Definitions
- the invention relates to a stationary suction device of a machine for producing and / or finishing a fibrous web, in particular paper, board or tissue web, which sucks a passing on a support surface of the suction device, air-permeable belt via suction openings in the support surface, in detail with the features the preamble of claim 1; a use of the stationary suction device and machine for producing fibrous webs with such a suction device.
- the fibrous web is guided and dehydrated in so-called press sections between endless and revolving felt belts by press nips.
- press nips the water from the fibrous web is pressed into the felt, wherein in the course of the registered in the felt belt water is sucked with suction devices, for example in the form of tube suckers from the felt belt, so that the felt during re-run through the press nip again receptive is.
- suction devices for example in the form of tube suckers from the felt belt, so that the felt during re-run through the press nip again receptive is.
- the felt belt runs over a directed in installation position to the felt support surface on the suction device, which is penetrated by suction openings.
- the support surface is thus formed by a plurality of partial support surfaces, which are directly connected to each other depending on the design and form a Clausstütz vomnetz or describe the supporting surface in their positional relationship to each other free from a direct connection.
- the vacuum applied to the suction device pulls the water out of the felt, on the other hand, however, the required amount of vacuum applied also draws the felt belt in this area against the support surface on the suction device, so that friction between the felt belt and the support surface, in particular the Rohrsaugerbelägen is produced when designed as a pipe sucker. This friction causes heating of the bands, in particular the felts, and leads to premature wear due to abrasion. Furthermore, the Ceramic strips heated.
- the friction work can be up to 70 KW and more per meter of machine width, even under optimal boundary conditions.
- the invention is therefore based on the object, a suction device of the type mentioned in such a way that the wear is reduced due to the friction between the individual support surface areas and the felt belt and thus increases the Filzcicintervalle and unscheduled downtime of the machine can be avoided.
- the solution according to the invention should be distinguished by a low design effort.
- a stationary suction device for conditioning endless circulating belts, in particular press felts of a machine for producing and / or finishing a fibrous web, in particular a paper, board, tissue or other web has a support surface for the air-permeable belt passing by the suction device , wherein via suction openings in the support surface, a suction takes place.
- a lubricating gap is arranged in front of a suction opening and the partial support surface delimiting it in this direction, which is preferably pressure-tight and liquid-tight with respect to the suction openings with a device for introducing lubricating fluid between the belt and the partial supporting surface delimiting the suction opening.
- the lubricating gap extends over at least a partial region of the theoretical lubricating region, preferably over the entire width.
- Under Lubricating area is understood to mean the region of the support surface to be treated with lubricant. This is characterized viewed transversely to the strip running direction by a width dimension, in the running direction of the tape by a length dimension.
- the overlap of the lubricating area can also be generated by means of a plurality of lubrication gaps arranged juxtaposed transversely to the running direction of the belt. However, in order to produce a uniform lubricating film over the entire width, this preferably extends as a single gap over the entire width.
- the supply of the lubricating fluid according to the invention takes place in front of the suction opening.
- the lubrication gap is arranged in front of the partial support surface of the respective suction opening in the strip running direction.
- this lubricating fluid in the form of lubricating water, which additives can be added, fed to the lubrication of the friction band / support surface.
- the supply of lubricating water takes place in such a way that at least one mixed friction condition is generated between the side of the band pointing in the installation position to the support surface and the support surface facing the band or the respective individual support surface region, but preferably floating friction in the operating state.
- the solution according to the invention makes it possible to produce a lubricant film between the belt and the surface of the support surface via the lubrication gap.
- This reduces the friction work in the friction pairing between band, in particular press felt, and the support surface of the suction device during operation, that is, when passing and sucking the tape, as far as possible. Furthermore, this prevents excessive drying of the belt and avoids abrasion and the associated wear.
- the lubrication of the surface also prevents damage to the support surface.
- the supply via the lubrication gap, a controlled lubrication between the belt and the support surface can be realized and the required amount of lubricating water can be kept low overall. This offers the advantage that a disturbance of the moisture transverse profile of the fibrous web is avoided by excessive penetration of lubricating fluid into the band with certainty and thus the Dry content of supported by the felt belt fibrous web is not significantly affected.
- the arrangement of the device for introducing lubricating fluid in front of the suction slots takes place in the strip running direction, viewed in relation to the stationary suction device, at least in front of the second suction opening.
