Aufgrund dieser reduzierten Nachbelastung sind unterschiedliche Verbindungsmöglichkeiten zwischen Ober- und Unterteil denkbar, so dass diese beiden Teile beispielsweise miteinander verschweißt oder verklebt sein können oder auch verclipst, also verrastet sein können. Insbesondere können zwei Verbindungsarten gleichzeitig Anwendung finden, beispielsweise eine Verrastung sowie eine Verklebung oder Verschweißung, so dass eine besonders zuverlässige Verbindung zwischen Ober- und Unterteil gewährleistet ist. Der vorschlagsgemäß nicht nur in einer Ebene liegende Verlauf der Verbindungsnaht erfordert beim Verschweißen oder Verkleben der beiden Ober- und Unterteile der Palette erhöhte Aufmerksamkeit bzw. kompliziertere Fertigungsanlagen. Überraschend hat sich jedoch herausgestellt, dass durch die vorschlagsgemäß erzielbare Stabilität der Palette die Fertigung der Palette anderweitig wirtschaftlicher erfolgen kann, beispielsweise durch geringere Materialstärken, so dass die verbesserte Stabilität der vorschlagsgemäßen Palette auch bei einer wirtschaftlich herzustellenden Palette erzielbar ist.Advantageously, the seam may extend from the outer peripheral edge of the plate towards its center from bottom to top.
