Description

  • eine Wärmedämmung;
  • und eine an der Wärmedämmung im Bereich des Übergangs zwischen deren Unterseite und deren Außenseite angebrachte Putzleiste, die einen ersten Schenkel, welcher mindestens einen Teil der Unterseite der Wärmedämmung überlagert, und einen zweiten Schenkel, der einen Teil der Außenseite der Wärmedämmung überlagert, aufweist;
The invention relates to a thermal insulation structure at the lower end of a mounted on the outside of a building wall insulation, comprising:
  • a thermal insulation;
  • and a cleaning strip attached to the thermal insulation in the region of the transition between the bottom side and the outside thereof, which has a first leg which overlays at least part of the underside of the thermal insulation and a second leg which overlays a part of the outside of the thermal insulation;
  • wherein the Puzleiste has a plug-in, which projects from the side facing the thermal insulation side of the second leg, characterized in that the insertion region has a number of individual Einsteckvorsprünge, which are inserted from the outside of the heat insulation forth in the material of the thermal insulation inside.

A thermal insulation structure with the features that are in the preceding paragraph before the words "characterized" is from the DE 101 10 592 A1 known. There, the insertion region is a continuous Anputzleistenabwinklung in the longitudinal direction, which is inserted into a present in the thermal insulation groove.

Apart from the DE 101 10 592 A1 So far, you have the lower end of the building thermal insulation by default with a so-called base rail made of sheet metal. The base rail was angular in cross-section and was attached with its narrower leg on the wall of the house. The wider leg was used to support the underside of the insulation. In addition, we know base rails, which are bent at the outer end again upwards and there include the outside of the insulation for a lower edge region. Although the known base rails represent a mechanically sound solution for the lower heat insulation completion, but form a cold bridge from the outside of the insulation to the house wall.

The invention has for its object to provide a way to design the lower end of the thermal insulation of a building, which is less expensive and has significantly reduced cold bridge effect or virtually no cold bridge effect.

In the invention, the conventional, metallic socket rail is dispensed with. If you even provide mechanical supports for the underside of the insulation (and it does not leave in the anyway required attachment of the lower row of thermal insulation elements on the building wall), then you can work with a number of wall mounted, protruding from this holder , which are positioned for example at a mutual distance of 40 to 70 cm. The holders can be made of metal or plastic. Even in the case of metal holders, thermal bridging is only a small fraction compared to a longitudinally continuous socket rail.

The thermal insulation is usually made of plate-like thermal insulation elements, in particular made of foamed polystyrene or fiber material, which has been made dimensionally stable by a binder.

The insertion area provided according to the invention serves, on the one hand, to fix the cleaning strip in its height-wise positioning during installation. Because of the "plugging into the material of the insulation inside" results on the other hand, a resistance against unintentional moving away of the first leg and thus the cleaning strip from the outside of the insulation after insertion.

It should be borne in mind in the above-mentioned specifications that a fixing mechanism is preferably additionally provided on the first leg (see below) and that in most cases the setting mechanism plays the role of the fixation mechanism only in the phase after the initial attachment of the cleaning strip to the thermal insulation single fixing mechanism. As a rule, the Cleaning strip in a later phase by means of applied plaster intensively connected to the thermal insulation.

The "plugging into the material of the thermal insulation into it" (whereby the plug-in area, as it were, even frees the insertion path) has the advantage that you do not have to create an insertion path in the thermal insulation beforehand. The insertion region is in the form of a series of individual insertion projections. This facilitates insertion and increases resistance to re-extraction. The latter resistance can be further increased in the invention that it equips the Einsteckvorsprünge (not necessarily all of them) with barb-like function.

Preferably, the first leg is configured to define its mounting position in relation to the underside of the thermal insulation. This is preferably a determination against solution movement of the cleaning strip in the direction of the outside of the thermal insulation away (ie a release movement in the plane of the bottom of the insulation), because indeed release movement of the cleaning strip is positively excluded from top to bottom by the insertion.

