Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing brick prefabricated elements of building blocks, which are displaceable by a transfer device on a conveyor.
Im Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren gemäß der im Rahmen dieser Erfindung beschriebenen Art.Furthermore, the invention relates to a method according to the type described in the context of this invention.
The production of prefabricated wall elements in factory buildings has long been known in the art. The wall elements are delivered to their respective production sites after their production and then installed at their intended location, both the production in the production halls and the construction on the site without great time and manpower is possible. In addition to a vertical manufacturing process in the factory, in which the blocks are arranged in rows vertically above each other, in particular the underlying manufacturing process has proven successful, in which the blocks are arranged side by side in a plane. The underlying manufacturing process has proved to be beneficial insofar as a subsequent processing of the wall element for reasons of improved working ergonomics is considerably simplified because, for example, for the subsequent milling of the planned for any pipelines no costly scaffolding for the workforce must be built.
Object of the present invention is to provide a powerful device of the type mentioned.
This is inventively achieved in an advantageous embodiment in that a horizontal and continuously driven conveyor is provided and that the transfer device comprises a carrier with at least one movable gripping device for releasably holding the blocks, via which the precast element produced by moving the blocks on the conveyor is.
In this way, the displacement process of the precast element, which has at least partially arranged within the width of the conveyor block layers, takes place on a flat and continuously moving conveyor belt, which in addition to a higher production speed and mechanical advantages Episode has. Namely, according to the prior art, it is known to move the conveyor belt in each case cyclically by one module width after the creation of a layer. Since considerable forces act on the drive, not least because of the weight of the precast element on the conveyor belt, which in particular increase the starting and deceleration moment, the machine elements can be largely relieved of these forces by the device according to the invention.
According to one exemplary embodiment of the invention, it can be provided that the conveyor can be operated at a variable speed. In this way, the conveyor with different predetermined feed speeds is not equal to zero movable, which are expediently dependent on the number of blocks to be displaced per unit length of the conveyor. In this context, it is favorable if the influencing of the feed rate of the conveyor, in addition to other variables to be controlled, is taken over by a control device, preferably a master computer.
It is expediently provided that the width of the conveyor corresponds at least to the width of the prefabricated element to be produced. In this case, not only a pre-picking of the blocks is possible in which a certain subset of blocks is successively added according to the need for the conveyor, but also the production of the entire precast element with multiple blocks in its length and width.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention it is provided that the conveyor has a substantially horizontally arranged, moving conveying surface. In this way, the completely offset precast element can be fed to a downstream processing station, wherein the processing of the horizontally disposed precast element is considerably simplified. Conveniently, it can be provided when the conveyor has at least one plate belt.
For displacing the components, it may be favorable if the transfer device has a carrier with at least one gripper device which is movable relative thereto for releasably holding the components. It may be advantageous if the carrier preferably extends in the longitudinal direction of the conveyor. According to a first variant for detecting the blocks, it may be expedient if the gripping device has two movable and in the Substantially mutually parallel spaced plates, between which the blocks are clamped. According to a preferred second variant for detecting the use of a vacuum gripper can be provided, which removes the blocks from a pallet of the block storage by suction and then deposited at the intended position on the conveyor.
According to a possible embodiment of the invention, it can be provided that the gripping device has at least one image recognition device for selectively detecting the position and / or shape of the blocks, wherein the data provided by the image recognition device can be fed to the master computer. This gives instantaneous images of where, how many, and in what form the building blocks are (e.g., half bricks or whole bricks). In this connection it can also be provided if stored data, preferably CAD data sets, can be read out of the control device and according to which the gripping device can be controlled. With the aid of the geometric data given by the CAD data, i.a. a simple acquisition of architectural plans and the positioning of all built-in parts, such as sockets, piping, done in a simple and effective way.
According to a further exemplary embodiment of the invention, it can be provided that the components can be detected by the gripping device, can be supplied to a binder station for applying a binder, preferably adhesive, and subsequently be displaced onto the conveyor device. The binder may be thin mortar or, preferably, an adhesive. The adhesive should be designed such that it can be applied in thin layers and thereby ensures a high bond strength and a fast curing time. The use of a reactive two-component polyurethane adhesive has proven to be advantageous. In this context, it can also be provided that the components - while they are detected by the gripping device - are immersed in the adhesive. Alternatively or additionally, it can also be when the adhesive can be sprayed onto the components and / or rolled up.
As building blocks are basically all commercial bricks, such as (prefabricated) brick, sand-lime brick, aerated concrete, etc., into consideration. If the dimensional tolerances of the blocks deviate, then optionally further devices for the correction of the same (eg surface grinding of the surfaces) can be provided.
The method according to the invention is characterized in that the prefabricated element is produced by displacing the components on a horizontal and continuously driven conveyor.

The invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment, but includes and extends to all variants and technical equivalents, which may fall within the scope of the following claims. Also, the position information selected in the description, such as top, bottom, side, etc., related to the immediately described and illustrated figure and are mutatis mutandis transferred to the new location in a change in position. One possibility of a manufacturing method for a precast element, for example, is to use blocks with substantially identical dimensions for the displacement process, wherein the use of blocks with deviating dimensions is not absolutely necessary. Here are the individual components continuously offset to an "endless wall", with the
