Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung mit einem Scharnier, insbesondere Möbelscharnier, und einem Dämpfer, wobei der Dämpfer oder ein den Dämpfer tragendes Dämpfergehäuse mittels einer zumindest bereichsweise elastisch ausgebildeten Befestigungseinrichtung auf das Scharnier aufsetzbar ist.The invention relates to an arrangement with a hinge, in particular furniture hinge, and a damper, wherein the damper or a damper housing carrying the damper can be placed on the hinge by means of an at least partially elastically formed fastening device.

Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine gattungsgemäße Anordnung in der Weise weiter zu verbessern, dass der Dämpfer oder das Dämpfergehäuse einerseits leicht aufsetzbar und vorzugsweise auch leicht abnehmbar ist, andererseits aber auch ein sicherer Halt im aufgesetzten Zustand gewährleistet ist.The object of the invention is to further improve a generic arrangement in such a way that the damper or the damper housing on the one hand easily placed and preferably also easily removable, on the other hand, but a secure hold in the attached state is guaranteed.

Der federnd ausgebildete bzw. federbelastete zweite Stützteil erlaubt es, den Dämpfer bzw. das Dämpfergehäuse auf das Scharnier vorzugsweise in Form einer Schnappverbindung aufzusetzen, vorzugsweise einzurasten. Entsprechend erfolgt das Abnehmen des Dämpfers, indem der zweite Stützteil entgegen seiner Federbelastung elastisch deformiert wird.The essentially rigidly formed first support part forms a fixed stop. Sobald die Befestigungseinrichtung 11 tief genug in Richtung 23 eingedrückt ist, hintergreifen die ersten Stützteile 12 die hinteren Ränder 14, während die Federzunge des zweiten Stützteils 13 die Dämpfereinheit in Position hält. Die Federzunge stützt sich dabei am topfseitigen Rand 14 der Ausnehmung 15 ab und gewährt dadurch einen spielfreien Sitz der Dämpfereinheit auf dem Scharnierarm 2. Bei der betriebsmäßigen Belastung des Dämpfers 7, bei der der Stößel 6 in das Gehäuse 5 eingeschoben wird, wird die gesamte Einheit aus Stößel 6, Dämpfergehäuse 5 und Dämpfer 7 immer in Richtung der im Wesentlichen starr ausgebildeten beiden ersten Stützteile 12 belastet. Durch die starre Ausbildung der ersten Stützteile 12 wird verhindert, dass das Dämpfergehäuse 5, der Dämpfer 7 und die Befestigungseinrichtung bei starker Belastung ungewollt aus der Ausnehmung 15 herausgedrückt werden können. Die beiden ersten Stützteile 12 sind im Wesentlichen seitlich bezüglich der an sich bekannten Schnecke 9 zur Tiefenverstellung angebracht. - An arrangement comprising a hinge, in particular a furniture hinge, and a damper (7), wherein the damper (7) or a damper housing (5) carrying the damper (7) can be fitted onto the hinge by means of a fixing device (11) which is at least region-wise elastic, characterised in that the fixing device (11) comprises at least one substantially rigid first support portion (12) and at least one substantially resilient or spring-loaded second support portion (13), whereby the at least one rigid first support portion (12) engages into a recess (15) arranged on the hinge.
- The arrangement according to claim 1, wherein the fixing device (11) can be actuated without the use of a tool or by hand, respectively.
- The arrangement according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterised in that the spring force acting on the second support portion (13) pressurizes the second support portion (13) in a direction facing away from the first support portion (12).
- The arrangement according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the first support portion (12) is of a substantially hooked-shaped configuration or has at least two hooks.
- The arrangement according to one of the claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the second support portion (13) comprises a flexible tongue.
- The arrangement according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the damper (7) when being loaded in operation, the damper (7) or the damper housing (5) is supported on the hinge substantially by way of the first support portion (12).
- The arrangement according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the hinge comprises a recess (15), preferably with a rigid edge, into which the fixing device (11) can engage.
- The arrangement according to claim 7, characterised in that the hinge comprises at least two fastening parts (2, 3), preferably a hinge arm (2) and hinge pot (3), and at least one hinged lever (16) connecting the fastening parts (2, 3), and - if applicable - an intermediate part (8), wherein the recess (15) is provided in one of the fastening parts (2, 3) or in the hinged lever (16) or - if applicable - in the intermediate part (8) and that the fixing device (11) is provided or fixed on the damper (7) or on the damper housing (5) or integrally formed thereon.
- The arrangement according to one of the claims 1 to 8, characterised in that additionally provided is a third support portion (18) for safeguarding against lateral displacement or against rotary movement.
