 are connected by another here barely visible cross member 17 with each other, which is mounted on a guide member 18. For the guide member 18 a parallel to the guide rail 16 horizontally extending guide rail 19 is provided. In the guide member 18 are also typically provided the parts for an automatic feeder, a retraction of the extension frame 3 from an extended position, as shown in FIG Fig. 1 is shown, supported back into an inserted basic position. To the suspension rails 12 more slides 20 are mounted in the form of larger-sized baskets 21 via support members 23 which engage in mounting holes 24 in the trailer rails 12. For coupling a movement of the extension frame 3 along the guide rails 16 and 19 and the front frame 2 coupling members 25 are provided, which are articulated to the rail 15 and the guide member 18 on the one hand and fasteners 26 mounted on the other. The fasteners 26 are to be stored on the same door of a cabinet as the spacers 9, as will now be described with reference to the following Fig. 2 will be described.

The in Fig. 2 shown fitting 1 is as such identical to the fitting 1 according to Fig. 1 , For a better overview, however, the baskets 8 on the front frame 2 and the baskets 21 on the extension frame 3 are not reproduced here. It is shown how the fitting 1 is installed in a cabinet 27 having a body 28 and a door 29. The door 29 is pivotally mounted on door hinges 30 on a side wall 31 of the body 28. On the door 29, the front frame 2 is mounted on its side facing away from the support hinges 10 via the spacers 9. The support hinges 10 in turn are attached to the side wall 31 of the body 28. Between the spacers 9 and the front frame 2, a first, opposite the door fixed vertical pivot axis 32 is formed, while the support arms 11 are mounted pivotably about a second vertical pivot axis 33 in the stacked support hinges 10. While the pivot axis 33 is stationary relative to the body 28, the pivoting movement of the door 29 relative to the body 28 on no fixed pivot axis. Accordingly, a relative movement between the front frame 2, which is taken on one side of the door 29 via the spacers 9, and the support hinges 10 occurs. This relative movement is compensated on the one hand by a displacement of the support rails 22 on the support arms 11 and on the other hand by a pivoting of the front frame 2 relative to the door 29 about the first vertical pivot axis 33. When opening the door 29, fastened to this fasteners 26 via the coupling members 25, the rail 15 against the not visible here guide rail 16 and the guide member 18 against the guide rail 19 before.

Fig. 3 shows an embodiment of the fitting 1 re-installed in the cabinet 27, which has no pull-out frame 3 and accordingly no coupling members 25 and fasteners 26 for pulling the pull-out frame 3 from the body 28. Here only the front frame 2 is provided on the door. The front frame 2 is in the same way as in Fig. 2 attached to the door 29 via the spacers 9 and is supported on the body 28 via the pivotally mounted in the support hinges 10 support arms 11.

Fig. 4 is a rear view of a front frame 2 with shorter suspension rails 4 than in the previous embodiments. In this case, vertical holes 34 can be seen in the cross members 5, engage in the hinge pin of the spacers 9, not shown here, to the first vertical pivot axis 32 according to the FIGS. 2 and 3 define. The bores 34 are provided on both sides of the front frame 2 to ensure its right / left usability. Out Fig. 4 Furthermore, it is apparent that the support rails 22, which are guided on the support arms 11, are latched by means of plastic spacers 25 in recesses 36 which extend over the inner walls 37 and the rear walls 38 of the suspension rails 4. The outer walls 39 of the suspension rails 4, however, extend closed over the recesses 36 away as well as the front walls not visible here. In the profile C-shaped and thereby open to the rear support rails 22 rollers 40 and 41 are guided, which are rotatably mounted on the support arm 11. These rollers are guided alternately at the upper side and at the lower side of the support rails 22 and 40. Via these rollers, weight forces are transferred from the front frame or slides, not shown here, to the support arms 11. From the pure aspect of the transmission of weight forces, it would be advantageous if two rollers 40 guided on the upper side of the support rails 22 were also provided on the lower support arm, but this would limit the already mentioned right / left usability of the fitting 1. The support arms 11 are bent at their projecting from the front frame 2 ends to form hinge bushings 42 to the rear and are thus supported in the support hinges, over which they transfer the weight forces on the body of a cabinet, not shown here.

Fig. 5 is a rear view on the lower part of the front frame 2 according to Fig. 4 , which reproduces hidden lines by means of Fig. 4 already explained construction further clarified.

Fig. 6 shows in a view from above the same parts in Fig. 5 are shown. From this view, it is clear that the support rail 22 extends in the same plane 43, in which the front frame 2 extends with the cross members 5 and the suspension rails 4, and that also the support arm 11 extends immediately behind the front frame 2.

The latter aspect of the slight increase in the depth of the front frame 2 by the support arm 11 is particularly clear from the side view Fig. 7 which again shows the same parts as they already have in the FIGS. 5 and 6 are shown.

Fig. 8 shows in a detailed view of one of the spacers 9 on the front frame. The spacer 9 covers the open end of the cross member 5, which in Fig. 7 has been seen. The spacer 9 also carries a hinge pin not visible here, which engages in the likewise not visible here bore 34 engaging the first vertical pivot axis 32 between the spacer 9 and the front frame 2.

Fig. 9 shows a view from above of the fitting 1 according to Fig. 3 installed in the cabinet 27, wherein the sake of clarity, the door hinges 30 according to Fig. 3 are omitted. In addition, a part of the ceiling 44 of the body 28 is broken away. Good to see in Fig. 9 in that the door 29 does not abut against the support arm 11 despite its very large opening angle for such a cabinet 27, but between the front frame 2 including the support arm 11 and the door 29 is still air. This is of particular importance in view of the fact that in the fitting 1 shown, the spacers 9 define the first vertical pivot axis 32 at a relatively small distance from the door 29. This is possible because the support rails 22, which are not visible here, which are guided on the support arms 11, are advanced to the level 43 of the front frame 2.

Fig. 10 illustrates that even with a closed door 29 of the front frame 2 even in the vicinity of the support hinge 10 does not protrude far into the body 28 and thus optimum utilization of the interior of the body 28 with the not shown here, attached to the front frame 2 slides or on allows an extension frame not shown attached further slides.

The Fig. 11 to 13 sketch a way to further reduce the distance of the front frame 2 of the door 29, not shown here, by also the support arm 11 in the plane 43 of the front frame 2 extends. For this purpose, the recesses 36 in the vertical suspension rails 4, in which the support rails 22 are inserted marginally closed holes in the inner wall 37 of the vertical suspension rails 4. The support rails 22 are tubular circumferentially closed and take in their interior a sliding bush 45, in which Support arm 11 is guided. It is in the outer wall 38 of the vertical Towing rail 4, a passage opening 46 is provided through which the support arm 11 exits. This passage opening 46 is lined with an extension 47 of the bushing 45, which also projects beyond the outer wall 38 there. Due to the right / left usability of the front frame 2 is a corresponding passage opening in the outer wall 38 of the opposite vertical suspension rail 4, which is not needed here. Therefore, it is closed with a cover 48 made of plastic. An intellectual transmission of the structure of the front frame 2 according to Fig. 13 according to the arrangement Fig. 10 can be seen immediately that the front frame 2 by its leadership in the plane 43 in the vicinity of the support hinge 10 would move even further to the door 22.
