Claims (20)
- A suitcase or bag (1) with a base body (2), which is defined by wall elements (6a, 6b, 8, 10) as well as a floor element (4), for the receiving of utensils and that encompasses an opening (12) that can be closed by means of a lid element (14) that is incorporated into the base body (2) and movable from an open position into a closed position, wherein the lid element (14) is designed in one piece and self-supporting, and can be moved from its closed position into the open position via guiding elements (16a, 16b, 18, 20) that are disposed on the base body (2) as well as on the lid element (14) and that act together by means of a combined pivoting and sliding motion characterized in that the guiding elements encompass two guide rails (18, 20) disposed on both sides on the base body (2) and that on each side of the lid element (14) are provided at least two guide pins or guide rollers (16a, 16b) as a two-point support and they that engage guide rails (18, 20) for the guidance of the lid element (14) during its combined pivoting and sliding motion.
- A suitcase or bag according to claim 1, characterized in that each of the guide rails (18, 20) features a first and a second partial section.
- A suitcase or bag according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the wall elements encompass a front wall element (8) that extends essentially vertically to the floor element (4), a back wall element (10) that faces said front wall element, as well as two side wall elements (6a, 6b), which define the base body (2).
- A suitcase or bag according to claim 3, characterized in that the front wall element (8) features a, relative to the back wall element (10), reduced height and that the opening (12) that can be closed by means of the lid element (14) extends from the front wall element (8) to the back wall element (10).
- A suitcase or bag according to claim 4, characterized in that the lid element (14) features an arch-shaped cross section.
- A suitcase or bag according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the lid element (14) overlaps wing-like in the closed position the side wall elements (6a, 6b) or protrusions that are encompassed in the side wall elements (6a, 6b).
- A suitcase or bag according to claims 4 to 6, characterized in that between the floor element (4) and the bottom edge (22) of the lid element (14) is disposed a section made of a material (24) that is variable in length.
- A suitcase or bag according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that on the lid element (14) a grip (26) is disposed for the moving of the lid element (14) as well as for the carrying of the suitcase of the bag (1).
- A suitcase or bag according to claim 8, characterized in that a locking mechanism (30) is provided for the locking of the lid element (14) in the closed position that features a central push button (28) that is activated and slid with one hand.
- A suitcase or bag according to claim 7 and 9, characterized in that the push button (28) is disposed directly below the grip (26), in such a manner that the base body (2) can be grasped at the grip (26) with one hand and the push button (28) can be activated simultaneously with the same hand.
- A suitcase or bag according to claim 9 or 10, characterized in that the locking mechanism (30) encompasses two angle levers (40a, 40b) that are incorporated into the lid element (14) in a pivoting manner and whose first arm (42a, 42b) encompasses respectively a prong-type protrusion (44a, 44b) that engages in the closed position an associated protrusion (46a, 46b) of the base body (2), and whose second arm (48a, 48b) can be subjected by the push button (28) to a pressure that pivots the angle levers (40a, 40b) when the push button (28) is slid relative to the lid element (14).
- A suitcase or bag according to claim 11, characterized in that the second arms (48a, 48b) of the angle levers (40a, 40b) engage associated recesses (49a, 49b) in the push button (28) and the push button (28) is subjected, by means of spring-elastic means (34), to a spring-elastic force that displaces the push button (28) in a way that the tooth-shaped protrusions (44a, 44b) of the angle levers (40a, 40b) engage the protrusions (46a, 46b) of the base body (2) in order to lock the lid element (14) in the closed position.
- A suitcase or bag according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the lid element (14) is moved out of the closed position into the locked position by means of a motor.
- A suitcase or bag according to claims 3 to 13, characterized in that lockable storage compartments (50, 50a, 50b, 50c, 60) that are for utensils and are movable from a locked position into an extraction position are disposed in the area of the back wall element (10) and/or the side wall elements (6a, 6b).
- A suitcase or bag according to claim 14, characterized in that the storage compartments (50, 50a, 50b, 50c) are embedded in the side wall such that they can be folded or displaced.
- A suitcase or bag according to one of the claims 14 or 15, characterized in that the storage compartments can be locked in the locked position by means of sliding-magnet catches (52).
- A suitcase or bag according to one of the claims 14 to 16, characterized in that a compartment (60), in particular for the storage of pens, is provided in the back wall element (10) such that it can be pulled out away from the floor element (4) in the direction toward the opening, which can be closed by means of the lid element (14), of the base body (2).
- A suitcase or bag according to claim 17, characterized in that the compartment (60) that can be pulled out features an insert (62), in particular for business cards and pens, that can be tilted in the extraction position in the direction of the lid element (14) for easier removal of the utensils.
- A suitcase or bag according to claim 18, characterized in that the insert (62) braces itself in the tilted state against a protrusion (70) of the base body (2) in order to limit the tilting angle of the insert (62).
- A suitcase or bag according to claim 19, characterized in that the insert (62) moves automatically into a tilted final position by means of a protrusion (68a) that acts together with an additional protrusion (68b).
