Claims (11)

  1. Glue spreading device (1) for spreading of glue on components of tube or web sections (2), which (2) preferably consist of paper and which (2) are transported successively along a transport direction (z) by passing the glue spreading device,
    wherein the glue spreading device (1) comprises glue transport devices which transport the glue from a glue reservoir (13) along a glue transport route to the components of the tube or web sections (2) to be glued, wherein the glue transport means comprises of at least the following components:
    • at least a means to extract glue (10) which takes the glue (10) out of a glue reservoir (13) and forwards it (10) while the means to extract glue (10) comprises of at least a rotating glue transport means (10) which (10) reaches into the glue reservoir,
    • at least a transfer device (6, 7) to transfer the glue which was taken and forwarded by the means to extract glue (10) onto the components of the tube or web sections (2) which transfers a glue lane to the tube- or web sections by contacting it,
    • wherein the expansion of the glue lane on the transmission device (6, 7) diagonally to the transport direction (z) of the tube- or web sections (2) can be changed and wherein the glue floating limitation means (14, 19) are provided which can be implemented into the glue transport route by means of which the glue flow can be restricted in sections so that the expansion of the glue lane across the transport direction (z) of the tube or web sections (2) can be defined by the positioning of the glue floating limitation means,
    characterized in that
    the glue floating limitation means (14, 19) is/are movable across the transport direction (z) of the tube or web sections (2).
  2. Glue spreading device (1) according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    at least one glue floating limitation means (14, 19) comprises a side wall (14) of the glue reservoir (13).
  3. Device (1) according to one of the two preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    at least a glue floating limitation means (14, 19) comprises a lamellar element (19) by means of which glue can be removed from the at least one means to extract glue (10) and/or from the transmission device (7).
  4. Device (1) according to the preceding claim,
    characterized in that
    the lamellar element (19) is effectively connected with parts of one of its side edges with the at least one means to extract glue (10) and/or with the transmission device (7).
  5. Device (1) according to one of the preceding two claims,
    characterized in that
    the lamellar element (19) does at least partly consist of metal.
  6. Device (1) according to one of the three preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the lamellar element (19) does at least partly consist of plastic.
  7. Device (1) according to one of the four preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the lamellar element (1) is mainly arranged vertically to the surface of the at least one means to extract glue (10).
  8. Device (1) according to one of the claims 2-9,
    characterized in that
    the at least one glue floating limitation means (14, 19) is supported in the frame.
  9. Device (1) according to the preceding claim,
    characterized by
    at least one operation element (17, 18) arranged at the frame by means of which the movement of the glue floating limitation means (14, 19) can be executed.
  10. Device for the production of bags,
    characterized by
    a device (1) for the application of glue according to one of the claims 1 to 11.
  11. Process for the application of glue on components of tube or web sections (2), which (2) preferably consist of paper and which (2) are transported successively along a transport direction (z) by passing the glue spreading device (1),
    wherein the glue is transported from a glue reservoir (13) along a glue transport route by means of glue transport means to the components of tube or web sections which have to be glued,
    wherein the glue transport means comprise of at least the following components:
    • at least one means to extract glue (10) which extracts and forwards glue (10) from the glue reservoir (13) while the means to extract glue (10) contains at least a rotating glue transport means (10) which (10) reaches into the glue bin (13),
    • at least a transfer device (6, 7) to transfer the glue extracted and forwarded by the means to extract glue (10) to the components of tube or web sections (2) which transmits a glue lane to the tube or web sections by contacting it,
    • wherein the expansion of the glue lane on the transmission device (6, 7) diagonally to the transport direction (z) of the tube- or web sections (2) can be changed and wherein the glue floating limitation means (14, 19) can be implemented into the glue transport route by means of which the glue flow can be restricted in sections so that the expansion of the glue lane can be defined across the transport direction (z) of the tube or web sections (2) by the positioning of the glue floating limitation means,
    characterized in that
    the glue floating limitation means (14, 19) is/are moved across the transport direction (z) of the tube or web sections (2).