- the arrangement is preferably carried out immediately before the first suction opening, so that the band and the first suction opening in the tape running direction in installation position limiting limiting support surface area already cooled and lubricated when starting the first suction slot.
- the lubrication and cooling of the tape can also be done before the second suction opening.
- a corresponding lubrication gap is connected in addition to the first and the second suction opening, so that it is ensured that even at the start of the other suction openings, the felt belts are not overheated.
- the individual suction openings are incorporated or embedded in a support surface or are formed by the, the support surface in its entirety forming part support surfaces having elements, preferably strip-shaped elements.
- the support surface can be designed to be flat or viewed in the direction of tape travel in cross-section curved. Depending on the design, the curvature may be described by a radius or two or more radii provided one behind the other.
- the suction device acts as a suction device for the conditioning of a band or according to a particularly advantageous development in additional functional alignment as Trennsaugvorraum for separating two bands, in which case the support surface is curved in the direction of tape or is characterized by a change in direction.
- the suction openings are preferably designed in slot shape. At least one suction opening is provided, preferably several are arranged one behind the other.
- the single slot extends over the entire required area to be vacuumed transversely to the direction of tape travel.
- the slot geometry is according to a first embodiment transverse to the direction of tape travel in Viewed mounting position selected so that it extends freely from changes in direction substantially across the width of the suction device, ie straight. According to a particularly advantageous development of the slot is transverse to the strip running direction and thus across the width of the suction device wavy or with alternating direction, quasi zigzag running across the width of the suction device.
- the lubricating gap provided according to the invention is combined with such a suction slot design, the result is, on the one hand, a substantially longer suction zone and the partial support surface areas which are likewise adapted in geometry, in particular in the form of unilaterally wavy webs or ledges, on the other hand enable the band to be supported via this longer suction path, so that immersion of the band in the suction opening is reliably prevented and due to the lubricating gap, a lubricating film between the band and the support surface is maintained.
- Such an embodiment is used in combination with a curved support surface in a particularly advantageous manner for use as Trennsaugvorraum in press units with double-felted presses for the separation of these.
- This additional strip is preferably adapted in terms of their nature to the execution of the other, the or the suction slots forming strips.
- partial support surfaces forming elements are selected in which the partial support surfaces are characterized by a small roughness.
- the partial supporting surfaces forming elements are therefore preferably formed of ceramic strips, wherein the partial supporting surfaces can also be produced only by coatings.
- the additional strip of the lubricating gap to be formed is likewise formed by a ceramic strip. The arrangement of the additional strip takes place in a plane with the partial supporting surfaces forming elements, in particular the surface area, which faces the band. As a result, the leadership of the felt is not affected.
- a separate strip offers the advantage of a possible easy realizability of the adjustability of the width of the lubrication gap by the displaceable mounting of the strip, preferably on the housing. This can be made in response to changing conditions of use, such as tape speeds and desired changes in throughput adjustment and also such a suction device without additional modifications for different applications are designed.

- angular ranges with respect to the band or the adjacent support surface or partial support surface are conceivable at an angle between 90 and 30 degrees.
- An inclination in the direction of the outlet of the lubricating gap is preferably always considered in the running direction of the belt in order to be able to entrain the lubricating fluid.
- the geometry of the lubrication gap there are no restrictions.
- This is characterized by an inlet cross section and an outlet cross section.
- the inlet cross section is coupled to the device for introducing the lubricating fluid, while the outlet cross section between the strips, in particular the partial support surface forming element and the additional strip, is provided and preferably lies in a plane with the outlets from the suction openings.
- the cross section between inlet and outlet from the lubrication gap can be made constant or variable.
- cross-sectional constrictions are conceivable, wherein the constriction is preferably continuous. In this case, the speed at the outlet of the lubrication gap can be influenced.
- This comprises at least one distribution device, which extends over at least a portion of the extension of the suction device in installation position transversely to the direction of the tape.
- a plurality of such sectionally arranged distribution devices is preferably provided, wherein these in their entirety preferably cover the entire lubrication area.
- the lubricating region preferably extends at least over the entire theoretical bandwidth of the band which can be guided over the support surface, in particular press felt.