A simple, first way to fix the first leg is an adhesive tape on its top. There are adhesives that give good foamed polystyrene adhesion. When attaching the cleaning strip to the insulation is then best done so that the plaster strip applies while from below with the first leg against the underside of the insulation and then pushes the cleaning strip with the second leg to the outside of the insulation, until the insertion is brought into the insertion position, but z. B. the more distant from the apex of the cleaning strip area of the first leg a little from the bottom of the insulation bends away, only when the second leg and the insertion are in the final position, by pressing up the first leg, the bond with the To perform underside of the thermal insulation.

In addition, it is possible to provide an adhesive tape on the side facing the thermal insulation side of the second leg.

B. 0,3 bis 0,7 mm.A further preferred possibility is that the first leg is tightly inserted into a gap between a holder supporting the thermal insulation from below (eg a holder from the row of holders referred to earlier) and the underside of the thermal insulation. Here you can even provide for a positive component of the definition by z. B. equips the underside of the first leg with running in the longitudinal direction of the cleaning strip grooves and provides on the holder an upwardly projecting projection which fits into one of these grooves, which is located in the appropriate position. It is sufficient if this projection of the holder in question only slightly protrudes upwards, z. B. 0.3 to 0.7 mm.

A further preferred possibility is that the first leg is tightly inserted into a gap between the underside of the thermal insulation and the top of a further thermal insulation of the building, which adjoins the first-mentioned thermal insulation below. Today, it is more and more common for the (relatively thick) thermal insulation of the building wall to be connected to a (further) thermal insulation applied to the lower part of the wall of the building. This further thermal insulation is called perimeter insulation and is generally much thinner than the thermal insulation of the actual building wall. The perimeter insulation is typically used to insulate the exterior of the basement walls of the building, with the perimeter insulation extending typically 15 to 40 cm above the level of the top of the earth. Combination of plugging in the gap between the building wall insulation and the Perimeterdämmung with insertion into the gap between the holder and the bottom of the thermal insulation is possible, because yes in the space between the holders of the first leg of the cleaning strip comfortably in the gap between the two thermal insulation can be pushed.

Preferably, a Armierungsgewebeabschnitt is attached to the first leg and / or the second leg of the cleaning strip. The Armierungsgewebeabschnitt is, typically with putty, attached to the underside or the outside of the thermal insulation, where in many cases further reinforcing fabric overlapping connects and attached to the relevant side of the thermal insulation by putty. Later, the Armierungsgewebeabschnitt or the subsequent reinforcing fabric are plastered over. The Armierungsgewebeabschnitt or reinforcing fabric improve the adhesion of the plaster to the insulation and ensure a permanent crack-free maintenance of the plaster. An Armierungsgewebeabschnitt on the first leg is only useful if it is to be applied plaster on the underside of the insulation. This is not always the case, especially if the first leg completely covers the entire thickness difference between the building wall thermal insulation and the perimeter insulation.

Preferably, the first leg at a distance from the apex of the cleaning strip on a lower, longitudinal projection which can be used as a plaster boundary. This allows a more convenient plaster application in this area, as if one would apply plaster to the area of the top of the cleaning strip.

Preferably, a water nose is provided in the region of the apex of the cleaning strip. By means of the water nose water, which runs down the plaster on the outside of the heat insulation, a piece further down than the bottom of the first leg and there drained from a relatively narrow longitudinal edge of the cleaning strip. In this way, with the running water transported dirt no longer reaches adjacent building areas, especially the lower limit of thermal insulation.

The water nose can be made of transparent plastic, so that it is optically less conspicuous - since it is typically not covered with plaster on the outside. The transparent Wassernasenbereich can be prepared in particular by co-extrusion with the rest of the cleaning strip. But it is also possible to produce the transparent water nose as a separate part and to attach to the rest of the cleaning strip, in particular by welding or non-positive connection or positive connection, the latter preferably in the form of a snap connection.

