Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a stone arrangement for straight or round lines, in particular for the production of rectilinear or arcuate walls.
From the brochure "brown Ideas from stone", 2/05/5/1, the Albrecht Braun GmbH go out so-called keystones for round lines, with the help of straight or arcuate walls can be created by the fact that the trapezoidal keystones with their oblique side surfaces are placed either in opposite directions or in the same direction. For the production of different bends the stones are delivered in different sizes.
The object of the present invention is to provide a stone arrangement which is of simple construction and can be subdivided into individual stones, from which straight or arcuate walls can be produced in a simple manner with great flexibility in sheet guiding.
This object is achieved by a stone arrangement with the features of claim 1.
The essential advantage is that the stone arrangement according to the invention, which has the shape of a trapezoid overall in plan view, wherein parallel to the baseline of the trapezoid extending lines, in particular predetermined breaking lines, preferably at the same distance from the baselines and from each other. The stone arrangement can therefore be subdivided optionally into a number of individual blocks determined by the number of predetermined breaking lines. Advantageously, in the individual juxtaposition of the thus obtained different individual stones in the determination of the radii of arcuate walls, paving or edge edging can be worked with great flexibility. This flexibility can be further increased by the juxtaposition of individual stones, which come from stone arrangements of different trapezoidal shapes. The juxtaposition of the individual stones can be done in arbitrary radii preferably along smooth side edges so that no gaping butt joints arise. The visible masonry from both sides has a visually pleasing roughness, so that the impression of natural stone walls is awakened.
Advantageously, the present stone arrangement can be made in an extremely simple manner from concrete or the like, at the same time the predetermined breaking lines can be introduced. Alternatively, however, it is also conceivable to produce the present stone arrangements from natural stones, wherein the individual stones are produced by corresponding sawing of the stone arrangements along predetermined lines or by cracking along predetermined breaking lines.
- Figur 1 in schematischer und perspektivischer Darstellung eine erfindungsgemäße Steinanordnung mit insgesamt vier Sollbruch-Linien;
- Figure 1 shows a schematic and perspective view of a stone arrangement according to the invention with a total of four predetermined breaking lines;
- FIGS. 2A to 2D show, by way of example, possible line guides which can be achieved by laying individual stones produced from a present stone arrangement according to FIG. 1; and
- Figures 3 and 4 representations for explaining a preferred method for producing stone arrangements according to the invention.
According to Figure 1, the
Parallel to the
When laying walls, paving or edge borders or the like, depending on the desired bending along the
There are stone arrangements with trapezoidal shapes of any shapes and sizes conceivable. Also, the individual stones of stone arrangements of different trapezoidal shapes can be combined or put together.
Ebenso ist es auch denkbar zur Erzielung geradliniger Verläufe die Einzelsteine S1, S3 und S4 gemäß Figur 2A (gepunktete Linie 9) gegensinnig aneinander zu legen.FIG. 2A shows a curved course with a small radius, which is achieved by juxtaposition of the side surfaces of the smallest individual stones S5 in the same direction. By oppositely juxtaposing the side surfaces, a straight course can be achieved, as shown in Figure 2A by the dotted line 9. Accordingly, the Individual blocks S4 (Figure 2B), S3 (Figure 2C) and S1 (Figure 2D) to produce different radii of curvature are placed in the same direction in the same direction. Likewise, it is also conceivable to achieve rectilinear courses the individual stones S1, S3 and S4 according to Figure 2A (dotted line 9) in opposite directions to each other.
It can be seen that the radii of the curvatures of the individual stones S1 juxtaposed in the same direction are larger than the radii of the curvatures of the individual stones S2, S3, S4 and S5 which lie against one another in the same direction. The further the broken individual stones in the
It should be noted that the present stone arrangement may also be a natural stone, which can be sawed or "crunched" to produce the individual stones along predetermined breaking lines or if no predetermined breaking lines are provided.
In the following, in connection with FIGS. 3 and 4, a preferred method for producing
In each mold frame are, as can be seen in particular in Figure 3, parallel to the
It can be seen that the individual stones S1 to S5, in particular in the case of a triangular or V-shaped cross section of the
It should be noted that optionally only the upper or only the
In particular, the top and bottom surfaces of the
According to FIG. 3, it is conceivable for the outer edges of the outer individual bricks S1 and S5 also to have a basic roughness for optical reasons, to provide further web parts 17 ', 18' during the production of the stone arrangement which run parallel to the