- the lubrication range extends beyond the theoretical bandwidth, so that deviations in the tape guide can be compensated.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a stationary suction device of a machine for producing and / or finishing a fibrous web, in particular paper, board or tissue web, which sucks a passing on a support surface of the suction device, air-permeable belt via suction openings in the support surface, in detail with the features the preamble of
In the production of fibrous webs, in particular paper or board webs, the fibrous web is guided and dehydrated in so-called press sections between endless and revolving felt belts by press nips. In such press nips, the water from the fibrous web is pressed into the felt, wherein in the course of the registered in the felt belt water is sucked with suction devices, for example in the form of tube suckers from the felt belt, so that the felt during re-run through the press nip again receptive is. The felt belt runs over a directed in installation position to the felt support surface on the suction device, which is penetrated by suction openings. The support surface is thus formed by a plurality of partial support surfaces, which are directly connected to each other depending on the design and form a Teilstützflächennetz or describe the supporting surface in their positional relationship to each other free from a direct connection. On the one hand, the vacuum applied to the suction device pulls the water out of the felt, on the other hand, however, the required amount of vacuum applied also draws the felt belt in this area against the support surface on the suction device, so that friction between the felt belt and the support surface, in particular the Rohrsaugerbelägen is produced when designed as a pipe sucker. This friction causes heating of the bands, in particular the felts, and leads to premature wear due to abrasion. Furthermore, the Ceramic strips heated. Depending on the type of ceramic selected, these are more or less susceptible to thermal shock, so that entrained drops of water can locally lead to crack formation and the breaking out of particles. These places are extremely abrasive and lead to the wear of the felt in a relatively short time.
Depending on the level of the applied vacuum, the friction work can be up to 70 KW and more per meter of machine width, even under optimal boundary conditions.
To reduce friction and to cool the surfaces of the felt belt, water is sprayed onto the felt in front of the suction device. For this purpose, spray pipes are provided which have nozzles. These nozzles are susceptible to blockages, so that there is not always a uniform humidification over the entire working width of the suction device is given. Furthermore, the air entrained by the felt and the resulting turbulence can significantly affect the spray pattern, so that the spray pattern checked at standstill of the machine can have considerable disturbances during operation. In practice, therefore, stripes in the felt are repeatedly observed as a result of wear or overheated areas. In these areas, however, the dewatering behavior of the felt belts is significantly disturbed, which has a negative effect on the moisture profile of the fibrous web and thus on the properties of the fibrous web and the running properties, so that the felt often has to be changed prematurely, resulting in unscheduled downtime of the machine and thus Production losses leads.
When using suction devices in the form of Mehrschlitzigen tube suckers, which is characterized in the installed position by the machine direction, ie direction of the fibrous web and the belts one after the other connected arrangement of suction slots, the felt is moistened targeted before the first suction slot. However, even in the first suction slot the felt such a large amount of water withdrawn that the second, arranged behind suction slot is approached dry, due to the friction between the belt and Support surface of the wear and the heating in this area and behind it is greatest.
The invention is therefore based on the object, a suction device of the type mentioned in such a way that the wear is reduced due to the friction between the individual support surface areas and the felt belt and thus increases the Filzwechselintervalle and unscheduled downtime of the machine can be avoided. The solution according to the invention should be distinguished by a low design effort.
The solution according to the invention is characterized by the features of
A stationary suction device for conditioning endless circulating belts, in particular press felts of a machine for producing and / or finishing a fibrous web, in particular a paper, board, tissue or other web, has a support surface for the air-permeable belt passing by the suction device , wherein via suction openings in the support surface, a suction takes place. According to the invention, viewed in the running direction of the belt, a lubricating gap is arranged in front of a suction opening and the partial support surface delimiting it in this direction, which is preferably pressure-tight and liquid-tight with respect to the suction openings with a device for introducing lubricating fluid between the belt and the partial supporting surface delimiting the suction opening. Viewed over the width of the suction device, the lubricating gap extends over at least a partial region of the theoretical lubricating region, preferably over the entire width. Under Lubricating area is understood to mean the region of the support surface to be treated with lubricant. This is characterized viewed transversely to the strip running direction by a width dimension, in the running direction of the tape by a length dimension. The overlap of the lubricating area can also be generated by means of a plurality of lubrication gaps arranged juxtaposed transversely to the running direction of the belt. However, in order to produce a uniform lubricating film over the entire width, this preferably extends as a single gap over the entire width.
