Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kaminbaustein (1) für ein- oder mehrzügige Kamine, mit: einem Mantelbauteil (2), das auf gebranntem Ton basiert und eine Mehrzahl von Hochlöchern (4) sowie mindestens einen inneren Hohlraum (6) aufweist, und mindestens einem Innenrohrbauteil (8), das zumindest abschnittsweise in einem inneren Hohlraum (6) vorgesehen ist und ein temperaturbeständiges Material, insbesondere Keramik, aufweist. Der erfindungsgemäße Kaminbaustein (1) ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ferner mindestens eine Halteelement (10) zum Halten des mindestens einen Innenrohrbauteils (8) an dem Mantelbauteil (2), wobei bevorzugt der übrige Raum zwischen dem mindestens einen Innenrohrbauteil (8) und der Wandung (6') des jeweiligen Hohlraums (6) frei ist.
