The present invention relates to a loop bag comprising a bag body substantially of thermoplastic material having a front wall, a rear wall and optionally a first and / or second side wall which at least partially along the first and second side edges of the front and rear walls of the front and rear walls connect to each other, wherein the front wall, the rear wall and optionally the first and second side walls have an opening edge and an opposite bottom edge and in the region of the opening edge inside and / or outside at least partially have a seam substantially of thermoplastic material, and a first Carrying handle for the front wall and a second carrying handle for the rear wall, each having a first and second connection region, wherein the first and second attachment regions of the first carrying strap each at spaced first and second Anbin bonded or thermoplastic welded to the seam of the front wall and optionally the front wall and wherein the first and second connection areas of the second support loop respectively glued at spaced first and second attachment sites or are thermoplastically welded to the seam of the rear wall and optionally the rear wall.

Carrying bags made of plastic materials come in a variety of forms and for any transportation purposes used. While with smaller-sized plastic carrier bags, the carrying handles are regularly formed in the bag walls by optionally reinforced punched through openings, are often used separately for larger-sized plastic carrier bags separately attached to the front and rear wall loops different length. Usually used for the bag walls and the carrying straps thermoplastic plastic materials that are either identical or homogeneously miscible in the melt. In this way, the carrying straps can be thermally melted. Such conventional loop pockets can be found for example in the DE 101 16 920 A1 , of the WO 01/51372 A1 and the DE 40 12 897 A1 disclosed. A disadvantage of the known loop carrying bags is still their quite expensive production. Also, the wear resistance usually leaves nothing to be desired.

In the DE 197 48 771 A1 a carrier bag made of thermoplastic material is described with handles made of thermoplastic plastic strips described, the attachment ends are fixed in each case in the region of the filling opening inwardly folded and firmly connected to the side wall facing edge regions of the side walls. The edge regions have to be connected to the respectively associated side wall at least in the region of the intended fastening of the fastening ends of the carrying handles. In addition, the attachment ends of the carrying handles and the folded over edge regions of the side walls via splices must also be present together. With such a constructed carrying bag, a particularly secure attachment of the carrying handles to the carrier bag wall should succeed, without at the same time impairing the stability and dimensional stability of the carrier bag.

From the EP 0 457 019 A1 goes out a carrier bag made of thermoplastic material, the side walls are turned over in the upper edge area to the inside. In this case, the grip or carrying loops have to be manufactured from a similarly flexible material and to be materially present on the edge region folded inwards. Furthermore, the edge region of a first side wall has to protrude beyond the edge region of the second side wall, and the protruding edge region has an incision in the region of the grip loops through which these grip loops can be passed. With such designed bags to be transported goods can be reliably protected from rain.

Das gleiche trifft auf Grifflochtragetaschen aus Kunststoff zu.Plastic loop carrying bags are often disposable products made in large numbers by machine or semi-mechanical means. A weight-related tearing of a strap is unacceptable. Accordingly, industrial users of loop carrying bags, such as department stores and hypermarkets, place high demands on the quality of such bags. The same applies to grip hole carrier bags made of plastic.

The present invention therefore an object of the invention to provide bags made of plastic available that do not suffer from the disadvantages of the carrier bags of the prior art and are particularly suitable for the reliable transport of heavy loads, and can also be produced in a simple and cost-effective manner in automated series production.

Accordingly, a loop bag according to the features of claim 1 has been found.

The bag body of the bags according to the invention can assume any geometric shapes. Usually, the pocket body surfaces are square or rectangular in dimension, with the front wall and the rear wall preferably having an identical blank. The opening edge of the bag body is generally formed by opposing edge courses of the front and rear walls and optionally of the first and second side wall. The opening edge of the bag body is opposite to a bottom edge. This can be e.g. obtained by the fact that the bottom edge profiles of the front and rear walls are welded together. In a further embodiment, the bag body can also have a bottom element, for example a separate bottom element. In one embodiment, e.g. the bottom-side courses of the front and rear walls and optionally of the first and second side wall connected to a, in particular separate bottom element, in particular welded. Bags according to the invention thus also include bottom folding pockets.

