Abstract

A process and device are disclosed for exchanging wheelsets of railway vehicles by means of a travelling unit, the railway vehicle being brought onto a supported track section. The invention addresses the problem of developing a structurally simple and economical wheelset-exchanging device which can be moved without its own drive and be used with all standardised track bridges and wheelsets in a polyvalent manner. The device should also be low-maintenance, operationally reliable and very stable. According to the invention, this problem is solved in that the supported track section (3) between two tracks comprises a working pit (2) in which a mobile wheelset exchanger (1) fits precisely in the area of an extendable standardised track bridge (4) by means of a mobile hoisting vehicle, preferably a fork lift truck. The mobile wheelset exchanger comprises one or more, preferably hydraulic, telescopic cylinders, the supported tracks comprise detachable standardised track bridges, and the standardised track bridges comprise a locking/unlocking structure (S) and an earthing device.

Es ist bekannt, Radsätze oder Drehgestelle von Schienenfahrzeugen mittels eines unter die Spurkränze greifenden Hubtisches anzuheben.
Aus der DE 42 04 347 C1 ist eine Hub- und Senkvorrichtung für den Baugruppenwechsel an Schienenfahrzeugen auf aufgeständerten Gleisen bekannt, wobei die Gleisbrücke auf das Niveau der Arbeitsebene absenkbar ist. Mittels einer flurfahrbaren Aufnahmevorrichtung kann der Radsatz anschließend seitlich herausgefahren werden.
Weiterhin bekannt ist eine kombinierte Hub-Senkvorrichtung für den Baugruppenwechsel an Schienenfahrzeugen ( DE 198 38 483 C1 ), bei der ein Hubtisch bis auf den Hallenfußboden bündig absenkbar ist. Die beiden Gleisbrücken sind dabei über einen Grundrahmen fest miteinander verbunden.
Darüber hinaus ist eine Vorrichtung bekannt, die es ermöglicht, ein Schienenfahrzeug über mobil ausgeführte Hebeböcke im Ganzen anzuheben bzw. abzusenken ( DE 101 56 010 A1 ). Die Hebeböcke weisen voneinander unabhängig in der Höhe verstellbare Konsolen mit Auflagerflächen oder Pratzen auf. Die Konsolen sind quer zum Fahrzeug verschiebbar ausgebildet.
Auch luftkissenbetriebene Radsatzwechselvorrichtungen sind ausreichend bekannt.
Allen bekannten Hubvorrichtungen ist gemeinsam, dass diese aufwendig konstruiert und umständlich zu handhaben sowie in der Anschaffung teuer sind. Zudem werden aufwändige und teure Vorrichtungen zur Gleisbrückenentnahme benötigt, die wiederum sehr störanfällig sind. Ferner ist im Falle des Luftkissenantriebs ein teurer und aufwändiger Hallenfußboden erforderlich.

  • ein oder mehrere hydraulisch betriebene Teleskopzylinder des mobilen Radsatzwechslers derart ausgefahren werden, dass der auszuwechselnde Radsatz bis zu seiner Entlastung leicht angehoben wird,
  • nachfolgend die in den aufgeständerten Gleisen befindlichen beiden lösbaren Teile der Einheitsgleisbrücke über eine Ver-/Entriegelungskonstruktion entsichert und insoweit seitwärts ausgefahren und auf Ständer abgelegt werden, bis ein nach unten gerichtetes Hindurchführen des Radsatzes gewährleistet wird,
  • der vom Fahrgestell des Schienenfahrzeuges gelöste Radsatz bis in eine Höhe abgesenkt wird, die ein seitliches Aufnehmen und Ausfahren des Radsatzes mittels des mobilen Hubfahrzeuges gewährleistet und
  • anschließend ein instandgesetzter oder neuer Radsatz in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wieder in das Fahrgestell des Schienenfahrzeuges eingesetzt sowie befestigt und die Einheitsgleisbrücke geschlossen sowie verriegelt wird und
  • der Radsatzwechsler mittels der Teleskopzylinder abgesenkt und danach mittels des mobilen Hubfahrzeuges aus der Arbeitsgrube wieder entnommen und entfernt wird.

