    the receiving and evaluating device (6) is configured to be arranged exterior to the foodstuff,
    wherein the mobile unit (2) comprises a floating body (17a),
    characterised in that the transmission device (4) comprises an RFID tag and the receiving and evaluating device (6) comprises an RFID reading and evaluating device (8) with integrated current supply.
  2. An arrangement according to claim 1, characterised in that in addition to the floating body (17a), the mobile unit (2) comprises a sensor body (15) attachable to a solid foodstuff.
  3. An arrangement according to claim 2, characterised in that the sensor body (15) is in the form of a skewer insertable into the foodstuff.
  4. An arrangement according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the receiving and evaluating device (6) comprises an alarm device (12).
  5. An arrangement according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the receiving and evaluating device (6) comprises a display device (11).
  6. An arrangement according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the receiving and evaluating device (6) comprises a manual input device (10).
  7. An arrangement according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the receiving and evaluating device (6) comprises a timer.
  8. An arrangement according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the receiving and evaluating device (6) comprises a control unit (13) to control a heat source (14) for the foodstuff.