The opening edges of the front and rear walls and optionally of the first and second side wall regularly form the opening of the bag body, is introduced by the goods to be transported in the pocket.

In the region of the opening edge, in the case of the pockets according to the invention, a hem of thermoplastic synthetic material extends at least in sections inside and / or outside from the front and / or rear wall. In this area, the bag body is thus carried out at least two layers, i. from hem and front wall or hem and back wall. The hem can be used as a separate element or e.g. be integral with the front or rear wall. Of course, in an alternative embodiment, the seam may also extend from the opening edge to e.g. extend to the bottom edge of the front and / or rear wall or at the same time present on the front and / or rear wall inside and outside.

The loop bag according to the invention is equipped with at least a first carrying handle for the front wall and at least one second carrying handle for the rear wall. These carrying handles have spaced apart from each other a first and a second connection area for connection to the front or rear wall. Accordingly, the portion between these first and second attachment portions of the first and second carrying handles is available as a grip portion. A suitable carrying loop or a suitable carrying handle is obtained regularly by the fact that the first and / or second attachment regions of a carrying loop spaced from one another bonded to the seam of the rear wall and optionally the rear wall or with the seam of the front wall and possibly the front wall to form attachment sites and / or thermoplastically welded. Preferably, a thermoplastic welding takes place with the seam and the front wall or with the seam and the rear wall. The attachment sites are preferably obtained by contact welding.

A particularly high degree of wearability arises according to the invention when, viewed in the direction from the opening edge to the bottom edge, below or beyond at least one attachment point, in particular all attachment points, or below the access openings of the hem of the front wall with the adjacent front wall and / or the seam of the rear wall are thermoplastically contact welded to the rear wall at the connection points. Accordingly, if the bags according to the invention are used in the usual way for the transport of goods, corresponding connection points are present below the attachment points of the first or second carrying handle. In the usual way, a loop pocket is then used when it is held on the carrying straps and therein located, to be transported goods of the bag gravity-driven pull against the ground. Preferably, the attachment points of the carrying straps do not overlap with the connection points of the pockets according to the invention. Accordingly, the first, second, and / or third junctions are typically in longitudinal orientation of the carrier bag, that is, as viewed from the opening edge to the bottom edge, between the tethers and the bottom edge of the welt.

The pockets further have at least one, in particular continuous, thermoplastic weld between the seam of the front wall and the front wall and / or between the seam of the rear wall and the rear wall and optionally between the seam of the first and second side wall and first and second side wall, the extending along and spaced from the opening edge of the front wall and / or rear wall and optionally of the first and / or second side wall, in particular parallel, and, viewed in the direction from the opening edge to the bottom edge, on either side of the first and second connection points of the first and / or second or second loop of the loop bag or on this side of at least one particular all access openings of the handle hole carrying bag, that is above the access openings, when the bag according to the invention is used in the usual way for the transport of goods extends. Accordingly, the weld is typically present between the upper edge of the carrier bag and the access opening. Particularly preferably, this thermoplastic weld extends, in particular fully, along and spaced from the opening edge of the front and rear walls. In one embodiment, the weld preferably extends over substantially the entire width of the front and rear walls. Here, the course of the weld is adjusted in such a way that with generic use of the invention pockets this weld above or in the direction of the opening edge on this side of the through openings of the front and / or rear wall or this side of the first and second attachment points, ie between the first and second attachment point and the edge of the opening edge of the front wall and the rear wall extends. The weld described above generally serves to better handle the bag by attaching the seam to the front wall or rear wall, thereby avoiding folding over of the seam, especially during the manufacturing process of the pockets according to the invention. This weld is made regularly by treating the plastic sheets obtained from the front or rear wall with hot air, but may also comprise in another embodiment, a weld obtained by contact welding.

