Definitions
- the invention relates to a kit with a closure strip and a device for fastening the same according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a device for fastening baseboards is known in which a mounting rail is formed with a floor covering edge region associated receiving space in which the flooring edge area is received positively embraced.
- the mounting rail in this area has an approximately U-shaped cross-section.
- the lying on a floor covering top U-legs is designed as a double leg, in which an intermediate rail with a locking profile can be inserted.
- This intermediate rail is L-shaped and also has a latching profile, which can be locked with a skirting.
- Such a structure with an intermediate rail is relatively expensive and inaccurate to assemble.
- a device for fastening of closing strips known in which an angle profile as a mounting rail has a standing upright from the bottom leg clamping fingers or web on which the end strip is plugged and presses only with its web end under predetermined spring tension the end strip against the wall.
- the system pressure is determined only by the inclination, the length and the material of the web. A change is not possible.
- the system and the structure are very complex and rigid and do not allow for correction.
- the object of the invention is to provide a kit of the type mentioned, which can be produced with little effort and is therefore simple and inexpensive, which can be easily adapted to changeable floors and finally can also be retrofitted.
- the object is achieved by a kit with the features of claim 1. It requires no great effort to cut a part of the bottom leg as a strip and bend it in an arc up, so that a bridge is up, which serves as a receiving finger for a clip-on end strip.
- the end strip has for this purpose on its bottom surface on a longitudinal groove.
- the in the foot area as a bow and the rest is designed as a straight bridge, but tapers at an acute angle to the wall leg of the angle profile, has the right bias to push the attached end strip with its upper end against the wall.
- the attached to the receiving finger end bar overlaps this with the longitudinal groove and whose one wall presses in the lower area against the bow and tries to keep it slimmer, thus increasing the side-pressing spring force in the web, so that the closure bar pressed in the upper region stronger against the wall and pushed away at the bottom of it. Because the receiving finger is only a notched part of the bottom leg of the angle section, this device is particularly simple and inexpensive.
- the Aufhahmefinger can create the angle profile easiest.
- the angle profile can be a short part, in which you create two strips to the angle throat two strips, each remaining on either side of a central strip. You can either bend the two outer strips in a curve and the median strip remains as a bottom leg or the median strip is bent in an arc upwards and the two remaining outer strips form the supporting and / or fixable bottom leg. The effort to create such a device is low.
- the end strip has a groove in its bottom, with which it is foundedstecken on the receiving finger.
- the receiving finger in the groove also sufficiently braces against the inner side wall and presses the closure strip against the wall, it is of particular advantage if the features of claim 3 are used. Due to the over 90 ° drawn bow this has a good areal support on the wall in the lower groove area. By overdrawing the arc of over 90 °, the receiving finger then extends diagonally in the groove, so that its free end presses against the opposite inner wall of the groove and thus presses the end strip against the wall.
- the bow affects the increased spring force, so that even an acute angle of 5 ° can be sufficient as an inlet angle to the wall leg, if the groove is formed sufficiently narrow. Even an overhang angle of 30 ° will only have a positive effect on the contact pressure, because the receiving finger will stretch and align itself accordingly due to the sheet formation and the free contact on the inner wall of the groove.
- the contra-angle can be created by a corresponding number of cuts in the bottom leg and several receiving fingers, which are then disengaged from the bottom leg.
- the short elbow with one or two receiving fingers will be used on very angular walls.
- the long version of an elbow with a plurality of spaced recording fingers will be useful for long, straight walls, where the cover strip must be held more often over its length. It is very advantageous that in this simple production can be addressed very individually to the respective floor coverings and wall designs. It is also very advantageous to be able to release the receiving fingers at a distance from each other by simple cuts from the bottom leg.
- the end bar does not have to absorb load, but is a lightweight trim strip that has to cover only an unsightly joint, it is sufficient for their attachment, if the features of claim 6 are used.
- the thin, springy metal strip is obtained from the bottom leg of the angle profile, if this is made of metal. The bottom leg only needs to be cut to the angle of the throat and the resulting metal strip is bent upwards in an arc. To give the metal strip the desired spring force, it goes without saying that the part is subjected to a curing process, but which is completed quickly and without much effort. If the elbow is to be made of plastic, the part is created by injection molding in a form in which the receiving finger already has the desired shape with arc and acute angle to the wall leg.
- the depth of the groove in the terminal block should necessarily be greater than the height of the receiving finger so that the end strip always touches down with its lowest edge on the ground and covers the unsightly gap. Even if in the course of time the floor should be lowered, it would have to come to rest with its lower edge again by pressing on the end strip on the floor covering. Due to the greater depth of the groove in the end strip relative to the shorter receiving finger, the upper edge of the Aumahmefingers will never push against the inner end of the groove.
- Such a tongue projecting downwardly from the bottom leg immediately indicates when the mounting profile is not properly positioned on the wall immediately above the gap.
- the tongue must reach into the gap when the mounting profile rests both on the floor covering and against the wall. It requires no great effort, at least cut out of the bottom leg of a tongue or punching that they can be bent down. It would also be possible to put the punching cut in the wall leg in order to bend out the tongue cheaper. It is crucial that the tongue protrudes downwards from the bottom leg and can reach into the bottom gap between the floor covering and the wall.
- the device 1 is a mounting profile for defining closure strips.
- the device 1 consists of an angle section 2, which has a bottom leg 3 and a wall leg 4. Like from the Fig. 1 it can be seen, the wall leg 4 is provided with two holes 5, which are provided for the fastening screws, not shown.
