Definitions
- the invention relates to a pump, in particular vane power steering pump, with a housing and optionally a housing cover, wherein in the housing a pressure medium conveying device, for. B. a rotation group of a vane pump with a rotor, a Hubkonturring, arranged in the rotor radially displaceably arranged wings and with at least one pressure plate, wherein the pressure medium conveyor via one or more openings in the pressure plate, so-called pressure kidney, pressure medium in a pressure collecting space promotes, which is formed between the conveyor and the housing and optionally the lid, and the pressure fluid is further promoted from the pressure accumulation chamber to a hydraulic load and / or a flow control valve.
- a pressure medium conveying device for.
- a pump in particular vane power steering pump with a housing and optionally a housing cover, wherein in the housing a pressure medium conveying device, for. B. a rotary group of a vane pump with a rotor, a Hubkonturring, arranged in the rotor radially displaceably arranged wings and with at least one pressure plate, wherein the pressure medium conveying means via one or more openings in the pressure plate, so-called pressure kidneys, pressure medium into a pressure collecting space promotes which is formed between the conveyor and the housing and optionally the lid, and the pressure medium is further conveyed from the pressure collecting space to a hydraulic consumer and / or a flow control valve, wherein the pressure collecting space is divided by at least one flow resistance device into two pressure chambers.
- a pump is preferred in which the two pressure chambers are connected in parallel through the resistance device in the flow direction and thus a pressure chamber is not flowed through, but only forms a hydraulic dead volume.
- a pump according to the invention is characterized in that the flow resistance device is represented by a ring with one or more, preferably radial passage openings. Also, a pump is preferred in which the ring is arranged as an insert between housing, pressure plate and possibly the lid.
- a pump is preferred in which the hydraulic resistance of the flow resistance device is dimensioned by the diameter of the openings and / or the length of the openings and / or their number.
- a further pump according to the invention is characterized in that the annular insert part is cup-shaped and in addition to the ring contains a center pin, so that the first through-flow, radially inner pressure chamber is formed as an annular channel.
- This has the advantage that already in the first pressure chamber by the spatial distance of the two ejecting pressure kidneys, a ring flow is formed, in which the pulsations depending on the training can overlap accordingly and thus be able to grind.
- the second pressure chamber can then be optimized by appropriate arrangement of the passage resistances of this effect, in particular by an angularly offset arrangement of the passage openings to the print kidneys and / or by a different number, which can make the pulsations in the second pressure chamber even more time-offset against each other.
- a pump is preferred in which the pressure plate is pressed by the center pin against the Hubkonturring. Also preferred is a pump in which a spring is arranged around the center pin, wherein the spring presses the pressure plate against the Hubkonturring.
- a pump is preferred in which the pressure plate is sealed by O-rings against the flow resistance ring and the center pin.
- Another pump according to the invention is characterized in that the pressure connection and the flow control valve is arranged parallel to the axis but radially spaced from the shaft. This has the advantage that in such a pump, a drive through the drive shaft through the rotation group for driving a second unit is possible.
- the single figure shows in cross section a pump according to the invention with a two-part pressure collecting space.
- a rotation group 3 is arranged, which has a front pressure plate 5, a rear pressure plate 7, a rotor 9, radially displaceable wings 11 and a Hubkonturring 13. It is therefore the rotation group of a vane pump.
- the rotation group is shown with a different Hubkonturring-, rotor and blade width, but otherwise identical to the representation in the lower half of the figure.
- the rotor 9 of the rotation group is rotationally driven by a shaft 15, which is mounted in the housing 1 by means of a bearing device 17.
- a sealing device 19 the part of the housing 1, which receives the rotation group 3, and the shaft 15 is sealed to the outside.
- annular flow resistance device 21 against the pressure plate 7, an annular flow resistance device 21 is pressed, which is supported on its rear side on a housing cover 23.
- the annular flow resistance device 21 divides a pressure accumulation space into an inner pressure accumulation space 27 and an outer annular pressure accumulation space 25, both spaces being interconnected by correspondingly arranged radial openings 29.
- pressure medium from the rotation group is ejected into the inner, annular pressure chamber 27, which is then conveyed through the radial passage openings 29 in the outer annular pressure chamber 25.
- the pressure medium is then fed through a connecting line 31 to a flow control valve 33 which, depending on the pump speed and thus the pump delivery volume, divides the pump delivery flow into a consumer oil flow and a charging current supplied again to the pump through the return channel 35.
- a flow control valve 33 which, depending on the pump speed and thus the pump delivery volume, divides the pump delivery flow into a consumer oil flow and a charging current supplied again to the pump through the return channel 35.
- Such flow control valve devices are known and will therefore not be described further here.
- the front pressure plate 5 also has two pressure kidneys 37, which open into a non-flow-through pressure collecting space 39 on the front side of the rotation group 3.
- the pressure kidney 37 and the annular channel 39 of the front pressure plate 5 are thus not the promotion, but only the compressive force balance of the rotation group. 3
- each pressure fluid delivery streams are ejected into the inner annular channel 27 of the flow resistance body 21 upon rotation of the rotor.
- the flow rates of the two pressure kidneys 30 depending on the position of the differently arranged through holes 29 travel different ways before entering the annular channel 25, ie open the outer pressure collecting space.
- a different path of the oil flows divided by the openings 29 is also to be covered by the outer pressure collecting space 25 until they merge in the common outflow 31.
- both the two pressure kidneys 30 and to the discharge port 31 a very variable hydraulic network represented by the inner annular channel 27 a first hydraulic (storage) volume, ie a first hydraulic capacity, through the passage openings 29 then a hydraulic resistance and through the outer annular channel 25 a second hydraulic (storage) volume, that is a second hydraulic capacity, their vote leads to much more effective Pulsationsdämpfungshunt as the known, simple damping volumes.
- a first hydraulic (storage) volume ie a first hydraulic capacity
- a second hydraulic (storage) volume that is a second hydraulic capacity
- the hydraulic resistances of the passage openings 29 can be achieved both by changing the opening diameter and by changing the opening lengths as well as by changing the angle within the annular device 21, for example by direct radial outflow, as shown in this picture, but also optionally by other angular outflow directions will be realized.
- the number of openings 29 can be varied as desired and also their axial arrangement can be effectively positioned differently.
