    Domaine technique de l'invention
  • L'invention est relative à un harnais d'encordement pour l'assurance dans les travaux en hauteur, comprenant une paire de tours de cuisse une ceinture équipée d'un moyen d'attache ventrale, et une paire de bretelles réunies à l'avant par une boucle d'attache sternale de sécurité antichute, laquelle est située au-dessus du moyen d'attache ventrale.
  • État de la technique
  • Les harnais d'encordement pour la sécurité de travail en hauteur doivent répondre aux normes de maintien au travail EN358 et d'antichute EN361. Ils comportent généralement un point d'attache ventral sur le devant de la ceinture, et un point d'attache sternal sur le devant du torse. Le point d'attache ventral autorise de multiples configurations en maintien au travail, et le point d'attache sternal est suffisamment haut pour éviter tout basculement en arrière de l'utilisateur lors d'une suspension à la fin d'une chute. Il est connu de relier le point d'attache ventral au point d'attache sternal par une sangle constituant une liaison résistante entre le cuissard et les bretelles du torse. La mise en place d'un bloqueur coopérant avec une corde de travail s'effectue généralement en fixant le bloqueur en parallèle sur la sangle de la liaison résistante entre le point sternal et la ceinture. La résistance ne passe pas par le bloqueur, et il en résulte parfois un positionnement inconfortable en suspension.
  • Certains harnais connus pour la spéléologie utilisent un simple cuissard équipé d'un bloqueur attaché à un point d'attache ventral et tendu vers le haut par des bretelles du torse. Ce type de harnais ne possède pas de point d'accroche supérieur sur le torse, ce qui le rend inapte pour assurer la sécurité dans les travaux en hauteurs.
  • Objet de l'invention
  • L'objet de l'invention consiste à réaliser un harnais d'encordement polyvalent de structure simple et compact, assurant une sécurité totale et un confort optimum dans toutes les situations de travail en hauteur.
  • Le dispositif selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'un bloqueur ventral est inséré entre le moyen d'attache ventral et la boucle d'attache sternale pour assurer une liaison résistante entre les bretelles et le cuissard formé par les tours de cuisse et la ceinture.
  • Le bloqueur est ainsi intégré au harnais, en assurant en plus de sa fonction de retenue sur la corde de travail, une fonction supplémentaire de liaison résistante entre le moyen d'attache ventrale et la boucle d'attache sternale.
  • Selon un mode de réalisation préférentiel, le bloqueur comporte un flasque ayant un orifice inférieur connecté au moyen d'attache ventrale, et un orifice supérieur en liaison avec la boucle d'attache sternale. Le bloqueur peut être du type à gâchette ou à came.

    • la figure 2 montre une vue identique de la figure 1 d'une variante de réalisation.
    Description d'un mode préférentiel de l'invention
  • La figure 1 montre un harnais 10 d'encordement utilisé pour des travaux en hauteurs, et répondant à la fois aux normes de sécurité EN358 de maintien au travail et EN361 d'antichute. Il est composé d'une paire de tours de cuisses 11, 12, d'une ceinture 13 et d'une paire de bretelles 14, 15. Les deux tours de cuisses 11, 12 se trouvent en liaison avec deux sangles 16, 17 antérieures cousues à la partie centrale avant 18 de la ceinture 13. La ceinture 13 et les tours de cuisses 11, 12 sont doublés intérieurement de mousse matelassée respirante assurant un confort maximum en suspension.
  • La ceinture 13 est équipée d'un moyen d'attache ventrale 19 formé par une boucle située directement au-dessus de la partie centrale avant 18, et de deux boucles de réglage 20, 21 agencées sur les côtés gauche et droit pour l'ajustage rapide de la ceinture 13 à la morphologie de l'utilisateur. Les boucles de réglage autobloquantes peuvent du type décrit dans le document EP-A-569302 .
  • Les extrémités postérieures des deux bretelles 14, 15 sont fixées à la partie arrière de la ceinture 13, par exemple par des coutures. Les extrémités antérieures des bretelles 14, 15 se rejoignent sur le torse en formant un V en liaison avec une boucle d'attache sternale 22.
  • La boucle d'attache sternale 22 constitue un point d'attache supérieur antichute qui assure une position correcte de l'utilisateur après l'arrêt d'une chute en évitant tout mouvement de basculement en arrière. Elle est placée au-dessus de la boucle d'attache ventrale 19, laquelle constitue un point d'attache inférieur permettant de multiples configurations en maintien de travail.
  • Les deux boucles d'attache 22, 19 peuvent coopérer respectivement avec une première corde de sécurité équipée d'un dispositif antichute mobile accompagnant les déplacements du travailleur, et une deuxième corde de travail associée à un appareil de progression et de maintien.
  • Selon l'invention, un bloqueur 23 ventral sert de liaison résistante entre la boucle d'attache sternale 22 et le V des bretelles 14, 15. Le bloqueur 23 d'un type connu à gâchette 24 de retenue pivotante décrit dans le document FR-A-2568132 , comporte un flasque 25 ayant un orifice inférieur 26 connecté à la boucle d'attache ventrale 19, et un orifice supérieur 27 en forme de fente relié à la boucle d'attache sternale 22 par l'intermédiaire d'une sangle de liaison 28.
  • Le bloqueur 23 est ainsi intégré au harnais 10, en assurant en plus de sa fonction de retenue sur la corde de travail, une fonction supplémentaire de liaison résistante entre la boucle d'attache ventrale 19 et la boucle d'attache sternale 22.
  • A la place d'un bloqueur 23 à gâchette 24, il est également possible d'utiliser un bloqueur à came de coincement.
  • Selon la variante de la figure 2, la ceinture 13 comporte à l'avant deux boucles 29, 30 de liaison pouvant être réunies l'une à l'autre par un maillon 31 ou un mousqueton demi-rond dans lequel est attaché le bloqueur 23.

Claims (5)

  1. Harnais d'encordement pour l'assurance dans les travaux en hauteur, comprenant :
    - une paire de tours de cuisse (11, 12),
    - une ceinture (13) équipée d'un moyen d'attache ventrale (19),
    - et une paire de bretelles (14, 15) réunies à l'avant par une boucle d'attache sternale (22) de sécurité antichute, laquelle est située au-dessus du moyen d'attache ventrale (19),
    caractérisé en ce qu'un bloqueur (23) ventral est inséré entre la boucle d'attache sternale (22) et le moyen d'attache ventral (19) pour assurer une liaison résistante entre les bretelles (14, 15) et le cuissard formé par les tours de cuisse (11, 12) et la ceinture (13).
  2. Harnais d'encordement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bloqueur (23) comporte un flasque (25) ayant un orifice inférieur (26) connecté au moyen d'attache ventrale (19), et un orifice supérieur (27) en liaison avec la boucle d'attache sternale (22).
  3. Harnais d'encordement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice supérieur (27) du flasque (25) est conformé en fente, laquelle est reliée par une sangle de liaison (28) à la boucle d'attache sternale (22).
  4. Harnais d'encordement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le bloqueur (23) est du type à gâchette (24) de retenue pivotante.
  5. Harnais d'encordement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le bloqueur (23) est du type à came de coincement.
