Abstract

The object of the present invention is an assembly system for rebar structures that allows placing and supporting the structure ties (2) at the correct distances as per specifications and means (5) for indicating the position in which the ties should be placed and transporting the conformed structure in a simple manner to any location for its final assembly. The assembly system comprises two horizontal platforms (1) that can be separated or brought together depending on the size of the ties (2).

Description

    OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
  • The object of the present invention is an assembly system for rebar structures that allows placing and supporting the structure ties at the correct distances as per specifications and transporting the conformed structure.
  • The assembly system includes means for supporting the structure ties at the correct distance and means for specifying the position in which the ties must be placed.
  • In this way, the structure thereby formed can be easily transported to any location for its final assembly.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Well known in the state of the art are rebar structure assembly systems which involve practically artisanal means, securing the ties by attachment means to subsequently weld the longitudinal bars.
  • In addition, there are means for transporting rebars for subsequent use in work sites, such as the Spanish Patent with the application number ES2253969 relating to "transportation means for rebars or the like", by the present applicant.
  • The aforementioned transportation means are used to distribute rebar structures among various locations, but do not solve the problem of a quick and simple forming of the rebar structure.
The applicant is not aware of the existence of rebar structure assembly systems that show the operator the location of each tie conforming the structure, as well as allowing a subsequent transportation of the structure without having to weld the longitudinal bars to the ties.
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a system for assembling rebar structures that allows placing and supporting the structure ties at the correct distances as per specifications and transporting the conformed structure.
  • The rebar structure assembly system has two parallel platforms that can be separated or brought together depending on the size of the ties.
  • In addition, these two platforms are supported by an elevation mechanism that allows raising or lowering the structures to the appropriate height for the worker.
  • Placed on said platforms are corresponding helical supports that are set out longitudinally in order to house the rebar structure ties.
  • One of the helical supports has means for indicating the position in which the next tie should be placed by the operator, these indicator means being controlled by a control unit.
After the ties have been placed along the two longitudinal supports, the longitudinal bars of the rebar structure are placed on the bottom part of the ties, which can be positioned on the ends using springs that push them toward said corners.
  • Next, supporting arms are placed under the upper part of the ties to support the rebar structure longitudinal bars at the top of the ties, which can also be positioned on the ends using springs that push them toward said corners.
  • In this way, the supporting arms that may be controlled by a robot from another machine allow transporting the rebar structure from one place to another.
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • The present descriptive memory is completed by a set of drawings that illustrate the preferred example and in no way limit the invention.
  • Figure 1 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of the invention in which the parallel platforms can be seen in the closed position used to house a rebar structure with small ties.
  • Figure 2 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of the invention in which the horizontal platforms can be seen in the open position used to house a rebar structure with large ties.
  • Figure 3 shows an elevation view of an embodiment of the invention in which the horizontal platforms are in the open position for housing a rebar structure with large ties, showing the supporting arms.
  • Figure 4 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of the invention showing the ties with the longitudinal bars and the springs.
  • PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
  • In view of the above, the present invention relates to an assembly system for rebar structures having means for supporting the structure ties at the correct distance and means for indicating the position in which the ties must be placed.
  • The rebar structure assembly system has two horizontal platforms (1) that can be separated or brought together according to the size of the ties (2).
  • In addition, these two horizontal platforms (1) are supported by an elevation mechanism (3) that in this preferred example is a scissor that allows raising or lowering the horizontal platforms (1) to the appropriate height for the operator.
  • On said horizontal platforms (1) are placed corresponding helical supports (4) along their longitudinal direction, in order to house the ties (2) of the rebar structure in any of their turns.
  • At least one of the helical supports (4) has indicator means (5) for the position in which the next tie (2) must be placed by the operator, which in this preferred example are leds controlled by a control unit (not shown in the figures).
  • After the ties (2) have been placed along the two helical supports (4), the longitudinal bars (6) of the rebar structure are placed in the bottom inner part (2.1) of the ties (2); said bars can be placed at the corners (2.3) of the ties (2) by means of springs (7) that push them toward said corners.
  • Then the support arms (8) are placed under the upper part (2.2) of the ties (2) so that the longitudinal bars (6) of the structure will be supported by the upper inner part of the ties (2); said arms (8) can also be placed at the corners (2.3) of the ties (2) by springs (7) that push them toward said corners.
  • In this way, the support arms (8) of another machine can be used to carry the rebar structure from one place to another.
  • To summarise the essence of the invention, it relates to a system for assembling rebar structures characterised in that it has two horizontal platforms (1) that can be separated or brought together depending on the size of the ties (2) that are placed on any turn of corresponding helical supports (4) placed along the longitudinal direction of the platforms (1).
  • The essence of the invention is not affected by variations in the materials, shape, size and arrangement of its component elements, described in a non-limiting manner that should allow the reproduction of the invention by an expert in the field.
