Abstract

The liquid-containing bag is produced integrally from two sheets (4; 5) which are welded to on another along the edge region (3), and the bag forms two chambers (6; 7) which are separated from one another by a separating strip (8). A drinking or dispensing spout (2) is welded with sealing action in the separating strip (8), in which case this connects the two chambers (6, 7) in the open state, the one bag chamber (6) being intended for receiving the liquid, while the other bag chamber (7), as a protective chamber, encompasses the outer spout end (9) and encloses the same with sealing action.

Description

This invention relates to a hermetically sealed fluid bag with welded-in drinking or dispensing nozzle. Liquid bags with all sorts of closures are known in many variants. The bags can be made of animal skins, intestines, rubber or plastic film material. Liquid plastic film bags are particularly convenient because they are lightweight, can take various forms, and thus are more portable or stowable, and when empty, do not take up much space, and finally because they are easily disposable. Because such liquid bags made of plastic films are usually intended for disposable use, the associated closure must be very inexpensive to produce. In medicine, such bags are also used to administer infusions. These bags must also offer a first-opening guarantee. As the closest prior art US 6,131,806 to watch. There, however, the protective bag is completely torn away and forms a wegzuwerfendes part. Moreover, the closure itself is not hermetically sealed by having slots. It is opened by squeezing the bag by placing the interior under a higher pressure than the outside atmospheric pressure. As a result, the content is squeezed out through the slot. The closure is therefore not suitable as a drinking cap. WO 2004/024579 shows a bag with integrated closure having a tearable sanitary protective bag which is torn away along a tear line and then thrown away, which also produces plastic waste. In addition, will removed by opening the associated closure whose cap, and this also forms a disposable separate part. However, the previously known solutions are expensive. The closures consist of several parts and are therefore expensive. The solutions for the first opening guarantee are complicated and expensive to manufacture.

The object of this invention is to provide such a fluid bag with drinking or dispensing nozzle, which is hermetically sealed, has a practical closure with nozzle and offers a Erstöffnungsgarantie, where he should be particularly inexpensive to manufacture. In one variant, a drinking bag should thus be producible, in a further variant of a bag for dosing a liquid by being sucked out of the bag.

This object is achieved by a hermetically sealed fluid bag with welded drinking or dispensing nozzle with the characterizing features according to claim 1. The special features are that the fluid bag forms two hermetically sealed chambers, which are separated from each other either by a separating strip on a one-piece bag, or are produced by welding together two individual bags along a separating strip. Next, the drinking or dispensing nozzle is sealingly welded in the separating strip, so that it connects the two chambers in the open state, one bag chamber is intended to hold the liquid, while the other bag chamber encloses the outer end of the nozzle as a protective chamber and sealingly encloses. The bag can be opened without generating waste to be discarded.

How to get in FIG. 1 sees, the liquid bag 1 consists of two separate chambers 6,7. The bag is made by welding two superimposed plastic films 4, 5 together along their edge 3. In separating strip 8, which divides the bag into the two chambers 6,7, a drinking or dispensing nozzle 2 is sealed at the same time sealing. The edge portion 11 at the bottom of the bag chamber 6 is initially not welded. The lower bag chamber 6 is here the liquid chamber. It is later filled from below, for which the bag is rotated by 180 °, so it is kept falling on the head side. In this position it is filled and afterwards the edge portion 11 is welded on its underside. The drinking or dispensing nozzle 2 itself is a one-piece manufactured plastic injection molded part. This nozzle 2 consists of a base 10 and an associated spout 9. The upper bag chamber 7 closes the welded spout 9 completely and seals it hermetically against the outside. It forms an initial opening guarantee. So that this upper bag chamber 7 can be opened, it ends up in two exposed tabs 12,13. These are simply extensions on the two pieces of film 4,5, from which the bag 7 is formed by welding together, and because they are not welded together, they remain free and can therefore be grasped with the hands.

