Claims (8)

  1. Schutzgewebe mit einer Oberflächenmasse kleiner als 300 g/m2, weiches vorgesehen ist, eine Außenschicht einer Schutzkleidung gegen Feuer auszubilden, zum Beispiel einer Bekleidung für einen Feuerwehrmann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus Kett- und Schußfäden besteht, die zu wenigstens zwei Typen von feuerbeständigen Fäden gehören, nämlich einem ersten Typ von Fäden vom Meta-Aramid-Typ, einem zweiten Typ von Fäden vom Para-Aramid-Typ mit hohem Modul, welche über ihre Länge Tönungsvariationen aufweisen, und gegebenenfalls, in der Kette, einem dritten Typ von Fäden vom Para-Aramid-Typ, der keine Tönungsvariationen aufweist, aber UV-empfindlich ist, und dadurch, daß es 15 - 50% von Fäden des zweiten und gegebenenfalls des dritten Typs aufweist und daß die Bindungsart des Gewebes vom Typ beidseitige Kette und derart festgelegt ist, daß auf der Außenseite des Gewebes die Kettfäden des zweiten und gegebenenfalls dritten Typs fast vollständig maskiert vorliegen.
  2. Gewebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Kett- und Schußfäden aus Para-Aramid vom zweiten Typ sind.
  3. Gewebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Kett- und Schußfäden aus Para-Aramid vom dritten Typ sind.
  4. Gewebe nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fäden vom zweiten Typ und gegebenenfalls vom dritten Typ 30 - 50% der Kettfäden darstellen und die Fäden des zweiten Typs 30 - 50% der Schußfäden.
  5. Gewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fäden des ersten und zweiten Typs in der Größenordnung von 24 bis 32 tex an einem oder zwei Enden liegen.
  6. Gewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine Grundbindungsart, die ein Kettbaummuster mit drei Fäden des ersten Typs für einen Faden des zweiten Typs aufweist und ein Schußmuster mit einem Faden des ersten Typs für einen Faden des zweiten Typs aufweist.
  7. Gewebe nach Anspruch 6, das in der Größenordnung von 220 g/m2 liegt und einen endgültigen Anteil von 66,3 % Meta-Aramid, 33 % Para-Aramid und 0,7 % antistatischer Fasern hat.
  8. Gewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch eine Grundbindungsart, die ein Kettbaummuster mit vier Fäden des ersten Typs für einen Faden des zweiten Typs und ein Schußmuster mit einem Faden des ersten Typs für einen Faden des zweiten Typs aufweist.