With regard to a high wearing strength, such loop pockets have proved to be particularly advantageous, in which the first and / or second attachment regions of the first and / or second strap each have at least one, in particular at least two or three attachment sites with the seam and optionally at bonded to the hem front and / or rear wall or in particular are welded thermoplastic.

In order to achieve the effect of a high degree of wearability with the loop pockets according to the invention, it is regularly sufficient if the transverse extent of the first and / or second connection points of the seam to the front or rear wall between the first and second side edge below the first and / or second Connection point of the front and / or rear wall at least half the width, in particular at least the single or double width of each adjacent first or second attachment point. In this case, such embodiments are suitable in which the width of the connection points substantially equal to the width of the first or second connection point or narrower than this. The width of the joints of the seam with the front and rear walls in this case represents the extension in the direction of the first to the second side edge of the front or rear wall. This transverse extent is generally parallel to the upper edge of the opening.

Furthermore, such embodiments of inventive loop carrying bags have proven to be advantageous in which bonded between the first and second joints of the front wall with the front wall and / or the hem of the rear wall with the rear wall along at least a fourth joint at least partially glued and / or thermoplastically welded is or are.

It can further be provided according to the invention that between the first side edge and the first connection point and / or between the second connection point and the second side edge of the hem of the front wall with the front wall and / or the hem of the rear wall with the rear wall along at least one fifth or 6, at least partially glued and / or thermoplastically welded or are.

Of special. Advantageous are also pockets according to the invention in which the joints of the seam of the front wall and / or the joints of the seam of the back wall have a substantially continuous joint, e.g. in the form of a connecting seam. Of course, such variants in the context of the present invention, in which the connection point is interrupted once or several times, for example, comprises a sequence of successive separate connection point segments, as long as connection points are also present below the connection points.

It can also be provided that the continuous connection point extends from the first side edge to the second side edge of the front and / or rear wall.

Ganz besonders bevorzugt kommen solche erfindungsgemäßen Taschen in Betracht, bei denen sämtliche Verbindungsstellen eine thermoplastische Kontaktschweißnaht darstellen.Very particular preference is given to pockets according to the invention in which all connecting points represent a thermoplastic contact weld.

Alternatively, it can also be provided that all joints are obtained by gluing the seam and front wall and / or hem and back wall with a hot melt adhesive or with double-sided adhesive tape.

In particular, particularly good results with regard to the wear resistance are achieved in that the average extent of at least one, in particular all, joints, viewed in the direction from the opening edge to the bottom edge of the front wall or back wall, in the range of 2 to 20 mm, preferably 3 to 15 mm and more preferably from 4 to 10 mm.

In particularly preferred embodiments, the seam of the front wall on the inside of the front wall and / or the seam of the rear wall on the inside of the rear wall and optionally the seam of the first and / or second sidewall on the inside of the first and second sidewalls. In this case, a particularly advantageous embodiment of the loop bag according to the invention is characterized in that the seam of the front wall is integrally connected thereto and / or the seam of the rear wall is integrally connected thereto and that optionally the seam of the first and second side walls each integrally connected thereto are.

Surprisingly good wear-resistance also arise when the first and / or second attachment point comprise a V-shaped or U-shaped basic shape. In this case, those embodiments are of particular advantage in which the apex of the V- or U-shaped attachment point faces the upper opening edge, the bottom edge or the first or second side edge of the front wall or rear wall. In principle, the V- or U-shape of the connection point can also be arranged as desired.

Such loop pockets according to the invention have proved to be particularly advantageous in which the first and second attachment points of the front and / or rear wall have no overlap with the first or second connection points.

It can be provided that the first and / or second attachment point e.g. square rectangular, circular, semi-circular or oval-shaped or assume any other geometric shape.

For the front wall, the rear wall and optionally the first and second side walls and the associated seams, any conventional thermoplastic polymer materials can be used. By way of example, polyesters, e.g. Polybutylene terephthalates and polyethylene terephthalates, polyamides, polystyrene, styrene (co) polymers such as ABS, SAN and ASA, and polyolefins. Particularly preferably, the front wall, the rear wall and optionally the first and second side walls and the associated hems are made of polypropylene and / or polyethylene or copolymers thereof.