As already mentioned above, the cleaning strip is preferably designed such that in the finished state of the building, the second leg is substantially embedded in plaster. The - in particular for the phase before the application of the plaster - significant determination of the cleaning strip on the insulation by means of the insertion and possibly also by means of its definition serving training of the first leg, do not exclude that other means for fixing the cleaning strip to the insulation are used, in particular filler, which is applied prior to pressing the cleaning strip to the thermal insulation on the cleaning strip and / or on the corresponding areas of thermal insulation.

It should be emphasized that the invention may alternatively be claimed with claims of the formulation pattern "thermal insulation building to which a screed ... In Fig. 1 is a cleaning strip 2 drawn, which - very roughly has an angular cross-sectional shape with in addition to be described below insertion region. The cleaning strip 2 has as its essential components a first leg 4 (which is normally substantially horizontal when installed), a second leg 6 (which is normally substantially vertical when installed), an insertion area 8 parallel to the first one Leg 4 extends and projects in the same direction as the first leg 4 of the second leg 6, a projecting as a water nose 10 down the projection in the region of the apex, where the first leg 4 and the second leg 6 converge, and one with the help of Welding strands 11 reinforcing fabric portion 12 attached to the second leg 6. The Armierungsgewebeabschnitt 12 typically consists of a grid-like arrangement of plastic-clad glass fiber strands. The second leg has openings 14 for the passage of putty and / or plaster.

Fig. 2 illustrates this situation when the cleaning bar 2 of Fig. 1 is attached to a thermal insulation 16 of a building in the region of the transition between the underside 18 of the thermal insulation 16 and the outer side 20 of the thermal insulation 16. In Fig. 2 you can see a building wall 22 z. B. masonry or concrete. On the outside the building wall 22, the heat insulation 16 is attached, typically constructed of plate-shaped thermal insulation elements, in particular made of foamed polystyrene or made of binder with dimensionally stable fiber material. For attachment of the thermal insulation elements partially applied adhesive mass 24, additionally or alternatively not shown, the insulation 16 penetrating, poorly heat conductive stud provided.

Down to the thermal insulation 16 of the building wall 22 is followed by another insulation, the so-called perimeter insulation 26, which is attached in a similar manner to a lower portion of the building wall 22. The perimeter insulation 26 typically ends up 15 to 40 cm above the level of the soil surface on the building; it typically extends downwards for the entire height of the basement wall of the building. Between the top 28 of the perimeter insulation 26 and the bottom 18 of the thermal insulation 16 is a horizontally extending gap 30, which typically has a vertically measured dimension of a maximum of 1 mm.

After the perimeter insulation 26 and at least the lowest row of thermal insulation elements of the thermal insulation 16 have been attached to the building wall 22, the cleaning strip 2 from the left in Fig. 2 attached. The cleaning strip 2 is inserted with the free end 32 of its first leg 4 starting in the gap 30 between the Perimeterdämmung 26 and the insulation 16 and then approximated in the horizontal direction with its second leg 6 more and more outside 20 of the insulation 16. At a certain distance from the bottom 18 a horizontally extending Einstecknut 34 is incorporated into the outer side 20 of the insulation 16, z. B. by a simple hand tool that works like a small saw and maintains a constant distance between the bottom 18 and the Einstecknut 34. The Einstecknut 34 has a vertically measured width, typically 1 mm, which is less than the material thickness of the Einsteckbereichs 8 so that it sits after insertion into the Einstecknut 34 with bias therein.

In the course of the completion of the building, the second leg 6 of the plaster strip 2, together with the Armierungsgewebeabschnitts 22 and not shown, overlapping subsequent reinforcing fabric in plaster 36 is embedded. On the outside of the perimeter insulation 26 is also a plaster layer 38th

In Fig. 1 was also a connecting pin 40 with a central, circumferential collar 42 can be seen. The cleaning strip 2 is supplied in a length of typically 1 to 2.5 m. At the transition between two adjacently installed cleaning strip lengths, a pin 40 is inserted in the manner illustrated in order to align the two adjacent cleaning strip lengths in alignment with each other.

