Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for carrying out a water inlet into the washing container of a dishwasher, in particular a domestic dishwasher with a circulating pump whose speed can be controlled, wherein the method of filling a groundwater quantity and a subsequent increase in the circulation pump speed of a start-up speed includes a target speed.
- a method for carrying out a water inlet into the washing container of a dishwasher in particular a domestic dishwasher with a circulating pump whose speed can be controlled, wherein the method of filling a groundwater quantity and a subsequent increase in the circulation pump speed of a start-up speed includes a target speed.
- unstable pump operation is characterized by an increase in the number of revolutions, a decrease in the engine torque, fluctuations in the pump pressure and noise.
- the Applicant manufactures household dishwashers in which first a quantity of groundwater is introduced. If, as a result of an unstable pump run, a speed fluctuation of the circulating pump motor is detected, then a discrete quantity of 75 ml is refueled. For large Spülgutmengen this leads to the corresponding number of refilling cycles, also more water is usually filled in the rinse tank in the last refueling step, as would be necessary for a stable pump running.
- the invention thus presents the problem of disclosing a method for carrying out a water inlet in the washing container of a dishwasher of the type mentioned, in which a very precise amount of water is simply and quickly determined.
- the water intake becomes more accurate and faster.
- the short dwell time in the unstable pump run (about one second) significantly reduces noise.
- Dishwasher 1 shown has a designated 2 rinse tank, which opens into a collecting pot 3 in the lower area. From there, the accumulated liquid, usually cold or heated water with rinsing additives, via a suction nozzle 4 of a circulating pump 5 is supplied.
- the washing container 2 two baskets 6 and 7 and a cutlery drawer 8 are arranged, which serve to hold the corresponding items to be washed.
- the cutlery and crockery items not shown in the drawings are rotatable spray arms 9 to 11, of which two baskets 6 and 7 and the drawer 8 is assigned one each, irrigated with cleaning liquid.
- the circulation pump 5 has three separate discharge nozzles 12 to 14, which are connected via Sprüharmzutechnisch 15 to 17 with the respective spray arm 9, 10 or 11 in combination.
- the lower basket 6 associated spray arm 9 is supplied via the discharge nozzle 12 and the upper basket spray arm 10 via the discharge nozzle 13 with rinsing or cleaning liquid.
- the upper installed on the Spipporaumdecke 2.1 spray arm 11 of the discharge nozzle 14 leads to liquid.
- the spray arms can be operated together or alternately. To enable the latter, a water switch, not shown in the drawing would have to be integrated for example in the pump chamber of the circulation pump.
- the drive of the pump impeller (not shown), through which the necessary pressure for supplying the spray arms is constructed 9 to 11, is carried out by a motor 18 with a variable speed.
- a motor 18 with a variable speed In the embodiment, reference will later be made to an electronically commutated motor with permanent magnet rotor, other motor types with variable speed but are also conceivable.
- the speed control takes place in the symbolized by the box 19 and the control line 20 electronic device control.
- the speed is calculated by a speed estimator from motor parameters, voltages and measured motor currents.
- the controller manipulated variable corresponds to a nominal value of the engine torque, from which the engine voltages are determined via a motor model.
- the device control 19 also influences the water supply to the washing container 2 by setting the duty cycle of a solenoid valve 21 and determines the run-in amount of water via an impeller 22.
- the water supply is shown in the figure only symbolized by the two aforementioned components solenoid valve 21 and impeller 22, which is common in dishwashers water supply via a water bag and a softening device is not included, because it is irrelevant to the invention.
- FIG. 2 To explain the phenomenon of a stable and unstable pump run, is in FIG. 2 the behavior of some of the liquid level in the washing container 2 dependent parameters shown. Predetermined is a specific amount of liquid V 1 , which is located in the washing compartment 2. Now, if the speed of the circulation pump 5 is slowly increased, as shown in the diagram I, a part of the liquid in the Sprüharmzutechnischen 15 to 17 and the spray arms 9 to 11 transported, a part runs over the dishes. The volume in the collection pot 3 is reduced by these proportions. The higher the speed of the circulating pump 5, the more liquid is in circulation and the lower the volume in the collecting pot 3.
- the liquid level drops to the height of the intake 4, the pump 5 sucks air , This increases due to the lower resistance of the air at the pump impeller abruptly the speed.
- the characteristic value for monitoring the pump run is calculated from the controller manipulated variable by summing the amounts of the deviations from the average manipulated variable over a time interval of, for example, one second.
- Another indication of unstable pump operation is the pressure fluctuation of the pump pressure due to the admixture of air (see diagram III).
- the method according to the invention for carrying out a water inlet is illustrated by means of a time-dependent diagram, which represents the circulating pump speed and the amount of water flowed in by means of the impeller counter 22.
- the device controller opens the solenoid valve 21 until a quantity of groundwater has entered the washing container 2.
- the groundwater quantity corresponds to the quantity which a device that is only slightly or not loaded needs for stable pumping with target speed.
- the circulating pump 5 is switched on by the device control 19 and, starting from a starting speed, the speed is increased with an increase of approximately 20 min -1 / s. The starting speed is selected so that stable pumping is ensured even at maximum load.
- an unstable pump run will then occur when the baskets 6 to 8 are loaded, which is recognized by the device control 19 in that the characteristic value calculated from the controller control variable of the circulating pump motor 18 fluctuates more than a predetermined deviation measure.
- the speed at which the unstable pump running occurs is stored as a refueling speed and used to calculate a Nachzutankenden amount of water.
- the dependency between the refueling speed and the amount of water to be replenished is device-specific and can be determined by tests. In this case, suitable statistical methods can be used in order to be able to count on a linear dependence of the two variables.
- the circulation pump 5 is operated after completion of the start-up and Nachankphase with a constant target speed, a calculation of the amount of water is sufficient depending on the Nachank speed;
- variable target speeds that is to say those dependent on the selected program or on the program section to be executed, the difference or the quotient between the target speed and the refueling speed is included in the calculation of the water quantity.
- the circulation pump speed is reduced by 200 min -1 compared to the refueling speed in order to achieve stable pumping again, refueling is then carried out at constant speed (section C).
- the recycle pump speed is further increased, ideally up to the target speed because a single refueling operation has been sufficient.
- an unstable pump run occurs again at a second refueling speed. This can be due to large sinks be in the fluid circuit, for example, caused by incorrectly set vessels or more Spülgutmaschine with a rough surface.
- a second amount of water to be replenished is then calculated, there is a further refueling process in section E.
- the target speed is then reached in section F.

Description
- Figur 1
- eine Geschirrspülmaschine;
- Figur 2
- das Verhalten der Umwälzpumpen-Drehzahl, der Stellgröße der Motorregelung und des Pumpendrucks in einem Zeitdiagramm;
- Figur 3