The first and second carrying handles are also preferably formed from the aforementioned thermoplastic polymers. The first and second carrying handles are particularly preferably made of polyolefins, in particular polypropylene and / or polyethylene or copolymers thereof, or of polyesters, in particular PET.

Of particular advantage here is when the front wall, the hem of the front wall and the first strap and / or the rear wall, the seam of the rear wall and the second strap are each made of the same thermoplastic material, such as polypropylene or polyethylene.

The present invention is based on the surprising finding that particularly good load-bearing strength values can be obtained with the carrier bags according to the invention. The bags according to the invention allow for a very high loading, without the risk of tearing the handle, the access opening or the bag is accompanied altogether. Load-bearing tests have shown that a tearing of the loop pocket according to the invention at the attachment sites of the carrying handles on the bag body is not observed.

The representation of an embodiment of a loop pocket 1 according to the invention FIG. 1 is the schematic view of the inside of the front wall 2 together with the first carrying handle 4 and the seam 6 can be seen. The non-illustrated back of the loop pocket 1 is generally designed substantially identical to the front wall. The Front wall 2 has an opening edge 8, an opening edge 8 opposite bottom edge 10 and first and second side edges 12 and 14. In the in Fig. 1 shown loop pocket 1, the front wall 2 and the rear wall, not shown, made of thermoplastic polymer materials, such as polyethylene, so that the bag body 16 by welding of front wall 2 and rear wall in the region of abutting first and second side edges 12 and 14 and the adjacent bottom edges 10 is obtained. The first carrying handle 4 has first and second attachment regions 18 and 20, which are spaced from one another in the region of the upper opening edge 8. The first carrying handle 4, made of a thermoplastic polymer material, for example made of polyethylene, is connected to the bag body 16 in the region of the first and second attachment regions 18, 20 via first and second attachment sites 22a and 22b or 24a and 24b, respectively, by means of thermoplastic Welding by application of pressure and heat, also called contact welding. Such welding methods and devices suitable for thermoplastic welding are well known to those skilled in the art.

On the inside, the illustrated front wall 2 in the region of the opening edge 8 has a seam 6, which is preferably obtained in the manufacturing process of the bag body by folding the upper edge of the front wall material on the inside. The seam 6 and the front wall 2 are accordingly in the in Fig. 1 formed embodiment integrally formed.

Since the first and second connection points of the first and second connection regions 18 and 20 of the first carrying handle 4 are present on the inside, welding at the attachment points takes place first with the seam 6. In the illustrated embodiment, the first carrying handle 4 in the region of the first and second connection regions 18, 20 is also also welded to the front wall 2 resting against the seam 6. The first and second attachment points 22 and 24 are preferably designed V-shaped in the illustrated embodiment, wherein the opening of the V-shaped connection preferably points in the direction of the bottom edge 10.

The loop bag according to the invention Fig. 1 is further characterized by in the direction of the opening edge 8 to the bottom edge 10 viewed beyond the connection points 22 and 24 present connection points 28 and 30. These joints are particularly preferably obtained by contact welding. At these joints, which are in the generic use of the loop pocket according to the invention below the first and second connection areas 18 and 20, the seam 6 is accordingly welded to the front wall 2. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the loop pockets according to the invention, care should be taken here that the connection points 28 and 30 have no overlapping areas with the welded connection points 22a, 22b or 24a and 24b.

For better illustration of the above-described attachment of the first handle 4 and the hem 6 is in FIG. 1 shown segment A in FIG. 2 magnified reproduced. Again FIG. 2 can be seen, corresponds to the width of the connection point 28 substantially the width of the attachment points 22a and 22b, or does not significantly beyond this. It is advantageous if, as in FIG. 2 illustrated, the junction 28 is in generic use substantially below the connection points 22a and 22b. In this case, very particular preference is given to those embodiments in which the width of the connection point 28 is dimensioned such that it at least slightly exceeds both the direction of the first side edge and in the direction of the second side edge over the lateral extent of the attachment points 22a and 22b. Of course, the above explanations also apply with regard to the connection point 30 and the attachment points 24a and 24b as well as to the corresponding connection points of the rear wall.

