In typical embodiments of the present invention the controller compensates deviations from zero of the error 531 using the adjustment unit 310. Typically, this error 531 compensation translates to a distance adjustment of the shaft axes 205 and 215 at one side of both guide rollers 201 and 202. Therefore, the control signal 532, e.g. the controller output, typically corresponds to the distance between the shaft axes at one side of both guide rollers 201 and 202.

Claims (14)
- Eine Bandführungssteuerung zum Führen eines Bandes, wobei die Bandführungssteuerung eine erste Führungswalze (201) und eine zweite Führungswalze (202) umfasst, wobei- die erste Führungswalze eine Anpassungseinheit (310) umfasst;- die zweite Führungswalze eine Spannungsmesseinheit (300) umfasst, wobei die erste Führungswalze in Bezug auf die Bandführungsrichtung zur zweiten Führungswalze nachgelagert ist; und- die Bandführungssteuerung eine Datenverbindung (330) zum Versorgen der Anpassungseinheit mit Spannungsdaten von der Spannungsmesseinheit umfasst.
- Die Bandführungssteuerung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Spannungsmesseinheit (300) einen ersten Spannungssensor umfasst, der an einer ersten Seite der zweiten Führungswalze (202) positioniert ist.
- Die Bandführungssteuerung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Spannungsmesseinheit (300) einen zweiten Spannungssensor umfasst, der an einer zweiten Seite der zweiten Führungswalze (202) positioniert ist.
- Die Bandführungssteuerung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Anpassungseinheit (310) einen Motor zum Bewegen der ersten Führungswalze umfasst, der an einer Seite der ersten Führungswalze positioniert ist.
- Die Bandführungssteuerung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Anpassungseinheit gesteuert wird unter der Benutzung einer Regeleinrichtung und die Spannungsdaten als variable Feedbacksignale genutzt werden.
- Die Bandführungssteuerung gemäß Anspruch 5, wobei die Regeleinrichtung analoge Elektronik umfasst.
- Die Bandführungssteuerung gemäß Anspruch 5, wobei die Regelungseinrichtung digitale Elektronik umfasst.
- Die Bandführungssteuerung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die erste Führungswalze in Bezug auf die Bandführungsrichtung vorgelagert zur zweiten Führungswalze positioniert ist.
- Eine Bandbearbeitungsvorrichtung mit mindestens einer Bandführungssteuerung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
- Die Bandbearbeitungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9, des Weiteren umfassend eine Beschichtungseinheit zum Beschichten des Bandes.
- Ein Verfahren zum Führen eines Bandes umfassend die Schritte:- Anpassen der Position einer ersten Führungswalze durch Bewegen einer Seite der ersten Führungswalze;- Messen der Bandspannung, die auf die zweite Führungswalze wirkt, dabei Erhalten von Messergebnissen, wobei das Messen in Bezug auf die Bandführungsrichtung vorgelagert zu dem Anpassen durchgeführt wird; und- wobei das Anpassen auf den Messergebnissen beruht.
- Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei das Messen an einer ersten Seite einer zweiten Führungswalze und an einer zweiten Seite der zweiten Führungswalze vorgenommen wird.
- Das Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 12, wobei das Anpassen an einer Seite der ersten Führungswalze vorgenommen wird.
- Das Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, wobei das Messen zum Anpassen in Bezug auf die Bandführungsrichtung nachgelagert vorgenommen wird.
