Description

Der Ofenaufbau kann dann selbst kürzer gewählt werden, wodurch erheblich an Energie gespart werden kann. Schließlich ergibt sich auch eine höhere Einsatzmöglichkeit des Ofens, da mehr Chargen gefahren werden können. Der Stand der Technik sieht deshalb ein Brennplateau zur Auflagerung des Brenngutes vor, bei dem Stützen aufgestellt sind, die Nuten aufweisen und in den Nuten Querriegel aufnehmen, auf die Überbrückungsleisten aufgesetzt sind. Die Querriegel und die Überbrückungsleisten bestehen aus temperaturwechselbeständigem feuerfestem Material, vorzugsweise rekristallisiertem Siliziumkarbid.