The supply of the lubricating fluid according to the invention takes place in front of the suction opening. The lubrication gap is arranged in front of the partial support surface of the respective suction opening in the strip running direction. About this lubricating fluid in the form of lubricating water, which additives can be added, fed to the lubrication of the friction band / support surface. In this case, the supply of lubricating water takes place in such a way that at least one mixed friction condition is generated between the side of the band pointing in the installation position to the support surface and the support surface facing the band or the respective individual support surface region, but preferably floating friction in the operating state.
The solution according to the invention makes it possible to produce a lubricant film between the belt and the surface of the support surface via the lubrication gap. This reduces the friction work in the friction pairing between band, in particular press felt, and the support surface of the suction device during operation, that is, when passing and sucking the tape, as far as possible. Furthermore, this prevents excessive drying of the belt and avoids abrasion and the associated wear. The lubrication of the surface also prevents damage to the support surface. The supply via the lubrication gap, a controlled lubrication between the belt and the support surface can be realized and the required amount of lubricating water can be kept low overall. This offers the advantage that a disturbance of the moisture transverse profile of the fibrous web is avoided by excessive penetration of lubricating fluid into the band with certainty and thus the Dry content of supported by the felt belt fibrous web is not significantly affected.
The arrangement of the device for introducing lubricating fluid in front of the suction slots takes place in the strip running direction, viewed in relation to the stationary suction device, at least in front of the second suction opening. According to a first particularly advantageous embodiment, the arrangement is preferably carried out immediately before the first suction opening, so that the band and the first suction opening in the tape running direction in installation position limiting limiting support surface area already cooled and lubricated when starting the first suction slot. Under special conditions, the lubrication and cooling of the tape can also be done before the second suction opening. According to a further development, a corresponding lubrication gap is connected in addition to the first and the second suction opening, so that it is ensured that even at the start of the other suction openings, the felt belts are not overheated.
The individual suction openings are incorporated or embedded in a support surface or are formed by the, the support surface in its entirety forming part support surfaces having elements, preferably strip-shaped elements. The support surface can be designed to be flat or viewed in the direction of tape travel in cross-section curved. Depending on the design, the curvature may be described by a radius or two or more radii provided one behind the other. The suction device acts as a suction device for the conditioning of a band or according to a particularly advantageous development in additional functional alignment as Trennsaugvorrichtung for separating two bands, in which case the support surface is curved in the direction of tape or is characterized by a change in direction.
The suction openings are preferably designed in slot shape. At least one suction opening is provided, preferably several are arranged one behind the other. The single slot extends over the entire required area to be vacuumed transversely to the direction of tape travel. The slot geometry is according to a first embodiment transverse to the direction of tape travel in Viewed mounting position selected so that it extends freely from changes in direction substantially across the width of the suction device, ie straight. According to a particularly advantageous development of the slot is transverse to the strip running direction and thus across the width of the suction device wavy or with alternating direction, quasi zigzag running across the width of the suction device. If the lubricating gap provided according to the invention is combined with such a suction slot design, the result is, on the one hand, a substantially longer suction zone and the partial support surface areas which are likewise adapted in geometry, in particular in the form of unilaterally wavy webs or ledges, on the other hand enable the band to be supported via this longer suction path, so that immersion of the band in the suction opening is reliably prevented and due to the lubricating gap, a lubricating film between the band and the support surface is maintained. Such an embodiment is used in combination with a curved support surface in a particularly advantageous manner for use as Trennsaugvorrichtung in press units with double-felted presses for the separation of these.
By the arrangement in front of the suction opening, in particular when designed as a suction slot in front of a suction slot, in particular at least the first and / or second suction slot, the entire support surface portion which limits the suction slot and is arranged between suction slot and lubrication gap, lubricated. Therefore, the tape does not run on the front edge of the partial support surface forming element in the direction of the tape.
- a) integrates either additional elements or else
- b) used the existing support surface.
This additional strip is preferably adapted in terms of their nature to the execution of the other, the or the suction slots forming strips. Preferably, partial support surfaces forming elements are selected in which the partial support surfaces are characterized by a small roughness. The partial supporting surfaces forming elements are therefore preferably formed of ceramic strips, wherein the partial supporting surfaces can also be produced only by coatings. By analogy with this, the additional strip of the lubricating gap to be formed is likewise formed by a ceramic strip. The arrangement of the additional strip takes place in a plane with the partial supporting surfaces forming elements, in particular the surface area, which faces the band. As a result, the leadership of the felt is not affected.