In the FIG. 2 you can see the liquid bag with the two chambers 6,7 from the side. Below you can see the chamber 6 for the liquid, about the chamber 7, which encloses the spout nozzle 9 at a distance to him sealing. The base 10 of the nozzle 2 is welded into the strip 8, which separates the two chambers 6,7 sealingly. The upper chamber 7 terminates in two tabs 12,13, that is, the two pieces of film 4,5 run up each in a free piece, so that these two exposed handle tabs 12,13 are formed. This upper bag chamber 7 offers a tamper evidence. As long as it is undamaged, it indicates that the fluid pouch and its closure have never been opened or used.

The FIG. 3 shows the drinking and dispensing nozzle 2 shown separately. Such drinking and dispensing nozzles are already available. As can be seen here, such a drinking and Spenderstutzten 2 a base 10 on this base 10 here has the shape of a boat, the side walls of this boat are made grooved. Thus, the shuttle walls can be welded particularly intimately and sealingly with a plastic film become. Hiring a shuttle can also be oval or round. The boat is penetrated by a hole 17, which opens on the underside and top of the shuttle 10 to the outside. On the top of the shuttle a spout 9 is molded or molded. This spout 9 is made of a slightly rubber-elastic material. The spout 9 forms at the end a lip 14 with lip line 16. This lip line is closed by a thin spot. When the spout 9 is twisted, the thin point ruptures and the spout 9 is opened afterwards. This twisting can be done by pinching the spout between the thumb and the bent forefinger and then twisting it. This creates torsional forces which lead to tearing of the thin spot. On the other hand, the lip of the spout 9 can also be opened by the spout nozzle is guided into the mouth, so that the lip 14 is at right angles to the mouth lip. Then you bite in the direction of the lip line 16, the spout lip 14 together, which also leads to the tearing of the thin spot and opening the lip 14. This compression of the lip in the direction of the lip line 16 can also be done with two fingers. The nozzle can optionally be equipped with a push-button closure 20,21. This allows one to bend the neck around the drawn dashed line 22 and then close the push button 20. In this folded position, the neck is liquid-tight. This closeability of the nozzle allows that initially only a portion of the bag is drunk, and the bag can be kept tightly.

To open such a liquid bag for the first time, one grips the two tabs 12, 13 and tears them apart so that the welding of the upper bag chamber 7 breaks. It then works out the two parts of the slide, as in the FIG. 4 is shown. As a result, the drinking and dispensing spout 2 is exposed and the drinking spout 9 can be guided into the mouth and its lip 14 can be opened. For drinking, of course, the bag must be higher than the drinking spout, unless one uses a drinking straw, which can be inserted through the open lip 14 of the nozzle 9 in the liquid chamber 6 by pressing the two lip ends against each other, whereby the lip is opened and the drinking straw can be introduced. The lower bag 6 may be made in a variant as a stand-up bag, which allows to put the once opened bag back on a shelf.

The FIG. 5 shows a second variant of such a hermetically sealed liquid bag. This variant is particularly intended for medical purposes, but also for purposes where a liquid is to be removed by suction and suction from your bag, for example in a vending machine. In the only difference to the first, presented above variant here the drinking and dispensing nozzle 2 is welded turned by 180 °. The base 10 is in turn welded into the strip 8, but the nozzle 9 protrudes down into the bag chamber 6, which contains the liquid. This variant is also equipped with a punched hole 15 in the edge region of the liquid bag 6, so that the bag can be hung on a hook.

How this variant of the fluid bag is opened and used for, for example, medical infusions is in FIG. 6 shown. First, the upper bag chamber 7 is torn open as already described by the two exposed tabs 12,13 are grasped and pulled away from each other. It is thereby not exposed the spout of the nozzle, but only the lower mouth of the bore through the socket base 10. Now, a rod-shaped hollow probe 18 is guided from above through the hole and from the inside into the Spout 9 are pushed. If this probe 18 is pushed vigorously from the inside through the spout 9, the lip 14 ruptures, or the thin spot which closes the lip. The probe 18 is pushed into the bag until its end abuts the lower corner of the liquid bag. In this position, it is held, because the probe 18 or hanging on her hose 19 is clasped by the open lip 14 of the spout 9 and it holds firmly against slipping. The liquid bag is then hung with its punch hole 15 to a hook 19 so that it hangs crooked so that a bag corner is at the bottom, as in FIG. 6 shown. Now the contents of the liquid container can be sucked off and it is ensured that the liquid bag can be completely emptied.