Der Radsatzwechsler 1 (RSW) wird mittels eines nicht dargestellten Gabelstaplers in die vorhandene Arbeitsgrube 2 des aufgeständerten Gleisabschnittes 3 im Bereich der Einheitsgleisbrücke 4 passgenau eingesetzt. Anschließend wird der Radsatzwechsler 1 an die vorhandenen Medien angeschlossen (Figur 1). Der Radsatzwechsler 1 weist vorzugsweise - nicht dargestellte - hydraulisch betriebene Teleskopzylinder auf, die ein Ausfahren des Wechslers bis zum Radsatz 5 bewerkstelligen und diesen leicht anheben, damit die entsprechenden Befestigungen am Drehgestell des Schienenfahrzeuges gelöst werden können. Anschließend wird die Ver-/Entriegelungseinrichtung 6 der Einheitsgleisbrücke 4 entriegelt und die Einheitsgleisbrücke 4 seitwärts aufgefahren, bis der Radsatz mit seinen beiden Lagergehäusen nach unten hindurchgeführt und insoweit abgesenkt werden kann, dass der Radsatz mittels eines mobilen Hubfahrzeuges, vorzugsweise eines Gabelstaplers seitwärts entnehmbar ist. Er wird dann gegen einen neuen Radsatz ausgetauscht.
Jede Ver-/Entriegelungseinrichtung 6 setzt sich aus jeweils zwei Aufnahmesitzen 7 zusammen, die über einen Kipphebelsystem 9 mit Sicherungsbolzen 10 und Lasche 11 in die Entriegelungsleisten 8 des Radsatzwechslers 1 eingreifen.
Das aufgeständerte Gleis und die Einheitsgleisbrückenabschnitte an den Ständern 12 werden im Bereich der ausfahrbaren Einheitsgleisbrücke 4, mittels einer Kabel-Schlaufe 13 oder einer ähnlichen Ausführung als Triebstromrückführung geerdet.
Der RSW 1 muss über eine Hebeeinrichtung mit einer Hubkraft von > 250 kN (Teleskopzylinder) verfügen. Die Hebeeinrichtung muss den zu tauschenden Radsatz am Spurkranz aufnehmen. Der Radsatz darf sich während der Hubvorgänge nicht auf der Radsatzaufnahme bewegen. Der Radsatz ist soweit anzuheben, dass die Gleisbrücken lastfrei sind und ein betriebsfähiger Radsatz mit max. Herstellungs-Messkreisdurchmesser eingebaut werden kann. Das bedeutet, die Differenz zwischen Herstellungs- und Betriebsgrenzmaß des Messkreisdurchmessers kann etwa 90 mm betragen. Um die Einheitsgleisbrücken 4 bei einer solchen Durchmesser-Differenz leicht wieder einfahren zu können, muss der zu tauschende, bis zum Grenzmaß abgefahrene Radsatz etwa (4 cm + 2 cm) = 6 cm über die Einheitsgleisbrücken 4 angehoben werden.
Der Hubtisch wird aus bestimmten Gründen nicht immer mittig den Radsatz anheben können. Soweit der Hubtisch durch einen Hydraulikzylinder gehoben wird, wirken dann relativ hohe Drehmomente auf den Hydraulikzylinder mit negativen Folgen für Zylinderlaufflächen und Dichtungen. Eine Alternative zum hydraulisch wirkenden Hubzylinder ist ein Scherenhubtisch.
Bei den Gleisbrücken- Ausfahreinrichtungen ist zwischen Nichtausfahrseite und Ausfahrseite zu unterscheiden. Auf der Nichtausfahrseite ist die Gleisbrücke von der Ausfahreinrichtung aufzunehmen, zu entriegeln und ca. 650 mm waagerecht vom Gleis weg nach außen zu fahren.
Auf der Ausfahrseite ist die von der Ausfahreinrichtung aufgenommene Gleisbrücke ebenfalls nach außen hinter die Bezugslinie für Fahrzeuge - ca. 910mm vom Gleis zu fahren. Gleichzeitig oder anschließend ist die Gleisbrücke nach oben - ca. 1700mm zu transportieren, so dass die definierten Radsätze unter die gehobene Gleisbrücke durchfahren können.
Beim Ausfahren der Gleisbrücken ist darauf zu achten, dass die Seilschleifen der Triebstromrückführung nicht unzulässig unter Zugspannung geraten.
Nach Ausfahren der Gleisbrücken und Sichern des Drehgestells gegen Kippen wird der Radsatz mit Hilfe der Radsatzhebeeinrichtung gesenkt.
Der Spurkranz des Radsatzes ist möglichst nah in Richtung gesenkten Hallenboden zu fahren, um den Radsatz zwischen Hallenboden und Fahrzeugteilen (in Regel Teile am Drehgestell) ausfahren zu können.

