Aus Gründen besserer Festigkeit und einfacher Herstellbarkeit ist die Wischplatte vorteilhafterweise einstückig und materialeinheitlich ausgeführt. Des Weiteren können die Durchmesser der Bohrungen so gewählt sein, dass der Gelenkstift in der Bohrung des Gelenks mit Spiel sitzt und in den Bohrungen der Wischplatte mit Presssitz. Dadurch ist das Gelenk leicht bewegtich und durch den Presssitz verliersicher mit der Wischplatte verbunden.
