Abstract

A multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) antenna operable in a multiband includes a plurality of antenna elements (5) each including a radiator (10) radiating electromagnetic waves, a ground (50) connected to the radiator (10), at least one switching element (20) mounted in an area of lengthwise direction of the radiator (10) and short-circuiting or opening the area of the radiator (10).