The advantageous embodiment according to the Figures 1 and 2 also has a substantially parallel to the upper opening edge extending weld 26 which connects the seam 6 with the inside of the front wall 2 along a weld line. This weld seam 26 runs in the illustrated preferred embodiment with respect to the opening edge on this side, ie in generic use above the welded connection points 22a and 22b and 24a and 24b and preferably has no overlap with these. The weld 26 is regularly obtained by treatment with hot air.

FIG. 3 an alternative embodiment of a loop pocket 1 according to the invention can be seen. In contrast to the loop pocket according to the Figures 1 and 2 has this development of a loop pocket according to the invention via additional connection points 34 and 36, where the seam 6 is preferably on the inside with the front wall 2 is thermoplastic contact welded. These connection points 34 and 36 are linear and run in the illustrated embodiment is substantially parallel, and Although each laterally spaced from the connection points 22a and 22b. With the in FIG. 3 reproduced connection variant of a loop bag according to the invention also set particularly high resistance to wear. According to a development (not shown) of the above-explained embodiment of a loop pocket according to the invention, the connection points 34 and 36 may be extended, for example in the direction of the bottom edge of the bag body and pass into the connection points 28 and 30, for example, to form a U-shaped basic shape.

FIG. 4 shows a particularly preferred embodiment of a loop pocket according to the invention 1. Exemplarily shown on the front wall 2 of this bag can be seen extending from the first side edge 12 to the second side edge 14 of the front wall 2 erstrekkende continuous connection point 38 which extends below the connection points 22 and 24 and the seam 6, in particular by means of thermoplastic contact welding, with the inside of the front wall 2 connects. The continuous connection point 38 preferably runs essentially parallel to the upper opening edge 8 of the bag body and includes the connection points 28 and 30 below the connection points 22 and 24.

In the in the FIGS. 1 to 4 illustrated embodiments of a Schlaüfentasche 1 according to the invention, the hem is respectively on the inside of the front and rear wall. Also, the respective carrying loops are inside, ie mounted on the skirt material of the front wall or rear wall. Of course, it is also possible to attach the straps on the outside, while the hem is mounted on the inside, as long as the specifications of the invention are met here. The reverse attachment, ie hem outside and attachment points of the straps inside, of course, is also possible.

FIG. 5 is a bag in the form of a handle pocket 1 'refer. By way of example, the inside of the front wall 2 is shown. The handle hole pocket 1 'has an opening edge 8 and a bottom edge 10 and front wall and rear wall (not shown) on inner seams 6 in the region of the opening edge 8. The seams 6 are preferably formed integrally with the front or rear wall. For easier handling, the seams 6 are attached to the front or rear wall with a thermoplastic weld 26 obtained by means of hot air treatment. As shown, this weld preferably runs above the handle hole 40, ie between the opening edge 8 and the handle hole 40. The handle hole pocket 1 'therefore has via a grip hole 40 mounted between the first side edge 12 and the second side edge 14 in a substantially central position. The grip hole 40 lies completely in the seam 6, ie even below the handle hole there is still seam material. Below the handle hole 40 extends a third joint 42, which has preferably been obtained by means of thermoplastic contact welding. This third joint 42 extends as in FIG FIG. 5 As shown, the third connection point 42 preferably runs essentially parallel to the opening edge 8 or to the bottom edge 10. In a further embodiment, the third connection point 42 preferably extends substantially parallel to the opening edge 8 or the bottom edge 10 (not shown) embodiment, the third joint 42, similar to the embodiment according to FIG. 4 , Also extend over the entire width of the handle pocket 1 ', in particular continuously. The connection points 42 are preferably present both at the edge of the front wall and at the edge of the rear wall of the handle hole pocket 1 '.