- the angle profile 2 is set directly above the floor covering on the wall. It would also be possible to set the angle profile 2 on the ground leg 3 on the ground. In this case, a screw fastening is usually preferred, although an adhesive attachment would be possible.
- the bottom leg 3 shows a tapered to the angular groove 6 of the angle section 2 incision 7, so that there is a web 8, which is bent in an arc 9 upwards.
- the arc 9 is slightly pulled over 90 °, so that the web 8 is directed at an acute angle ⁇ of about 5 ° to 30 ° on the wall leg 4.
- ⁇ an acute angle
- At the upper free end 10 of the web 8 is bent against the direction of the sheet 9. This end 10 could also be rolled up. This bent and thus disengaged from the bottom leg 3 web 8 forms a receiving finger 11 for Profsteckende end bar 12, the first in Fig. 5 you can see.
- the bottom leg 3 has yet another cut 7, through which a second receiving finger 11 with the sheet 9 and the bent end 10 can be seen. But it would also be possible to leave the two outer webs 8 as a bottom leg and réellebiegen the middle bottom leg as a web 8 and thus to form the receiving finger 11.
- Fig. 2 the device 1 can be seen from the side.
- the individual parts are assigned the same reference numbers. It can be clearly seen in this figure, as the web 8 is bent as a receiving finger 11 in the sheet 9 up and while the sheet 9 is slightly more than 90 °, so that the receiving finger 11 at an angle ⁇ of about 10 ° on the wall leg 4 is directed. Its free end 10 is bent to the opposite side.
- the bottom leg 3 remains smooth on the floor covering 21 and could be covered on its underside 13 with an adhesive.
- Fig. 3 is the device 1 as in Fig. 1 represented and all the same parts have the same reference numerals.
- the only difference in this Fig. 3 to Fig. 1 is the punched out of the central part 14 of the bottom leg 3 tongue 15, which is bent down and only with her free, cranked end 16 can be seen. It is also the punched hole 17 can be seen, which results from the bending of the tongue 15.
- the tongue cut 18 extends in Fig. 3 up to the angle throat 6, wherein the tongue 15 itself occupies an angle ⁇ of about 5 ° to 30 ° to the wall leg 4 to engage with bias in the gap 19 between the wall 20 and the floor covering 21 and the angle section 2 at to push the wall.
- Fig. 4 this device 1 is shown in side view. It is particularly noteworthy that the downwardly bent tongue 15 is cut out not only from the central part 14 of the bottom leg 3, but the cut also extends from the angular groove 6 a piece up in the wall leg 4.
- the tongue 15 is here bent completely straight without a bow and is the wall 20 at an angle ⁇ of about 30 °. As soon as the tongue 15 engages in the bottom gap 19, depending on the gap width, it will press the angle profile 2 more strongly or weaker against the wall 20.
- the device 1 is defined as an angle section 2 on the wall 20 by means of a screw 22 which engages through the hole 5.
- the angle section 2 is set to the wall 20 so that it touches down with its bottom leg 3 on the floor covering 21. Consequently, you need no tools during assembly.
- the receiving finger 11 is bent in the bow 9 upwards and is directed at an angle ⁇ to the wall 20.
- the end strip 12 is placed on the receiving finger 11 and engages with their recessed in the bottom 23 groove 24 on the receiving finger 11. The more the receiving finger 11 engages in the groove 24, the more he presses with his bent end 10, the end strip 12 against the Wall 20.
- the lower arch 9 penetrates into the groove 24, the lower part of the end strip 12 is slightly pushed away from the wall 20, and its upper part to the wall 20 back.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a kit with a closure strip and a device for fastening the same according to the preamble of
The object of the invention is to provide a kit of the type mentioned, which can be produced with little effort and is therefore simple and inexpensive, which can be easily adapted to changeable floors and finally can also be retrofitted.
The object is achieved by a kit with the features of
With the features of
To set the end strip on the mounting profile, the end strip has a groove in its bottom, with which it is aufzustecken on the receiving finger. In order that the receiving finger in the groove also sufficiently braces against the inner side wall and presses the closure strip against the wall, it is of particular advantage if the features of
So that the end strip can be easily plugged onto the receiving finger, it is advantageous to use the features of
Depending on the length of the contra-angle, whether over several meters or only a few centimeters, can be created by a corresponding number of cuts in the bottom leg and several receiving fingers, which are then disengaged from the bottom leg. The short elbow with one or two receiving fingers will be used on very angular walls. The long version of an elbow with a plurality of spaced recording fingers will be useful for long, straight walls, where the cover strip must be held more often over its length. It is very advantageous that in this simple production can be addressed very individually to the respective floor coverings and wall designs. It is also very advantageous to be able to release the receiving fingers at a distance from each other by simple cuts from the bottom leg.
Because the end bar does not have to absorb load, but is a lightweight trim strip that has to cover only an unsightly joint, it is sufficient for their attachment, if the features of claim 6 are used. The thin, springy metal strip is obtained from the bottom leg of the angle profile, if this is made of metal. There are enough plastics that give the Aufhahmefinger the required elasticity and spring force. In order to set up the end strip easily and simply on the receiving finger of the mounting profile, it has proven advantageous to form the groove in their width at least three times as wide as the engaging receiving finger, so that the slightly acute-angled, but at its free end cranked web without resistance slides into the groove and lays laterally against the groove wall. As soon as the The curved part of the finger comes into the groove, the finger is pressed in the upper part to the opposite side and thus to the wall.
It has been found very advantageous to use the features of
Finally, it is advantageous for the assembly, when the device is equipped with the features of
