Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Energieabsorption für Sicherheits-Befestigungssysteme, bestehend aus zwei Teilen, die in eine Relativbewegung mit Reibung zueinander versetzt werden können, so dass Energie absorbiert wird, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass eines der Teile zwei Backen (9a, 9b) besitzt, die sich auf der einen und der anderen Seite des anderen Teils anlegen können.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass es Mittel zur Einstellung der Reibkraft zwischen den beiden Teilen und zur Variation der Kontaktkraft zwischen beiden Teilen besitzt.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, bei welchem der Abstand beider Backen (9a, 92) durch Schrauben eingestellt werden kann.
  4. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem der andere Teil ein Seilstück (5) enthält, das sich zwischen den Backen (9a, 9b) bewegen kann.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 4, bei welcher die Backen (9a, 9b) eine Führungsnut für das Seilstück (5) besitzen.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, die Sollbruchelemente enthält, um die Relativbewegung beider Teile erst ab einer vorbestimmten Kraft auszulösen.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, bei welcher die Sollbruchelemente zwei Sicherungselemente (7, 8) sind, die durch eine Schraubverbindung (12) miteinander, und die jedes mit einem der beiden Teile verbunden und so konfiguriert sind, dass die Schraubverbindung (12) ab einer vorbestimmten Kraft bricht.
  8. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, bei der die Sollbruchelemente (7, 8) unterschiedliche Ausreißwiderstände der Gewinde besitzen, so dass der Bruch der Schraubverbindung (12) aufgrund des Ausreißens des Gewindes eines der Sollbruchelemente erfolgt.
  9. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 8, bei welcher die Sollbruchelemente (7, 8) aus Werkstoffen unterschiedlicher mechanischer Festigkeit sind.
  10. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, bei der mindestens eines des Sollbruchelemente austauschbar ist.
  11. Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 9, bei der das Sollbruchelement mit der geringeren Gewindeausreißkraft des austauschbar ist.
  12. Sicherheits-Befestigungssystem mit einem Sockel (1) zur Verankerung auf einer Bezugsfläche (15) und mit Anschlussmitteln (2) für eine Lebensleine (14), gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass es ein Energieabsorptionssystem gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 zwischen dem Sockel und den Anschlussmitteln besitzt.
  13. System gemäß Anspruch 12, bei welchem die Anschlussmittel einen Körper (3) besitzen, der über den Sockel hinausragt und die Absorptionsvorrichtung in seinem Inneren aufnimmt.
  14. System gemäß Anspruch 13, mit:
    - einem ersten Sollbruchelement (7), das mit dem Sockel und einem Ende des Seilstücks verbunden ist, während das andere Ende des Seilstücks mit dem Körper (3) verbunden ist,
    - ein Gestell (4) zur Aufnahme der beiden Backen (9a, 9b), die sich auf beiden Seiten des Seilstücks anlegen und eine Anpresskraft aufbringen können,
    - ein zweites Sollbruchelement (8), das mit dem Körper (3) verbunden ist und durch eine Schraubverbindung (12), die oberhalb einer vorbestimmten Kraft als Sollbruchsicherung vom ersten Sollbruchelement dient, mit dem ersten Sollbruchelement (7) verbunden ist.
  15. System gemäß Anspruch 14, bei dem das zweite Sollbruchelement (8) austauschbar am Gestell (4) montiert ist und bei dem die Gewinde-Ausreißfestigkeit kleiner ist, als die Ausreißfestigkeit der Gewinde des ersten Sollbruchelements (7).