The wheel set changer 1 preferably has - not shown - hydraulically operated telescopic cylinder, which accomplish an extension of the changer to the wheelset 5 and lift it slightly, so that the corresponding fasteners on the bogie of the rail vehicle can be solved. Subsequently, the locking / unlocking device 6 of the unit track bridge 4 is unlocked and the unit track 4 moved sideways until the wheelset with its two bearing housings down and can be lowered so far that the wheelset by means of a mobile lifting vehicle, preferably a forklift is sideways removable. He is then exchanged for a new set of wheels.
Each locking / unlocking device 6 is composed of two receiving seats 7, which engage via a Kipphebelsystem 9 with locking pin 10 and tab 11 in the unlocking 8 of the Radsatzwechslers 1.
The elevated track and the unit track bridge sections on the uprights 12 are earthed in the area of the retractable unit track bridge 4, by means of a cable loop 13 or similar design as drive current feedback.
The RSW 1 must have a lifting device with a lifting capacity of> 250 kN (telescopic cylinder). The lifting device must pick up the wheel set to be replaced on the wheel flange. The wheelset must not move on the wheelset during lifting operations. The wheel set is to be raised so far that the track bridges are load-free and an operable wheelset with max. Manufacturing measuring circuit diameter can be installed. This means that the difference between the manufacturing and operating limit of the measuring circle diameter can be about 90 mm. In order to be able to easily retract the unit track bridges 4 with such a diameter difference, the wheelset to be exchanged, worn to the limit, must be raised approximately (4 cm + 2 cm) = 6 cm above the unit track bridges 4.
For some reason, the lift table will not always be able to lift the wheel set in the center. As far as the lifting table is lifted by a hydraulic cylinder, then act relatively high torques on the hydraulic cylinder with negative consequences for cylinder surfaces and seals. An alternative to the hydraulic lifting cylinder is a scissor lift table.
In the case of the track bridge extension devices, a distinction must be made between the non-extension side and the extension side. On the non-extension side, the track bridge of the extension device shall be received, unlocked and approximately 650 mm horizontally away from the track to the outside.
On the outgoing side, the track bridge taken up by the extension device must also be driven outwards behind the reference line for vehicles - approx. 910 mm from the track. At the same time or subsequently, the track bridge must be transported upwards - approx. 1700 mm, so that the defined wheelsets can pass under the elevated track bridge.
When extending the track bridges, care must be taken to ensure that the cable loops of the drive current feedback are not subject to excessive tension.
After extending the track bridges and securing the bogie against tipping the wheelset is lowered by means of Radsatzhebeeinrichtung.
The wheel flange of the wheelset should be as close as possible to the lowered hall floor in order to be able to extend the wheelset between the hall floor and vehicle parts (usually parts on the bogie).

  • das Lagergehäuse des Radsatzes einen Sicherheitsabstand zu den betreffenden äußeren Bauteilen des RSW von ca. 200 mm hat.

Claims (9)

  1. A method for wheelset changing on rail vehicles by means of a moveable device, wherein the rail vehicle is brought onto an elevated track section (3), characterized in that
    - the elevated track section (3) between two tracks comprises a working pit (2) in which in the region of an extendable standard track bridge (4) a mobile wheelset changer (1) is inserted in an accurate fit by means of a mobile lifting vehicle,
    - one or several hydraulically operated telescopic cylinders of the mobile wheelset changer (1) are extended in such a manner that the wheelset (5) to be changed is slightly lifted until unloaded,
    - after this, the two detachable parts of the standard track bridge (4) situated in the elevated tracks are unlocked via a locking/unlocking construction (6) and extended laterally and put down on supports until guiding through in downward direction of the wheelset (5) is guaranteed,
    - the wheelset (5) disconnected from the chassis of the rail vehicle is lowered as far as to a level which guarantees lateral taking-up and driving out of the wheelset (5) by means of the mobile lifting vehicle and
    - subsequently a reconditioned or new wheelset (5) is re-inserted in the chassis of the rail vehicle and attached in reverse order and the standard track bridge (4) is closed as well as locked and
    - the wheelset changer (1) by means of the telescopic cylinder is lowered and thereafter taken out again from the working pit (2) and removed by means of the mobile lifting vehicle.
  2. The method according to Claim 1, characterized in that at the supports (12) in the region of the extendable standard track bridge (4) the elevated track (3) and the standard track bridge sections are earthed by means of a cable loop (13) via a drive current return.
  3. The method according to Claim 1 and 2, characterized in that the locking/unlocking construction (6) of the standard track bridge (4) is actuated via a rocking lever system (9) with locking pin (10) and strap (11).
  4. The method according to Claim 1 to 3, characterized in that the lifting device of the mobile wheelset changer (1) is operated as scissors lifting table or in a manner of similar construction.
  5. A device for wheelset changing on rail vehicles by means of a moveable device, wherein the rail vehicle is arranged on an elevated track section (3), characterized in that
    - the elevated track section (3) between two tracks comprises a working pit (2) in which in the region of extendable standard track bridge (4) a mobile wheelset changer (1) is inserted in an accurate fit by means of a mobile lifting vehicle,
    - the mobile wheelset changer (1) comprises one or several hydraulic telescopic cylinders,
    - the elevated tracks comprise detachable standard track bridges (4),
    - the standard track bridges (4) comprise a locking/unlocking construction (6) and an earthing device.
  6. The device according to Claim 5, characterized in that in the region of the extendable standard track bridge (4) the elevated track and the standard track bridge sections are earthed by means of a cable loop (13) via a drive current return.
  7. The device according to Claim 5 and 6, characterized in that the locking/unlocking construction (6) of the standard track bridge (4) is embodied as a rocking lever system (9) with locking pin (10) and strap (11).
  8. The device according to Claims 5 to 7, characterized in that the mobile wheelset changer (1) is assembled of several modules.
  9. The device according to Claims 5 to 8, characterized in that the mobile wheelset changer (1) for positioning in longitudinal track direction comprises a wheel flange chassis hydraulically adjustable in height to be manually actuated and a sliding platform for the positioning during the axle installation.
