Description

The invention relates to a spray extractor nozzle with a suction channel which ends in a suction mouth and with a spray nozzle and with an adapter for processing surfaces having different textures.

Spray extraction nozzles have long been, for example by the US 3,616,482 known. They serve to absorb liquids applied to a surface via the suction mouth and to feed them through the suction channel and possibly suction lines to a suction device. The suction mouth usually has two hard, rigid lips or two bristled lips between which the liquid can be sucked. The suction mouth is usually intended for carpeting with its two rigid lips. It is always important to ensure that the two lips of the suction mouth lie as exactly as possible on the carpet to create the best possible suction.

If the lips are e.g. due to a misalignment of the suction mouth of the spray extraction nozzle, both are not pressed onto the carpet, the suction effect decreases considerably and the residual moisture increases considerably.

Sollten andere Oberflächen z.B. Hartflächen von aufgebrachten Flüssigkeiten befreit werden, kann ein Saugmund mit den an den Lippen angeordneten Borsten Verwendung findeIf other surfaces, eg hard surfaces, are to be freed from applied liquids, a suction mouth with the bristles arranged on the lips can be used

Adapters which have at least one rubber lip, by means of which liquids can be more easily removed from hard surfaces, can also be placed on the known spray extraction nozzles. Disadvantage is that these adapters are cumbersome to put on the spray extraction nozzles, usually, when they are needed, are not in place and must be searched, and even when removing by hand, this dirty easily.

The invention has for its object to provide adapter for spray extraction nozzles for easy changing so that they do not necessarily have to be brought by hand in and out of operative position, not so easily lost and the operation of the lowest possible residual moisture remains on the surfaces.

For this purpose, it is proposed that the adapter is connected via a pivot axis with the spray extraction nozzle and that the adapter is pivotable from a suction position remote from the suction mouth of the spray extraction nozzle in a working position.

Attaching the adapter to the spray extraction nozzle ensures that the adapter can not be lost. The pivoting movement is e.g. Executable by means of a foot, so that the manual operation is eliminated with the corresponding contamination of the hands.

It is advantageous that the adapter is releasably lockable in the working position. Thus, the adapter remains in the working position even with larger pressures and transverse loads of the adapter in the working position, on the one hand, a stop provided against the adapter in the working position is pivotal and a locking device with which the adapter is locked in the working position so that he remains at the stop at every possible operating phase. If necessary the lock can be released, and the adapter can be pivoted out of the working position.

If the adapter is releasably locked in the rest position, it is ensured that the adapter can not unintentionally pivot from the Ruhr position into the working position.

It is noteworthy that the adapter in its rest position, a support surface for the spray extraction nozzle on the surface to be machined, and gives the suction mouth an optimal position to be machined surface. The idle position of the adapter is designed so that the spray extraction nozzle rests on a large area on the adapter while both nozzle lips of the nozzle mouth are optimally positioned to the surface.

It has been proven that the pivot axis is formed in two parts and at least a portion of the pivot axis is variable position, wherein the change in position of the pivot axis via an actuator and wherein the degree of change in position of the pivot axis is set at least so that the pivot axis of the receiving bore of this Adapter is retractable.

As a result, the adapter can be exchanged for new adapters but also for other adapters, so that an optimal adaptation to all surfaces to be machined is possible.

Of particular advantage is that the spray extraction nozzle has a substantially triangular shape with lateral projections.

The lateral projections are arranged so that with the spray extraction nozzle also partially under supernatants, as e.g. can be worked through cabinets, so that even in the range of cabinets no visible, unprocessed edges can arise.

It is worth noting that the suction channel has the same cross-section as the suction mouth over its entire length. This ensures that the liquid removal takes place optimally in the interior, essentially laminar flows arise and no speed differences arise. In addition, a backflow already sucked liquid when turning off the suction device is thereby avoided.

Further advantages arise when the spray nozzles Leitleitäle are assigned.

The guide channels cause the detergent leaving the spray nozzle to not extend beyond the edge of the spray extraction nozzle, e.g. can get to walls or furniture, but is sprayed by the Leitkanäle exactly on the surfaces to be processed.

FIG. 1 shows a spray extraction nozzle 1 with a suction channel 2 and a suction mouth 3. About a pivot axis 4, 4 ', an adapter 5 is connected to the spray extraction nozzle 1. Via an actuating device 6, the pivot axis 4 can be moved in its longitudinal direction, so that the pivot axis 4 is moved out of the bore 7 of the adapter 5 when pressing the actuator 6. Thus, the adapter 5 at one of its two suspension points free and can be removed and replaced with a new or another adapter.

The Fig. 1 can also recognize a locking device 8, which can be moved against the force of springs, not shown, down. At the lower end of the locking device 8 hooks 9 are arranged in the form of barbs, which are able to intervene in corresponding counterparts of the adapter 5. The barb effect ensures that, in the event of a transverse load or bending of the adapter 5, it always claws more firmly with the locking device 8, thus precluding unwanted folding away of the adapter 8.

In the Fig. 2 the adapter 5 is pivoted in front of the suction mouth 3. the locking device 8 holds the adapter 5 in the working position shown.

Fig. 3 zeigt die Sprühextraktionsdüse 1 in der Hinteransicht. Fig. 3 shows the spray extraction nozzle 1 in the rear view. Here, the suction mouth 3 and the adapter 5 can be seen, which is fastened by means of the pivot axis 4 pivotally mounted on the spray extraction nozzle 1. Furthermore, hooks 10, 10 'can be seen, which hold the adapter 5 in the rest position. The hooks 10, 10 'are snap hooks, which snapping apart by simply pressing the adapter 5, for example by a foot and release the adapter 5 from the rest position.

Unlike the suction mouth 3, which has two fixed suction lips 11, 11 ', the adapter 5 has at least one bristle strip 12 and at least one rubber lip 13, by means of which liquids can be optimally pushed together by hard surfaces and then sucked up.

Of the Fig. 3 Furthermore, it can be seen a locking jaw 14, in which a spray nozzle can be used. The spray nozzle is between guide elements 15, 16 aligned so down that the spray can not be sprayed laterally beyond the guide elements 15, 16 addition. As a result, neither walls nor furniture are wetted when working with the spray extraction nozzle in their vicinity.

Furthermore, a support surface 17 of the adapter 5 can be seen, which in the case of adapter 5 is at rest in the same plane as the lips 11, 11 '. When resting on the surface to be processed edition 17 causes this, that the lips 11, 11 'are in optimal suction position, whereby the residual moisture can be minimized.

The Fig. 4 shows a section through the spray extraction nozzle 1, wherein the suction channel 2 and the suction mouth 3 can be seen with its lips 11, 11 '. The lip 11 'serves as a stop for the adapter 5. In a pulling movement of the spray extraction nozzle 1, the adapter 5 is pulled against the serving as a stop lip 11'. Furthermore, the bristle strip 12 and the rubber lip 13 of the adapter 5 can be seen and the locking device 8, which engages with its hook 9 in a corresponding counter hook 9 'of the adapter 5. In a sliding movement of the spray extraction nozzle 1, the hooks 9, 9 'tighten more and more firmly, so that the adapter 5 can not be pivoted. Only by a move, for example, by foot actuation of the locking device 8 causes the hooks 9 'from the hook 9' slides out.

In all figures, the substantially triangular shape of the spray extraction nozzle 1 can be seen, which, however, in the lower region projections 18, 18 ', which are arranged so that with the spray extraction nozzle 1, for example, can work under cabinets so far that no raw edges can be seen.
