Electrical apparatus comprising a bilateral connection terminal (11; 11'), said terminal (11; 11') having on each side an opening (79; 79') for inserting an electrical conductor (110) in a predetermined direction, a seat (84; 84') belonging to a rigid member (76; 76') and a flexible member (96; 96') having an edge (95; 95') opposite said seat (84; 84'), said flexible member (96; 96') being adapted firstly to deform under the effect of a force, and thus said conductor (110), when it is engaged in said terminal (11; 11') through said insertion opening (79; 79'), can be inserted between said seat (84; 84') and said edge (95; 95'), and secondly to hold the conductor between said seat (84; 84') and said edge (95; 95') unless it is deformed so as to move said edge (95; 95') away from said seat (84; 84'), said apparatus also comprising, for each flexible member (96; 96') a lever for moving said edge (95; 95') away from said seat (84; 84'), characterised in that each said lever belongs to a single-piece actuation member (12; 12') comprising two opposing rigid arms (100; 100') each forming a said lever, said actuation member (12; 12') also comprising a flexible portion (108; 108') connecting said arms (100; 100'), said flexible portion (108; 108') being adapted to deform under the effect of a force to make it possible for the distance between said arms (100; 100') to vary.
  2. Electrical apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that said flexible portion (108; 108') comprises at least one compass (101; 101').
  3. Electrical apparatus according to claim 2, characterised in that said flexible portion (108; 108') comprises two separate compasses (101, 102; 101', 102').
  4. Electrical apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that said connection terminal (11) and said actuation member (12) are disposed side by side in said electrical apparatus.
  5. Electrical apparatus according to claim 4, characterised in that each said arm (100) comprises a body (103) and a stud (106) projecting laterally with respect to said body (103) on the same side as said terminal (11), said stud (106) being adapted to bear against said flexible member (96) when said arm (100) is acted on in order to move said edge (95) away from said seat (84).
  6. Apparatus according to claim 5, characterised in that each arm (100) also comprises a button (104) disposed at one end of said body (103) and an articulation journal (105), disposed at the opposite end of said body (103) with respect to said button (104), about which said body (103) is adapted to pivot.
  7. Apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that each said rigid member is the bottom wall (76) of a channel (72) which is adapted to receive a said conductor (110) and delimits said insertion opening (79).
  8. Apparatus according to claim 7, characterised in that each said channel (72) belongs to a rigid cage (70) and is disposed opposite the other said channel (72), the bottom walls (76) of said channels (72) being disposed like the arms of a V, each said respective seat (84) being situated on the side of the bottom wall (76) that faces the other said bottom wall (76).
  9. Apparatus according to claim 8, characterised in that said cage (70) also comprises a wall (73) connecting said channels (72) and a rim (74) projecting transversely from said connecting wall (73) on the same side as said channels (72).
  10. Apparatus according to claim 9, characterised in that each said flexible member (96) belongs to a spring (71) held in abutment against a face of the rim (74) by at least one folded tab (82), one end of which is attached to said rim (74).
  11. Apparatus according to either claim 9 or claim 10, characterised in that another rim (75) projects transversely from said connecting wall (73) on the side opposite the channels (72).
  12. Apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that it further comprises an insulating box (10) having a housing (26, 27) for accommodating a said terminal (11) and a said actuation member (12).
  13. Apparatus according to claim 12, characterised in that said insulating box (10) comprises a base (13) in which said accommodating housing (26, 27) is formed.
  14. Apparatus according to claim 13, characterised in that said connection terminal (11) comprises a rim (75) and in that said base (13) has, for each said connection terminal (11), an opening (29, 30, 31) through which said rim (75) projects.
  15. Apparatus according to claim 14, characterised in that said apparatus also comprises a conductive rod (6) in abutment against said rim (75) at said opening (29, 30, 31).
  16. Apparatus according to any of claims 12 to 15, characterised in that said accommodating housing (26, 27) comprises at least one compartment (35, 36, 50) for receiving a connection terminal (11) and a compartment (37, 51) for receiving an actuation member (12).
  17. Apparatus according to claim 16, characterised in that said compartment (35, 36, 50) for receiving said terminal (11) is delimited among other things by the surfaces of two inclined walls (40, 41) facing each other.
  18. Apparatus according to either claim 16 or claim 17, characterised in that each said arm (100) comprises an articulation journal (105) and in that said compartment (37, 51) for receiving said actuation member (12) has, for each said journal (105), a recess (45, 53) in which it is housed.
  19. Apparatus according to claim 18, characterised in that said compartment (37, 51) for receiving the actuation member (12) is delimited above said recesses (45, 53) by the surfaces of two inclined walls (40, 41) facing each other, each said surface forming a stop against which one of the arms (100) bears when the other arm (100) is acted on in order to move said corresponding edge (95) away from said seat (84).
  20. Apparatus according to claim 19, characterised in that, in each said inclined wall (40, 41), a hollow (48) is formed in which one of said arms (100) is housed.
  21. Apparatus according to any of claims 18 to 20, characterised in that said compartment (37, 51) for receiving the actuation member (12) comprises two pairs of recesses (45) disposed side by side, each pair of recesses (45) being adapted to receive the articulation journals (105) of an actuation member (12).
  22. Apparatus according to any of claims 18 to 21, characterised in that each recess (45, 53) is delimited by a set of ribs (46, 47, 54, 55).
  23. Apparatus according to claim 22, characterised in that at least one of the ribs (47) in said set of ribs (46, 47, 54, 55) has a T shape.
  24. Apparatus according to any of claims 13 to 23, characterised in that said apparatus also comprises a cover (14) fitting on top of said base (13).
  25. Apparatus according to claim 24, characterised in that said cover (14) has, for each said connection terminal (11), two conduits (60) for inserting electrical conductors and, for each said actuation member (12), two passage openings (61) for said arms (100).
  26. Apparatus according to claim 25, characterised in that each said insertion conduit (60) has a flared portion (64), the side of said flared portion (64) that has the smallest diameter being the closest to the insertion opening (79) of said connection terminal (11).
  27. Apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 26, characterised in that, for each flexible member (96), said edge (95) opposite said corresponding seat (84) is an end edge (95) of the flexible member (96).
  28. Apparatus according to claim 27, characterised in that each said flexible member (96) is connected by the end opposite said end edge (95) to a respective end of an intermediate portion (90), said flexible members (96) forming, together with said intermediate portion (90), a spring (71).
  29. Apparatus according to either claim 27 or claim 28, characterised in that each said flexible member (96) comprises a curved portion (91) and an inclined portion (92).
  30. Apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 29, characterised in that said flexible member (96) has a lug (93) against which said arm (100) bears in order to move said edge (95) away from said seat (84).
  31. Apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that each said flexible member (96') belongs to a separate σ-shaped spring (71').
  32. Apparatus according to claim 31, characterised in that said actuation member (12') is disposed between said σ-shaped springs (71').
  33. Apparatus according to either of claim 31 or claim 32, characterised in that each said arm (100') comprises a central body (103'), a button (104') disposed at one end of said body (103'), a finger (106') disposed at the opposite end of said body (103') from said button (104') and, between said button (104') and said finger (106'), an articulation journal (105') about which said body (103') is adapted to pivot.
  34. Apparatus according to claim 33, characterised in that said flexible portion (108') comprises two compasses (101', 102') connecting the bodies (103') of said arms (100') on either side of said articulation journal (105').
  35. Apparatus according either claim 33 or claim 34, characterised in that said journal (105') comprises, on each side of said body (103'), a pin (109').