The provision of a separate strip offers the advantage of a possible easy realizability of the adjustability of the width of the lubrication gap by the displaceable mounting of the strip, preferably on the housing. This can be made in response to changing conditions of use, such as tape speeds and desired changes in throughput adjustment and also such a suction device without additional modifications for different applications are designed.
Another possibility is the direct integration of a lubrication gap in the support surface. In this case, this can be incorporated into the support surface or directly into the part supporting surface forming element, in particular the bar.
- a) arrangement in the housing of the suction device
- b) arrangement immediately outside the housing, in particular on the housing.
The lubrication gap itself is preferably aligned perpendicular to the theoretical extension of the support surface. Inclination angles are also conceivable, in particular considered an inclination in the direction of the outlet by offset between inlet and outlet in the axial direction. In this case, the lubricating fluid is introduced selectively in the direction of the partial support surface adjoining the suction opening, in particular the suction slot. In this case, angular ranges with respect to the band or the adjacent support surface or partial support surface are conceivable at an angle between 90 and 30 degrees. An inclination in the direction of the outlet of the lubricating gap is preferably always considered in the running direction of the belt in order to be able to entrain the lubricating fluid.
Regarding the geometry of the lubrication gap, there are no restrictions. This is characterized by an inlet cross section and an outlet cross section. The inlet cross section is coupled to the device for introducing the lubricating fluid, while the outlet cross section between the strips, in particular the partial support surface forming element and the additional strip, is provided and preferably lies in a plane with the outlets from the suction openings. In this case, the cross section between inlet and outlet from the lubrication gap can be made constant or variable. In particular, cross-sectional constrictions are conceivable, wherein the constriction is preferably continuous. In this case, the speed at the outlet of the lubrication gap can be influenced.
With regard to the embodiment of the device for introducing the lubricating fluid also exist a variety of ways. This comprises at least one distribution device, which extends over at least a portion of the extension of the suction device in installation position transversely to the direction of the tape. In this case, a plurality of such sectionally arranged distribution devices is preferably provided, wherein these in their entirety preferably cover the entire lubrication area. The lubricating region preferably extends at least over the entire theoretical bandwidth of the band which can be guided over the support surface, in particular press felt. Preferably, the lubrication range extends beyond the theoretical bandwidth, so that deviations in the tape guide can be compensated.
- a) on both sides of the front side (ie at the transverse to the strip running direction side surfaces) or
- b) in the lateral end regions
- c) anywhere between the end regions
In the arrangement of the device for applying the fluid within the housing of the suction device, this is preferably stored on the support surfaces forming elements or the elements coupled to these pressure and liquid-tight. The storage is stationary, preferably on the housing wall.
To achieve a uniform lubricating fluid flow rate across the width of the lubricating region, the outlet cross section from the lubricating gap is smaller than the cross section of the distributing device.
According to a particularly advantageous development, the device for applying the fluid into the lubricating gap has a cleaning device. The cleaning device comprises at least one cleaning element, which is directed into the lubrication gap and is movable relative thereto, preferably over the entire extent of the lubrication gap across the lubrication region transverse to the direction of the tape. The cleaning element itself can be made different in size in terms of its extension and thus its range of action in the lubrication gap. This is preferably slidably mounted on the device viewed across the width of the lubricating gap to the strip running direction, in the simplest case by coupling the cleaning element to a carriage which is slidably guided in a sliding guide of the device for applying the lubricating fluid. The drive is in the simplest case mechanically, for example by storage on a spindle, the rotation causes a movement. Another possibility is the provision of cables or mechanical linkages, but these are relatively expensive. The operation can be done manually or automatically controlled.
- a) Frischwasser
- b) aufbereitetes Abwasser anderer Prozesse
- a) fresh water
- b) treated wastewater of other processes
The execution and connection of the lubricating fluid supply system then takes place according to the choice of the lubricating fluid source. Depending on the selected lubricating fluid source, a separate circuit or a connection to other circuits can take place here. In particular, since the lubrication takes place anyway only during operation of the machine for the production of fibrous webs, a coupling to other systems, which are also operated depending on the operation of the machine for the production of fibrous webs, can be advantageously realized.
