Abstract
Description
Bolzen hineinragen. The present invention is in the field of attachment of refractory linings, such as a furnace. These refractory linings regularly consist of plates or mats, which may also be provided in several layers and which are usually formed of ceramic fiber or mineral fiber. To fasten the ceramic lining to the furnace housing, the lining has recesses into which metallic holding elements fastened to the housing, for example pins or bolts, protrude.
These pins or bolts can reach beyond the lining. In this case, the lining is secured by connecting plates, which can be positively connected to the free end of the pin or pin, and which rest against the combustion chamber-side outer side of the lining. The free end of the bolt or the mounting plate are directly exposed to the oven temperature in this mounting.
The above-described attachment of the lining is therefore not suitable for fastening the refractory lining at higher temperatures. In this case, the free end of the bolt within the liner and thus arranged inwardly offset to the outside of the liner. The attachment of the lining via a generic fastener made of ceramic. This has a shaft which projects into a recessed recess in the lining. At the front end of the shaft, a positive locking element is provided, which is positively connected to the bolt, regularly in the manner of a bayonet lock. The bolt has for this purpose distributed on its circumference provided projections which are formed in corresponding thereto formed on the positive locking element slots. The free end of the bolt is then in the hollow shaft. The metallic retaining bolt can be designed as a bayonet pin with a round or rectangular cross section or as a threaded rod with fastening nut. By rotation, for example by 90 °, the projections are engaged behind by the form-locking element. The fastener is then positively connected to the metal part. At the other end of the shaft, which is located in the plane of the front of the liner, the generic fastening means has a collar which can be applied to the outside of the liner. The collar can rest directly on the outside of the liner. Occasionally, the collar is on the liner with the interposition of a ceramic washer.
After the fastener has been positively connected to the metal part of the furnace housing, the open to the combustion chamber hollow shaft is closed by a plug, which regularly from a plastic mixture, consisting of ceramic fibers and binder, which is filled into the conical cavity of the shaft and there hardens, is formed. The plug protects the metal part projecting into the hollow shaft in the front region from the heat of the combustion chamber.
However, it has been shown that the plug shrinks under operating conditions and eventually falls out of the hollow shaft open to the combustion chamber and thus the metallic holding part of the corrosion is exposed by the hot gases.
To counteract this, in the past, a lid has been proposed, which is formed of the same ceramic material as the fastener, and which
can be screwed to the fastening means via a thread formed in the region of the collar on the inside of the hollow shaft. However, this proposal has not been able to prevail in the market because of the high production costs.
The present invention has for its object to provide a fastener of the type mentioned above, which ensures safe protection of the metallic fastener from the atmosphere in the combustion chamber of a furnace. It is also intended to provide a refractory lining satisfying these requirements with the present invention.
To solve the above problem, the present invention provides a fastener having the features of
Basically, the undercut in the region of the other end at any point, based on the shaft axis, depart from the inner peripheral surface of the shaft. However, the undercut is preferably provided at the level of the collar. The undercut is thus within an area formed by the front and back of the collar. The undercut is provided there preferably approximately with the strength of the collar, d. H. has an extension in the direction of the shaft axis corresponding to the extension of the collar in this direction.
It has proved to be useful to form the undercut rotationally symmetrical with respect to the shaft axis. As already explained above, however, other shapes, for example star-shaped undercut segments, are also conceivable which are filled with this mixture during the filling of the plastic mixture of ceramic fibers and binders.
With regard to a reliable manufacturability of the fastening means, this should essentially be formed as a component of the same wall thickness and indeed at the transition between the collar and the shaft. For this purpose, it is proposed according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention to provide a shoulder which is located between the undercut and a conical inner wall of the shaft. This shoulder preferably lies with respect to the shaft axis outside a region provided between the front and rear sides of the collar. In particular, the paragraph begins approximately where the back of the collar lies. The majority of the paragraph dominates the back with respect to the shaft axis.
The undercut preferably comprises a truncated cone recess whose smallest diameter lies in the plane formed by the outside of the collar. The frusto-conical recess may extend with respect to the shaft axis over the entire thickness of the collar. With regard to the formation of wall thicknesses which are as uniform as possible, however, it is preferable, following the truncated cone recess, i. H. following the largest diameter of the truncated cone, as part of the undercut to leave a cylinder recess, which preferably merges over a generous radius in a substantially transverse to the shaft axis extending wall portion which leads directly or with the interposition of the paragraph to the inner peripheral surface of the shaft.
It has also proven to be expedient to form the smallest diameter of the truncated conical recess approximately corresponding to the diameter which results from intersecting the plane formed by the outside of the collar with an elongated envelope surface in the shaft axis direction on the inner surface of the shank. This envelope surface contains the shaft inner surface and thus has a design corresponding to the configuration of the inner surface of the cone. The smallest diameter of the truncated cone recess lies in the plane which also encompasses the outside of the collar. The undercut extends accordingly to the outside of the collar.
As far as the design in particular of the shank and associated surfaces are described using a diameter, this is done with the idea that the shaft is rotationally symmetrical, as is known in the art. However, other than rotationally symmetrical embodiments are conceivable, for example, triangular, rectangular or polygonal cross-sectional shapes of the shaft on its outside and / or on its inside. In this case, the term "diameter" is understood to mean the dimension corresponding to a diameter in the case of a circular design.
In order to solve the further problem underlying the invention, the present invention provides a refractory lining having the features of
Preferred developments of the refractory lining result from the dependent claims to the fastener and are specified in

The fastening means 1 shown in the drawing is formed of ceramic and comprises a slightly tapered
The

At its end facing away from the positive-locking
Subsequent to the shoulder, an undercut 15 is provided, which comprises a
The
In the embodiment shown, the undercut 15 is designed such that the ratio of the smallest diameter of the undercut to the largest diameter of the undercut (corresponding to the diameter of the cylinder recess) is about 0.5. The ratio should not be greater than 0.8, preferably not greater than 0.65, in consideration of a possible shrinkage of the plug when using the embodiment.