In particular, with thermal insulation elements made of foamed polystyrene, it is possible to work without a previously incorporated Einstecknut 34. The insertion area 8 in the in Fig. 1 drawn training can be given a material thickness of typically just below 1 mm in an unprepared thermal insulation element simply push. However, such a pushing-in is made easier if the insertion area 8 is more strongly dissolved into individual insertion projections 44, for example as in FIG 3 and 4 shown. The drawn tapering of the Einsteckvorsprünge 44 at the front end is favorable for easier insertion. In the Fig. 3 drawn toothing 46 on the lateral flanks of the plug-in projections 44 provides a certain tooth engagement against re-moving out of the cleaning strip 4. In Fig. 4 an embodiment is illustrated in which the flanks of the plug-in projections 44 are formed with barb-like Wegspreizbereichen 48. When inserting the Wegspreizbereiche put 48 - almost, but not completely aware - to the relevant insertion projection 44 at. For forces, however, which act in the direction re-withdrawal of the insertion region 8 from the relevant thermal insulation element, the Wegspreizbereiche 48 are pulled outwards and oppose the re-extraction.

The shaping of the insertion projections 44 can not naturally take place during an extrusion process. In a subsequent production step This training is generated either by a punch-like process or by a Ausschneidvorgang with a rotating tool.

In Fig. 5 an embodiment is shown in which the thermal insulation 16, in addition to the adhesive 24, supported by along the wall 22 spaced-apart holder 50 from below. The drawn holder is - at right angles to the plane of the drawing Fig. 5 measured - only z. B. 5 to 30 mm wide and is made of metal or - because of lower thermal conductivity - made of plastic. The drawn holder 50 is less long than the thermal insulation 16 is thick. In its one end region of the holder 50 is angled upright at right angles, and there it is attached to the wall 22 of the house. At the remote from the house wall 22, the free end of the holder 50 has a small projection 52 which z. B. 0.3 to 0.7 mm above the remainder of the top of the holder 50 protrudes.

While Fig. 5 shows the situation after attachment of the holder 50 to the building wall 22 and after attachment of the lowermost row of thermal insulation elements is in Fig. 6 the later state after attachment of the cleaning strip 2 drawn. The cleaning strip 2 is formed as through the Fig. 1 to 4 illustrated, however, with the difference that the first leg 4 has on its underside a series of spaced grooves 54 which extend in the longitudinal direction of the cleaning strip 2. When the first leg 4 of the cleaning strip 2 between the holder 50 and the bottom 18 of the insulation 16 is inserted so far that the projection 52 of the holder 50 just snaps into a groove 54, thereby a positive fixing of the cleaning bar 2 against re-extraction reached. Although this form-fitting definition does not withstand greater forces (which on the other hand is advantageous for a comfortable insertion of the first leg 4), but is completely sufficient for the desired effects here.

In the embodiment according to Fig. 7 has the cleaning strip 2 at the bottom of the first leg 4 a along the cleaning strip 2 extending, downwardly projecting projection 56, which is at a distance from the apex of the cleaning strip 2, where the first leg 4 and the second leg 6 converge. In Fig. 7 To the right of the projection 56, a reinforcement fabric portion 58 is attached to the first leg 4. Such a trained cleaning strip 2 is advantageous if there is no perimeter insulation 26 below the thermal insulation 16. In this case, the area between the projection 56 and the house wall 22 can be plastered optimally. It is emphasized that one can also work with Armierungsgewebeabschnitt 58 but without projection 56; In this case, it is just plastered to the apex area of the cleaning strip 2, as well as in Fig. 2 drawn for the second leg 6.

Preferred materials for the cleaning strip 2 with its first leg 4, its second leg 6, its insertion region 8 and the water nose 10 are polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polystyrene (PS) and polypropylene (PP). If the water nose 10 is made of transparent plastic, in particular polycarbonate (PC), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and transparent PVC are considered.