The lubricating fluid may also be supplied with chemical substances for lubricity improvement and / or for chemical cleaning of the felts, such as, for example, acids, alkalis or solvents. Further, as a lubricating water and a super clear filtrate can be used.
V: PM-Geschwindigkeit in [m/min]
Q1 : Volumenstrom I/(min*m)The flow rate in the lubrication gap is chosen such that, on the one hand, optimum lubrication is provided between the belt and the support surface part region, wherein furthermore the moisture transverse profile disturbances should be kept as low as possible by the additional application of fluid or should not exceed a certain limit value. Throughputs in the range between 1 to 40 l / min are provided for one meter working width, preferably 1 to 10, in particular selected between 1 and 7 l / min * m. Per bar can thereby a throughput range of
V: PM speed in [m / min]
Q 1 : volumetric flow I / (min * m)
To achieve an optimum lubricating effect, the lubricating gap is dimensioned with respect to its width such that it is ≦ 15 mm, preferably ≦ 10 mm, total preferably ≦ 5 mm.
The lubricating gap is preferably designed parallel to the suction opening, in particular the suction slot. The suction openings extend in installation position preferably transversely to the direction of the tape. Minor deviations are possible.

The figure 1a illustrates in a schematic highly simplified representation with reference to a section of an axial section of a first embodiment, the basic structure of an inventively designed
In the embodiment shown in Figure 1a, the
The suction openings 11.1 to 11.n are here in the form of slots. According to the invention, a
The means 15 for applying a lubricating fluid is integrated directly in the
The strips 14.1 to 14.n are preferably designed in the form of ceramic strips. Other versions are conceivable. In particular, the strips 14.1 to 14.n are characterized on their surfaces, in particular in the installation position for the
Winkelabweichungen sind denkbar.FIG. 1 b illustrates, in a highly simplified schematic representation, a view from above of a
Diese Anordnung beschreibt dabei die Anordnung der Schmierwasserverteileinrichtungen 20, 20.1 bei einem mehrschlitzigen Rohrsauger.FIG. 3 illustrates a further development according to FIG. 1, in which a plurality of suction openings 11.1 to 11.n are arranged in the form of slots in the strip running direction of the
In this embodiment, both the first and the second suction slot 11.1 and 11.2 lubricated and felt burns or abrasion successfully reduced. This is achieved in analogy to the embodiment described in Figure 1 also on the generation of an at least mixed friction state between
Ein entsprechender Doppelpfeil verdeutlicht dabei die bezogen auf die Erstreckung der Saugvorrichtung 1 in Bandlaufrichtung axiale Verschiebbarkeit der Leiste 17.According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, it is also conceivable to make the width of the
With regard to the size of the lubricating gaps, in particular of the
Figur 4b verdeutlicht schematisiert vereinfacht eine Ansicht A-A. The embodiment according to FIG. 4a illustrates in a section of an axial section the
The supply of the
Die konkrete Leitungsführung hängt dabei von den Randbedingungen ab.According to particularly advantageous embodiments, the supply system comprises means 37 for adjusting the throughput. These can be designed in many forms. In the simplest case, these valves include. The concrete execution of a control and / or regulation of the throughput can be done arbitrarily. In the simplest case via valve devices. The concrete routing depends on the boundary conditions.
Figures 1 and 3 illustrate embodiments with a constant cross-sectional profile of the
The support area over the
Q1 den Volumenstrom I/(min*m) beschreibt. With regard to the size of the lubricating gaps, it is stated that these are ≦ 15 millimeters, preferably ≦ 10 millimeters, particularly preferably ≦ 5 millimeters. The throughput itself is in the range between 1 to 40 l / min on the meter Working width, preferably 1 to 10 l / min, in particular 1 to 7 l / min. Limit values for the throughput Q limits are given downwards by the maintenance of the lubricating effect and upwards through moisture cross profile disturbances of the fibrous web by fluid entry into the felt. The limit values or the throughput range per bar or per area is determined by the
where v is the velocity in [m / min] and
Q 1 describes the volume flow I / (min * m).
Figures 7 and 8 illustrate particularly advantageous embodiments, which make it possible to use the
Figures 7a and 7b illustrate in a schematically simplified representation of a further development of a
The
The solution according to the invention is not limited to the embodiments. Further developments, the arrangement of the lubricating gap in front of at least the second, preferably the first suction slot in the tape running direction are conceivable.
